The claim was handled by Daniel Griffiths, who was superb throughout and helped both my parents with everything. Tried to get a Will done solicitor wouldnt speak to me and when she did she couldnt get her words out. No emotion from her at all. Couldnt be bothered coming back because trying to arrange an appointment is ridiculous and all over the place. Snotty woman and clueless lad. Even the receptionist seemed fed up trying to sort it. I'll take my money elsewhere now.
