I had such a positive experience with my breast uplift surgery and felt completely supported from start to finish. All of the staff at the hospital were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional which really helped put me at ease. A special thank you to Elena who is a truly brilliant surgeon. I'm so glad I chose her. Her expertise and care made all the difference, and I couldn't be happier with my decision.
I'd also like to give a special mention to the night nurse, Rehka who was absolutely lovely. She was so kind, attentive and reassuring during my stay. This hospital was exceptionally clean and with spotless rooms and facilities throughout. Overall I couldn't have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this team to anyone considering surgery.

I had a breast reduction earlier this year. Whilst the surgery itself went well, and the results, after care etc. have been very good, the experience was severely compromised by a medical error and how it has been handled and dealt with by the hospital. I was administered a medication I was registered as allergic to, the result of which could have been life-threatening. Thankfully, I didn't have a reaction at the time, and the medication, which was also prescribed for my release was changed. The hospital offered no compensation for the errors or the trauma caused, instead passing responsibility onto a third party consultant anaesthetist who had admitted their error and leaving me to deal with the matter by myself. Very disappointing. I expected a lot better.

I have recently had my surgery here. my surgeon Elena is the best. Your work is outstanding and you know how to make people look and feel amazing. I am currently recovering but I'm so chuffed with the results already. The care from all the staff has also been outstanding!

I had breast reduction at the North Bristol Hospital one year ago today . I cannot recommend Elena enough . She is kind, empathetic and thoroughly professional and skilful . The care I received at the
hospital was first class . After care has been thorough and any question or query dealt with quickly . I would definitely recommend .

I cannot recommend Elena highly enough. Her skill and expertise is second to none and the results she achieves for her patients speak for themselves. My daughter already had surgery with Elena so I already knew I was in safe hands. The whole team at North Bristol Private Hospital are amazing, from reception, theatre, recovery and after care. Nothing is too much trouble and I cannot thank them enough. I’m only 4 weeks post surgery and my results are already life changing. Just wish I’d done it years ago for my self esteem and confidence. The impact this will have on my life is amazing. I will certainly be treating them all at my 3 month review. Elena is the best and we are so lucky to have her expertise here in the UK.

I have recently had surgery at the hospital and have been impressed by the level of personal care, professionalism and experience amongst all the surgical staff at the hospital. The night nurse (Rakha) was attentive, knowledgeable, friendly with a great bedside manner which made the stay more relaxing and comfortable. The Anaesthesiologist even checked in the following morning to see all was well. The hospital facilities make the stay comfortable, with easy access and lots of parking.

I had my surgery just a little over a week and I can honestly see the difference! Very pleased!
The hospital, the team and Elena is outstanding. They make you feel in a hotel rather than a hospital, they are all exceptionally professional and nothing too much for them.

My surgery summed up in one word, outstanding!

From the first day I came in for my consultation with Elena I was blown away. The hospital is beautiful and the whole team are so professional, yet kind and friendly which made me feel at ease from day one. I did not once feel pressured or uncomfortable by Elena or the team.

I had a removal of implants, an uplift and new implants. On the day of my surgery I was shown to my room and it felt more like a 5* hotel than it did a hospital, it was stunning. I was feeling very anxious however, the team were kind and caring that soon disappeared.

I am now 15 weeks post op and so happy! Elena is amazing at what she does and my results already speak for themselves.

The aftercare is 10/10 and completely different to what I experienced in the past.

Thank you Elena you are superwoman and I am already in love with my “boobies”.

Also a special mention is made to Lynn, Sam and Zillah you are all amazing.

I had my tuberous breast correction here at North Bristol Private Hospital with Elena and I could not have asked for better care. My experience from start to finish has been phenomenal, nothing is too much to ask for the staff, everyone was so attentive and welcoming. I felt so at home and looked after the entire time.
They made sure I knew everything that was going on and how everything worked, and I felt very confident that they were knowledgeable about my condition. They also accommodated my gluten intolerance and the food was absolutely delicious.
They were very attentive, coming to my room very quickly any time I rang the bell, helping me move around and administering pain medication whenever I needed it, literally nothing was too much to ask. The hospital was also spotless and my room was very comfortable and I felt at home.
I had never had an operation or been put to sleep before and they made me feel so at ease, answered any questions I had and I felt so comfortable the whole time, even when going into theatre they made sure I wasn’t nervous at all.
Even just after one day I’m absolutely over the moon with my results. Everyone did an absolutely amazing job and the outstanding care that I received definitely made my experience 100% better. I can’t thank the staff at NBPH enough! I traveled from Manchester and have absolutely no regrets, what an amazing team of people. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to get surgery, especially tuberous breast correction as they are very knowledgeable about this and I don’t think I could’ve trusted anyone else to do this. I was always convinced Elena Prousskaia was the best person to perform my operation and I was equally convinced her new hospital would offer the five star care I have just experienced. From the initial welcome to going home I experienced the highest standard of care and thoughtfulness. It is a flawless service with all the staff working in smooth, confident unity which left me feeling like the only person that mattered. The nurses seemed to anticipate my every need even before I did. The facilities are spotless and roomy as well as extremely peaceful. The location so close to M5 with onsite parking made the journey extremely easy.
There is nothing I would not recommend about using The North Bristol Private Hospital.

Just undergone surgery for upper and lower BLEPHAROPLASTY and also a lip lift with the amazing Elena Prousskaia surgeon, the attention to detail from the time I had my initial consultation until the day of surgery was first class treatment being constantly informed of every step of the way.

I had my pre - op carried out by Sam who completely filled me with confidence and explaining the reason to why she was carry out certain tests. I also met Sam in recovery who was a credit to Elean’s team.

Would also like to say thank you to Manoj anaesthetist he was just perfect and so gently as I told him I had a fear of needles.

Jo and Tash supplying me with tea and coffee and making sure my comforts were met every step off of the way.

I have never been in such a beautiful hospital, it felt like an overnight stay at a hotel. The Staff were all amazing and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. I would recommend Elena to anyone and have already done so for her expertise and kindness.

Elena did an amazing job i am so happy with the results of my breast reduction. I feel much lighter already and confident that I will heal well. The nurses were all lovely too and looked after me well while I recovered they did an excellent job and brought me anything I needed. I am satisfied with the results and will definitely recommend in the future.

The whole experience here at North Bristol Private Hospital has been absolutely amazing from start to finish. The hospital itself is finished to a very high standard, and you can tell how much effort and passion has been put into making it the incredible place it is.

The room I stayed in was lovely and quiet, the bed was comfortable, super easy to use, and the en-suite bathroom was a godsend for my many trips to the bathroom! Again everything in the room was thought of with the patient in mind. Plenty of storage, wardrobe and bedside cupboard(useful to store snacks), and furnished with a comfortable chair, pictures on the wall and plants on the windowsill. There was a TV on the wall that I didn’t use as took my iPad with me, but would have been useful if I hadn’t. The windows were lovely and big and let lots of light into the room whilst being private.

What I saw of the operating theatre when I was walked down to surgery was really good and again everything was high quality and set out really well. Lots of light, space and everyone was welcoming when I went in.

The team at North Bristol Private Hospital are superb, every person there made me feel welcome, at home, and you can tell they all love working there. Dr Elena should be very proud of her team. Dr Elena, all the nursing staff, and even the anaesthetist popped their heads in the door after my surgery to ask how I was, and check everything was all ok which was really nice of them. The anaesthetist was brilliant in the morning before my surgery and really put me at ease so thank you!

The nursing staff that looked after me before and after surgery were the warmest and loveliest of people, dedicated to their job and looking after me. I couldn’t have asked for better people to wake up to!

The care I received here really was exceptional, and I can’t stress enough how well you will be looked after if you decide to go with The North Bristol Private Hospital.

I will write Dr Elena a separate review as she was just absolutely amazing, a brilliant surgeon and artist who works to incredibly high standards, whilst being honest about outcomes and results but still delivering perfect results.

I recently had multiple surgeries with Dr Elena and her team at North Bristol Private Hospital. I had the most wonderful experience and I'm soooo glad I had my procedures where I did! Dr Elena has given me exactly what I wanted with a genuinely fabulous and nuanced eye for aesthetics; Dr P was the most attentive and thoughtful anaesthetist, and the nurses Sam, Manny, Anaja and Natasha took exceedingly good care of me! I could not have asked for more. The ever accommodating administration manager, Lynn, was also excellent and guided me through the prep stages and continues to assist now I'm recovering at home. I was of course nervous on the day, but I experienced no pain whatsoever and I really had the most lovely time in beautiful surroundings while everyone ran around after me, making tea and bringing me lovely food. Nothing was too much trouble and I feel the confidence that the whole team demonstrated really helped to put me at ease. I recommend North Bristol wholeheartedly and if ever I opt for anything further, I would not wish to go anywhere else. Absolute 10/10 experience!
