We recently used Matthew Thomas to sell my elderly father’s house. From start to finish Matt was absolutely brilliant. He reassured my stressed out dad, conducted all viewings and made the whole process as easy as he could for us. I have never dealt with such an efficient, attentive, professional Estate Agency. It was a pleasure to deal with you and your whole office and I highly recommend anyone moving house, look no further than this Agent.

The agents at Paul Wallace were extremely efficient, helpful, understanding, honest and hard working. When Paul Leadley told me that all the agents in the agency would be able to help me, so I wouldn't have to worry about only one person being able to handle my sale, he was absolutely right. However, Steve Payne was the agent who dealt with my sale from start to finish and when he was on holiday the other agents did not drop the ball at all. Steve was amazing though - nothing was ever too much trouble for him and every action was a word and a blow - he made it all go very smoothly and I am extremely grateful for that.

I have used Paul Wallace for 2 house moves now and have been very impressed with their service from start to finish. Daniel led on our recent move and although we experienced some challenges due to being in a large chain, Daniel was able to use his experience and expertise to keep me updated and informed throughout the process. I was reassured and felt confident that the move would be a success and so it was! Both Peter’s and Joe have been so helpful in selling our bungalow. They made the house sale very easy and pleasurable.
They have kept us up to date with progress and we’re almost as upset as us when one Potential buyer backed out after assuring Joe that he was genuine and all the money was in place.
Still with plenty of information and support they got us to the finishing line
I’m sure we wouldn’t have had this help from some of the larger faceless agencies.
