The new themed area valgard was fantastic and food hall was brilliant and with a/c, pricing for food was good.
Again park is always clean.
Staff are really good and helpfull
Fast ride times. Didn't queue for very long, most of the rides 15 minutes wait time, this is was on a sunday, summer holidays.
My eldest went on drakon 4 times. Loved it.
The park section was brilliant, both of my kids loved it.
Will be returning again.
Looking forward to the new ride being open next year.

Absolutely love Paultons Park.
The queues were great 20 mins was the longest we waited others were 5-10 mins, which is fantastic at a theme park especially with young children (age 5).
Staff were helpful and friendly, prices for food and drink were very reasonable.
The whole site was very pretty with plants, trees and statues and everything was kept very neat and tidy.
Definitely going to visit again 👍👍👍

Fantastic Day Out
Our visit to Paultons Park today was outstanding from beginning to end. I visited with my two grandkids, and every one of us had a brilliant time. The park is exceptionally clean, the gardens are beautiful, and the staff were friendly, patient, and great with the children. The rides were well‑run and suitable for a wide range of ages, and Peppa Pig World was a huge hit — the grandkids didn’t stop smiling all day. We also appreciated how easy the park was to navigate and how well everything was signposted. Great value and very helpful staff
My family have visited Paulton’s Park on a regular basis for several years now. I find the fact that you don’t pay for parking, the queue times tend to be under half an hour with a number only being around 5 minutes, the lovely gardens, and the variety of rides all make for a great day out that is also good value.
On the most recent visit at the beginning of August, I contacted guest services beforehand, as I needed some advice / assistance. They couldn’t have been more helpful and their assistance made a lot of difference to my family and friends on this visit - I can’t thank them enough.
I find the staff at the park tend to be friendly and helpful, which makes a difference too.
There are lovely gardens to have picnics in or walk around when you need a break from rides. There’s the massive Water Kingdom which is great for cooling the kids down on a hot day. There are the thrill seeker rides and rollercoasters, alongside the much quieter rides for very little ones or any adults that prefer the gentler rides.
It’s a theme park we keep on coming back to and I can see us doing so for years to come.

Terrible management and customer service
I bought day tickets for Paultons Park for my daughters’ birthday. We were sold upgrades on the basis we could come any time in the next year. We returned with two very excited 3 year olds in tow only to be told our tickets did not allow us in during school holidays. We had not been told this. It turned out our tickets did not cover weekends or school holidays. We would never have purchased the tickets had we been told this as we don’t live locally and would almost alwaya need to attend in school holidays or on weekends as the girls are st pre-school full-time and I work in the week. We were refused any refund by the manager, AJ, who was very condescending and effectively tried to blame us by saying that she had not had other instances of the staff member who sold us the tickets getting it wrong and we should have read the signs rather than relied on what the staff member said. This wasn’t the only issue we had with our upgrade either - the tickets were initially issued incorrectly and had to be repeatedly re-issued. There were therefore clearly a number of mistakes made by the staff member who had served us. I was really disappointed by the lack of any accountability for the mistake in the face of two very disappointed 3- year olds who had travelled a long way and were refused entry. I will take it further but it doesn’t make up for a wasted day of leave today.

We were sorry to learn of your disappointment on arrival on 4th August 2027 and we understand that you spoke with a member of the Park’s Senior Management Team on the day who addressed your concerns.
Here at Paultons we offer three levels of annual pass which provide different levels of access. Essential Passes provide entry to Paultons on weekdays during school term time, outside of peak periods and school holidays. These are priced substantially lower in cost compared to our Premium and Star Passes which provide higher levels of access.
The calendars showing prescribed dates for each tier can be found under the annual pass section of our website and were accessible via the upgrade opportunity email sent out on the evening of your original visit date.
We note from our internal findings that the upgrades were processed upon your return to Paultons a couple of days after visiting and can only apologise for any misunderstanding or miscommunication from either party at the time surrounding the tier requested and the level of access this provided.
We were regrettably unable to grant access to Paultons under your Essential Pass on a peak August school holiday date and can only apologise for any upset this caused on arrival. Whilst a refund could not be accommodated in line with our terms and conditions we understand that upgrading to a Premium Pass was offered, which would have provided the level of access you required included entry to Paultons that day, but was declined.
Please be assured that your concerns were taken very seriously by the senior management team on the day and we thank you again for taking the time and trouble to leave a review.
We do hope to be able to welcome you back to Paultons sometime soon with your Essential Passes after all, or if you would like to take up the offer of an upgrade to Premium Passes then please do contact us.

This is our fifth visit to Paultons Park. The park is always clean, the decoration and themes around the park are excellent. Staff have always been polite and friendly. Food and drink has always been great and reasonably priced for a theme park. The kids love the toy shops.
In our opinion the park is amazing and the best in the country for all the above reasons. This is why we keep coming back.

I never leave feedback normally, but I must say paultons park was the best day out I have had with my children in a long time! Staff, attractions, cleanliness, entertainment, food and Que times were just brilliant! I really couldn’t fault anything about the day. Food let down
The theme park itself was enjoyable, and we had a wonderful day without any issues. However, we did encounter a couple of problems. We ordered two Harissa Chickpea & Charred Couscous Bowls with chicken tenders at the feasting hall. Unfortunately, the meal was not palatable as it was excessively covered in barbecue sauce. I was unable to eat mine, and while my husband, being hungry, consumed most of his, he subsequently became ill and was unable to accompany our 19-month-old on the rides. We received a refund for one meal, but we believe both should have been refunded given the circumstances.
Three hours later, we visited the pancake kitchen, which presented another unfortunate experience. They were out of ice cream, strawberries, and sugar. I ordered pancakes with chocolate sauce, which amounted to a wasted £17, as they were completely drenched in chocolate. My daughter also found her pancakes too dry to enjoy. Overall, the food was quite disappointing, and we ended up feeling unwell and hungry. Should we visit again, we will certainly bring a picnic, as we spent £49 on unsatisfactory food.

Disney level attraction in the UK!
A great day out with all the family something for everyone! 2 full days in the park, still didn’t feel enough.
As a huge Disney parks fan this place did not disappoint, the theming, the cleanliness, the friendliness of staff members, really impressed.
Sadly I am guilty of pre-judging based on my experiences at other UK theme parks before visiting Paultons park, but completely blown away with our visit and will definitely be back.

What a great day we had
What a great day we had. Really underrated theme park. It was quiet with short lines even though it’s the summer holidays. I’m sure most people go only for Peppa Pig World, which is good, but there are so many other rides for all ages. We also enjoyed the food we had and the staff all really friendly and welcoming. Shame we’re so far away to visit often.
