What a great day out
What a great day out, everything was easy, no huge queues, lots of variety. We visited with our 3 children, aged 12, 11 and 8. All of the rides ask they over 1.2m ride alone or with an adult depending on speed etc. honestly such a brilliant day out, food was good, fairly priced, 5 of us ate and had drinks for £65, all full up then on to the afternoon. We didn’t even visit the younger part of the park as the rest of it accommodated for our youngest unlike other big named parks. If you want easy, stress free fun go here!! We will defiantly return.. also got a great deal on a two day pass and stay at a local hotel..

What an impressive place!
What an impressive place! Immaculately clean, incredibly well run, so much choice of things to do and every single member of staff well presented, trained and friendly. Some fab details considered throughout the park to make life easier for visitors and lots of open space so it never felt overwhelming.
It’s great to see somewhere where care has been taken, not just in the design of rides, but in the staff, shops, play areas and facilities.

Terrible Lunch Experience - Tills Crashing
We’ve previously really enjoyed visits to Paultons Park but our visit in August this year was not positive. The site is card only but all the tills crashed over lunch time at all of the different outlets. Having visited previously and liking the variety of food options we didn’t bring our own food which meant I was unable to feed my kids or buy any cold drinks at the hottest part of the day. Staff didn’t know how long it would take to fix, food stall all shut, food already cooked in the fish and chip shop just sat on the side going off. If you are going to be a cashless site, you need a better IT back up system in place for instances like this … so many families were stressed out with children melting down. I will always take our own food in future and thankfully I had packed a LOT of snacks which we had as a backup but it was quite a shambles. In general the park is v clean, staff are usually great/ helpful, wait times are ok (longest we queued was 35 mins) but this experience and how it was handled has put us off returning. Definitely bring your own lunch if you plan to visit.

Had a fantastic time there. Rides were so great. So much to do. Food was good. Only thing is, food court and restaurants closed by 4.30pm. Kids had so much fun and wore themselves out. Great that bus from Southampton goes straight to the park grounds.

We absolutely loved it especially the kids. Would have preferred another day at the park but oh well will probably plan another day soon sometime. It’s a lot more suitable for my kids who are 3 and 1 year old compared to some other theme parks out there. Queue were that long either.

Fantastic theme park for smaller kids…
Fantastic theme park for smaller kids but has a few good rides for older ones too! So much to do and see and experience for ages 0-12 I would say. Great splash pad for the beautiful weather today. My 2,5,6 and 7 yr old grandchildren absolutely loved it. The older two loved the Ghostly Manor. All the rides we were able to go on were brilliant. The only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 was the length of wait to each ride- we literally only managed about 5 rides the whole day plus the splash pad! and no ability to buy a fast track pass. Also the disabled tickets are non existent- you have to pay for a carer and every other theme park we’ve been to allows the carer for free. The tickets are also very expensive. Having said that there is a lot in the park and it does have a bit of a Disney vibe to it. Great day out!

We are very proud of the value for money we are able to provide our guests and the services we offer. Admission tickets to Paultons includes over 70 rides and attractions covering Paultons Park, Valgard: Realm of the Vikings, Tornado Springs, Lost Kingdom and Peppa Pig World therefore offering a full day's entertainment across a large site for families of all ages and can only apologise if you feel the ticket price feels expensive.

Fun as always. A little bit of a faff, a smaller disappointment
We came today to celebrate my little’s 5th birthday
She’s been extremely excited about returning here as she hasn’t been since she was 2.
We arrived at 0938 and were allowed into the park prior to it opening which gave us time to have a little stroll around the gardens through the owl path and the Chinese garden (beautiful waterfalls and bananas growing on the trees!)
We headed straight for the lost kingdom as we wanted to do peppa pig world in the afternoon to chill our girl out for the drive home (we had also been told that peppa pig world is more quiet during the afternoon- it wasn’t!)
We were disappointed after queuing for a ride to be told our little was too short- we had measured her on the height board outside of the queue to make sure she was tall enough and she was over it by an inch, yet when we got to the front of the queue ready to go on they measured her again for us to be told she was too short 🙈.
Other than that we loved everything else we went on! The food was delicious within the park
I had purchased the photo pass which was £40 so always worth the money but not many of the smaller rides had the photo opportunity so although still worth the money, we didn’t have a great selection of photos.
Also a heads up- I was told that to have photos printed you have to return to the rides you had them taken at if you then chose to have them printed and not just digitally- and was told to give it a hour and a half at the end of the day to give enough time to go and get it
Everywhere is cashless including the lockers which was great for us!
Queue times- considering it’s the summer holidays AND a Saturday- the longest queue time today was 25 minutes
Everything else was pretty much 5/10 minutes throughout the day throughout the park!- amazing
Anyway! We had an amazing time!

We’re delighted to read that you enjoyed a lovely birthday visit for your daughter and were particularly impressed with the value for money that the photo pass offers and the short queues experienced despite being a weekend day during the summer holidays.
We are however sorry to learn that your daughter was measured too small to use a ride after queuing up on the understanding she was tall enough. We are pleased to advise that we are able to offer 90cm and 1m wristbands that are available from Guest Information for future reference so that you can then show the wristband at rides where height measurements are required without the need to be measured everytime.
We value all feedback received and do very much look forward to welcoming you back at Paultons again sometime in the future.

We had the best day
We had the best day! Came with our daughters 7 & 4. Focused on Peppa world but as queue times were not crazy we managed a lot before lunch. Started to explore the rest of the park and wow! We went on Raven & The flight of the pterosaur with our 7 year old. They were great.

We hadn't really heard about Paultons Park before so we were really really pleasantly surprised during our visit. There was so much to do that we didn't get to do everything in the one day we had there. The facilities were super clean and excellent for young children/babies.

Fantastic day out – 5 stars from start to finish!
We had a brilliant experience at Paultons Park and honestly couldn’t fault it. The whole park was exceptionally clean, really well organised and clearly very well looked after.
There were plenty of food and drink options throughout the park, and the rides were excellent, with something for all ages. Everything ran smoothly and the whole experience felt very well managed from start to finish.
A genuinely fantastic day out and somewhere we will definitely be visiting again. Highly recommended!

Brilliant family theme park
Family of 4 (myself and 3 older children 15, 13 & 11) had a brilliant day at the park. First time back in over 10 years and the park honestly puts Merlin to shame. The park itself is spotless and very well maintained, with the gardens and animals it’s lovely just walking around. Caters very well for families, particularly those with younger children. Lots of seating and tables dotted around so you can always find somewhere to sit. Good selection of rides for all ages with brilliant theming. Queues times weren’t long at all so it meant we could do everything in one day. Ride operations were quick and efficient and the rides themselves were very smooth to ride. Staff were friendly and helpful and the general atmosphere around the park was very positive. Lots of options for food and drink. Like all theme parks, food and drink is on the pricey side, but we took our own lunch and just purchased ice cream to keep costs down. I would recommend this park and will definitely be returning.

A great day out for all the family
We visited yesterday and had a really wonderful day.
The selection of rides allows something for everyone! Bigger coasters for the thrill seekers and lovely bright coloured Peppa pig world for younger visitors.
We were so impressed with the cleanliness of the park, the very helpful staff and all the little extras added to make the day perfect!
As we went to leave some of the helpful staff were at the exit letting people know there was some local traffic so as a result of this they kept the park open an extra half hour extending ride times to allow an easier exit and journey home!
We were so impressed and will definitely be back again when the new water coaster is open! Can’t recommend enough!!
