Great combination of family friendly…
Great combination of family friendly rides and attractions, lovely grounds / gardens for a picnic should you want to take your own food. Friendly staff, easy to access with free parking. Better atmosphere , staff and other customers than say Thorpe Park.

Paida from HDL gave us an amazing experience at pepper pig world - I was determined to get the ball in Paida helped provide tips on how to win in the end I ended getting both balls in and winning George for my goddaughter on her birthday

A theme park for all the family from babies to grandma.
Ease of access from the car park and well organised entry to the park.
Clean throughout the park with plenty of space to sit in the shade. Lots of benches to sit on around the park. Great for a variety of age groups. Not too far to walk between rides.
An excellent day out for the whole family.
Great theming in Peppa pig world, the dinosaur area and the Viking area.

Absolutely disgusted we got to the…
Absolutely disgusted we got to the ticket booth only to be told we would have to pay 59 pound each adult or we could let the kids go in on their own !!!!!!!! This was not advertised on their website about having to pay extra wen we were not even going on any rides just to watch our girls disappointed doesn’t even cover it we had 2 very upset girls

We are very proud of the value for money we are able to provide our guests and the services we offer. Admission tickets to Paultons includes over 70 rides and attractions covering Paultons Park, Valgard: Realm of the Vikings, Tornado Springs, Lost Kingdom and Peppa Pig World therefore offering a full day's entertainment across a large site for families of all ages.
Please be advised that all guests who reach 1 metre in height or above require a ticket to enter the Park and as we hope you can appreciate, we do need to keep a fair and consistent approach when it comes to Park entry.
Please be advised that we do offer discounted tickets when purchased online in advance, up until midnight the day before your visit and can only apologise if this information was missed prior to arrival.
Thank you again for taking the time to review Paultons and we do hope that we are able to welcome you to the Park sometime in the future.

Disappointing visit and aftercare
It was a disappointing first visit to Paultons Park. Unfortunately, there were a number of issues during our visit which left us very disappointed with the overall experience.
I contacted Guest Services afterwards to give Paultons Park the opportunity to address our concerns and restore our confidence in returning. Sadly, I did not feel that our concerns were dealt with in a way that would encourage us to visit again.
As a result, we have shared our experience with family, friends and customers, and at this stage we have no plans to return. It is particularly disappointing as this was our first visit and we had hoped it would be a memorable experience for all the right reasons.

Park is spotless and staff are all friendly and really helpful, food was an ok price but actually tasted pretty good. Good variety of fast intense rides, and not bad height restrictions, our 8 and 11 year old kids could do everything. Went on a very Thursday, ques not bad at all 10-15 mins average. Would definitely recommend

A huge shout-out to Tracey and Bridget at the First Aid team at Paultons Park! ❤️
Our little boy unfortunately fell and cut his elbow. Tracey and Bridget attended to him very quickly, assessed the injury and referred us to A&E as the cut was quite deep. He received the treatment he needed, and we were very grateful for their care, kindness and professionalism.
The two ladies were absolutely amazing. They also went above and beyond by quickly arranging for our tickets to be moved to the following day, which meant we could still enjoy our visit once our little boy was better. We came back the following day and had an amazing experience — 10/10! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
The children absolutely loved it, and Peppa Pig World was definitely the highlight! 🐷❤️
We would definitely come again and would confidently recommend Paultons Park to our friends and family. Thank you to Tracey, Bridget and the whole team for making a difficult situation much easier and for ensuring we could still have such a wonderful family experience.

Another brilliant visit
Another brilliant visit! Fantastic amount on offer for all age ranges, you can get on so many rides multiple times in one visit, loads of fun areas and a great water park, lots of shaded places to eat, lots of interactive dinosaurs and decorations! Whole place clean, tidy, well run, brilliant scary rides, perfect inbetween rides and even enough to look at for those that don’t want to to do rides at all. A firm family favourite of ours.

Family run, very clean, I didnt see any rubbish on the floor, very accessible for people with additional needs. Lovely zen garden for people who get overwhelmed and need timeout from the fun. Beautiful maintained gardens.
The park is always updating and bringing new rides. Staff are very good and obviously well trained. Excellent place for people of all ages, something for everyone.
