What a great day we had
What a great day we had. Really underrated theme park. It was quiet with short lines even though it’s the summer holidays. I’m sure most people go only for Peppa Pig World, which is good, but there are so many other rides for all ages. We also enjoyed the food we had and the staff all really friendly and welcoming. Shame we’re so far away to visit often.

This place is brilliant with so much to…
This place is brilliant with so much to do! We went with 2 young children (under 5) and they could go on many of the rides. We did 2 days and happily would have done another. The staff are so helpful and nothing seems too much trouble. It’s spotlessly clean and the small queues (even in the summer holidays) are such a bonus.
My only slight criticisms are the food offering is a bit meh. Also like much of the UK, Paultons may need to consider how they adapt to the warmer weather we’re having (but this is obviously recent and quite unusual for the UK). I also find the age requirement for ghostly manor odd as it’s really not that scary and I think my nearly 2 year old would have enjoyed it.
Nonetheless, we will 100% be back regardless of the above. It’s a truly brilliant place! I also think considering the above it makes really great value for money particularly with children under 1m going free as there is so much they can do.

Great day out at Paultons park 29/7/26…
Great day out at Paultons park 29/7/26 considering how hot it was and summer holidays. Ride queue times were no longer than 20 minutes which most of the time it was shorter wait times than stated. Went with 10 people all mixed ages and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their day. Staff were amazing with a lady having a medical emergency after being on a rollercoaster. Really hope the lady was ok and well done to all the staff 🙌

Best theme park in the UK
Large theme park with excellent selection of rides in all thrill levels. Far more bigger rides than I was expecting for older kids/adults. Queues were 20 minutes max for rides and we didn't queue once for food/toilets (which were exceptionally clean). Well sign posted, lots of seating areas and many playgrounds/splash parks to enjoy in breaks from rides. Free parking too. Been to all the theme parks in the UK, and Paultons is easily my favourite.

Just loved it. The day just goes too quick.
Just loved it. Now it's got alot more Adult rides. Draken now my most favourite ride. I'm from Bournemouth so only half hour away. At the end of the day you don't want a long journey home.

Peppa Pig World was a huge…
Peppa Pig World was a huge disappointment. The staff were consistently unfriendly, and on an extremely hot day there was barely any shelter available. The metal slides were dangerously hot, with no supervision whatsoever. One little girl actually burnt her bottom, raising serious health and safety concerns that the park clearly isn’t addressing.
Inside the play area, a member of staff was shockingly rude to my granddaughter, which was completely unacceptable. The park is also very overpriced for the poor standard of professionalism shown throughout. The manager overseeing the park was equally unprofessional and dismissive.
Sad to say, we will never return.

We did experience high temperatures across large parts of the UK at the time of your visit which is one aspect of the operation of the Park which we hope you can appreciate is totally outside our control. Paultons is, after all, an outdoor attraction and we are proud to be able to continue to operate in all weather conditions. We do have many indoor areas to escape the elements and cool down, such as our air-conditioned shops and airy restaurants, plus many shaded areas across the Park provided by trees and parasols.
Signage is displayed at the metal slides in the play areas during periods of hot weather and we ask that children are supervised at all times whilst using the play equipment.
Customer service is a priority for us here at Paultons and we pride ourselves on our usual high standards. Paultons has won Gold for Best Customer Service three years in a row at the Annual Theme Park Awards, which is a reflection of our dedication in providing a consistent high service to our valued guests.
Ordinarily our visitors regularly commend us on the quality and friendliness of our dedicated team of staff, so please accept our apologies if you felt this was not the case on the day of your visit at the Indoor Play Area and when speaking with a member of the Park’s Management Team.
Please be assured that your comments have been taken seriously and we thank you for your review.
We do hope to be able to welcome you back to Paultons sometime soon after all.

A fantastic day out for all ages
A fantastic day out for all ages, there are lockers for personal belongings etc so don’t forget your picnic .
Staff are really friendly and there’s a massive free car park with easy access into the park.
I cannot imagine anyone being disappointed with the standards at this park.Noticably the rides are impeccably well maintained and the craftsmanship gave faith in the security of the rides.

We had an absolutely fantastic day
We had an absolutely fantastic day! We were very impressed how short most of the ride queues were considering it was the summer holidays. We loved that there were no fast passes, really kept the queues down. We got on all the rides we wanted and went back several times to our favourites. A great variety of rides for all ages.
The park was also spotlessly clean (I saw three staff during the day litter picking) and the gardens are well maintained and lovely.

Brilliant!
This was our first time visiting paultons park and we book 2 days as 2nd day half price. We can’t wait to come back tomorrow as today was absolutely brilliant. We had a great time. There is so much to do for young and old. So glad we booked it and our 7 year old had a wonderful time. Staff are so polite and lovely. The whole park and all the amenities are clean and fantastic. Choice of foods and drinks is great. Such a great day and looking forward to coming again tomorrow.

Starting the summer holidays the best way!
It was a busy day with lots of people but we still had fun. I enjoyed the theming as we queued for the rides, it made it less boring to wait.
I like the fact that there was an area just for little children in Peppa Pig world.
I highly recommend going on Cyclonator, it felt like I was flying!
I will definitely visit again and my Mum said we can come back in the summer holidays with a friend for my birthday celebrations - hooray!

What a cracking 2 days we had
What a cracking 2 days we had! The park wasn’t too busy or crowded, plenty of space to about, lots of seating & sit down areas, park was pristine, staff were constantly cleaning up & rubbish picking. Rides were great. Tornado springs & Valgaard were the highlights for my age 10 child. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly, helpful & genuinely keen for us to have an enjoyable day. The ride times were all 10-20 mins, less in many cases & so we were able to do loads!! Food options were varied, very tasty, hot & well cooked, a tad pricey but I expected that on park & cheaper than offerings at some similar sized theme parks. Due to the summer VAT relief & day 2 half price, I booked 2 days which was brilliant as we could pace ourselves & not feel pressured to fit everything in. Loved it so much, I bought season tickets & they took the 2 days entry price off the season ticket price. We’ll be back, many times over the year & already looking forward to Halloween & Xmas specials!

Compared to UK most popular parks
We have been to many these parks in the last two years
Alton towers, Drayton manor, Lego land, ROARR and Thorpe park
Peppa pig world is beyond the best one we have been to so much there that my younger children under 1 meter can still enjoy, queues was non existent which was surprising in the summer holidays! Most rides 0 minutes maximum queue time was 20 which meant we feel like we had our moneys worth
Other parks can be 1 hour + which is challenging with children
We all had the most stress free time the children was all happy and the staff was so fantastic and friendly
We usually annually go to Alton towers but we will now swap for Peppa pig world and be returning customers who will be travelling 5 hours to visit this park because it’s the top park we have ever visited in the uk

Peppa pig world is perfect!
We visited the park with our 4 year old niece primarily for peppa pig world and we loved it! The park is well laid out and very clean the gardens are lovely.
Peppa pig world was great when seeing the sign above the entrance my niece was so excited. We visited on a Monday in July and the queues were not to long and we went on everything without having to rush all day. The muddy puddles were perfect to cool down on a hot day, it would be good to have a changing area next to it and seats for adults but it was still great and my niece loved it so much we didn't end up walking to the other side of the park for the splash park.
The food we had from hay barn was slightly expensive but good. Daddy's pigs cafe had sandwich packs or pizzas although my niece got fed up of waiting for more pizza to be available, over 30 minutes and the fruit options were expensive but good to have.
The park App was very helpful with information and ride queue times.
We will definitely return this time as a bigger group with various ages as we had a great time and I was impressed compared to other theme parks.
