The ring is beautiful and fits great - used the sizer provided. The pictures looked great but the ring in person is even better. I bought a small uv flashlight to see what the glowstones would do in the dark - what fun. The free gift was a meteorite dogtag necklace - very unusual pattern. Not a necklace kind of guy but I put it on and it has not come off in 2 weeks now. I think I like it.

I had a full set wedding rings but my diamonds kept falling out so after almost a year decided not to wear my set and look for a unique wedding band that I could wear with out the fear of my stones falling out. I saw this very unique ring being displayed on FB and I loved the look and uniqueness of the ring. I spent several months researching the company and the rings they made before I finally made the decision to purchase. I had the ring made with my birthstone, my husbands birthstone and the stone of the month we were married in it, with the extra touch of the bright glow substance. I ordered the ring sizer, made sure they could make 1/2 sizes and awaited my masterpiece. Every email I sent them, they were fast and courteous to respond. The ring did not disappoint. My husband was shocked when he saw it and the special effect of the glow. This ring is my beautiful everyday wedding band and I love it! Thank you PAD! You did a fabulous job!

Not worth the money honestly. I paid 400 with a free mystery ring gift. It took awhile to receive the rings. I knew from past reviews they take a while to send the rings. When I received them I sighed. Nothing spectacular. I was dissapointed. When i gave the ring to my spouse i thought i made a mistake of ordering the wrong ring size. Come to find out when they sent the ring measurer, i sent the right ring size they just sent me the size of the ring wrong. I contacted them when i sent the ring to check whether they received the ring and i was told by one of the support team i shouldnt email them or they will put my order to the last. Thay person is scum.

PAD did a great job! High Quality rings at a great price, good customer support, they really listened and made me happy. I now own 3 rings with 2 new ones on the way!

I want to share my full experience with Patrick Adair Designs so that others can make an informed decision before purchasing. My hope is that by being transparent, I can help protect future customers from what I went through.

I ordered an 18K rose gold meteorite wedding ring, investing over $2,500, including an extended protection plan. The ring arrived just in time for my wedding on April 27th 2024. While the ring was beautiful, I immediately noticed that it lacked the beveling shown in the main product image. It also felt a little tight. I had been professionally sized before ordering, and even after double-checking with another jeweler, the size matched—but the band’s design and thickness made it feel off.

I wore it briefly on the wedding day and the next, then safely stored it during my honeymoon. After returning home on May 3rd2024. I resumed wearing it—and by May 8th, 2024 it broke while I was sitting at my desk. It caught slightly on my clothing, and the band fractured. I had only worn the ring for a few total days. For something that expensive, marketed as heirloom quality, the fragility was shocking and incredibly disappointing.

I contacted Patrick Adair Designs for a repair and was told they would resize it by removing gold. This didn’t make- you dont resoze a ring by shaving the gold away, you make a cut and add gold. They told me thwy would just remake the ring. When they returned the ring, the truth came out: instead of rebuilding or resizing it properly, they simply shaved away gold and re-engraved the inside. They didn’t even remove the original engraving correctly, leaving clear signs that the ring had not been reconstructed at all—despite what I had been told.

I eventually received a refund. However, I was also told they would still finish repairing and returning the ring to me. That never happened. After months of back and forth, they stopped communicating, and I gave up.

What makes this worse is that my original review was removed from their website, silencing my experience from public view. Since then, other individuals have reached out to me privately, thanking me for what I shared on social media. Many told me they experienced similar issues—some only got help from the company after seeing my posts.

I now believe Patrick Adair Designs is actively hiding negative reviews and engaging in deceptive practices that mask ongoing customer dissatisfaction. What should have been a symbol of love and commitment turned into stress, disappointment, and a complete loss of trust in the brand.

I hope this review serves as a wake-up call. When someone invests over $2,500 in a wedding band, they’re not just buying jewelry—they’re trusting a company to deliver a piece of lasting meaning and value. That trust was broken.

Ordered rings in January 2025. Was promised a 6-8 week turnaround for custom rings, didn't receive them until April 8th. They aren't what we expected or really wanted. The company has no phone and their emailing back and forth takes longer than the 48-72 hours they promise in their automatically generated emails. They have refused my complaint, by only sending back a generic email saying what I have ordered and what to do to get the rings to glow. I have stated multiple times that I have done this and the rings still don't shine like they should, and they don't look like there's many gemstones in them. I have asked multiple times for a refund as I'm not satisfied and won't be satisfied until I get my money back.

You can buy every one of these rings on Amazon for one tenth the price.

The ring was stunning and everything I could ever want. The people I interacted with were friendly and knowledgable and helped me pick the right materials to make the ring of my dreams. 15/10 would recommend to everyone. Their rings are unique, durable, and truly breath taking! Never change and I will be buying from you again!!!

Patrick Adair Designs does amazing work. I got a beautiful piece, with ashes from my late significant, in the ring.

Update: I have learned that you have to charge under UV light. It's red so it's the lesser glow. The ring looks great...still no glow under grow light. I'll but a bulb and try again. It still feels like tin, granted I wear a tungsten ring which is reedick heavy. I did indeed contact them before the review, they were very responsive and dismissive. Don't buy the rings for the glow gimmick

Got the ring. No prob there. The ring looked good in the box. Upon removing it I was immediately struck by the light weight and cheap feel of the ring. Feels like tin....like I could definitely pinch between my fingers and crush it. It looks good tho and I excitedly put it under some lights for a good bit. When night fell I ran into the water closet I closed my eyes and shut the lights. When I opened my eyes...NOTHING....ZERO....ZIP...NADA....No GLOW! I pad extra for extra moon dust or whatever the hell magic juju they put in there, but whatever it is...IT NO WORKY. So i have a tin toy ring that doesnt even light up with extra money dumped in for extra glow. I'd say steer clear.....oh yeah and they threw in a magic pendant that was green glow on black....well ANOTHER BUST, its a black rectangle of cheap metal on a decent black chain.

I purchased a custom glowstone cremation ring from Patrick Adair Designs. I found the whole process very easy. I got my ring faster than I had anticipated and the final design was absolutely gorgeous! Definitely will be a return customer. I highly recommend!

Awful experience with this company and terrible customer service. I purchased an expensive ring for my wedding and was promised a ring sizer would be sent out, as I do not live in America so was unsure of my size there. No sizer was sent so I contacted the team, took a very long time for a response and they told me they would send another but this never happened. Again I had to contact about the sizer and same occurred where I waited long time for a response and again nothing was received. This occurred 3 different times where I was told new ones were sent out but somehow nothing was delivered. Each time I tried to contact them the response took forever. This occurred over 2 months of going back and forth. I am now trying to get a refund back from them as I no longer have to time to get the ring from them before my wedding.
As you can imagine they are not responding to any of my contact now. Been messaging for weeks and they have not responded back. At the this point it would appear more of a scam. They happily took my money months ago but nothing has been received from them and the customer service has been awful. I’m now having to dispute the charge through my bank since they will not respond to me. Will most likely not get my money back in time for my wedding so this has completely hindered me getting a ring I would like for my wedding day.
Would strongly encourage others to not buy from here. Horrible experience, very happy to take your money and give you nothing in return.

I’ve had nothing but great experiences with Patrick Adair designs. I’ve made three ring purchases in the past six months. My most recent purchase was 2 bogo rings, I couldn’t be more pleased. Beginning with the customer service (Lanz & Eli); both making sure my request and suggestions were met! The amazing work for my “Frostbite” ring in hammered tungsten and my “Fleur de lis” ring in carbon fiber both were made by talented artisans; (thank you Gabe & Jaren)! PAD is well oiled online business with affordable prices, very reasonable turnaround and beautiful quality designs!

I took advantage of PAD's Black Friday sale this past November, ordering a timascus style ring and choosing a gold burl carbon fiber ring as the offered freebie. I didn't know my ring size off hand, but had a friend who had a sizing kit, so was able to provide the size within two days of placing my order, well before I'd received the sizer they'd shipped. They responded that the order would immediately enter the queue, and to check the website for estimated turnaround times, which for the timascus style ring would be up to 8 weeks. The rings were not needed for a special occasion, so the turnaround time was fine. This is where it all falls apart.

Around January 20th (about 6-7 weeks since placing order), I reached out for an update on the status, and a couple days later was told that the order was expected to ship the following week. When that passed, reached out again, and was told that the order was now expected to ship out on 2/17, and offered a place holder ring while I waited, which I could keep once the order arrived. I did not need the placeholder, which I explained, and also mentioned that perhaps they might want to back off on their heavy-handed marketing campaign if they were not able to keep up with the order. As this point, they tell me that my particular style of ring is made by one particular designer who was going through some personal issues, thus the delay, but that they were firm on the 2/17 date. Fine.

Flashforward to 2/20, and still nothing, so I reach out again. Now I am told it's expected to ship out in one to two weeks. Week and a half go by, still nothing, so reach out again. This time, no response to my email for three days. Now I am done. Reach out again and tell them they have till 3/14 to provide a valid tracking number or I would contact my credit card company to reverse the charge.

Which brings us to today, three days later, where I am told that it's expected to ship....... shocker, NEXT WEEK! Replied that this was unacceptable, and would be contacting my credit card company immediately. About fifteen minutes later, get another email, and am told the order will be refunded right away, which I am happy to say I just got the confirmation of the refund.

This was a frustrating experience, to say the least, and I only wish I had found the reviews on this site and reddit before I considered working with PAD. I don't often buy jewelry, and I was really looking forward to this product. I can only hope others have better luck if they dare to make a purchase.

Want to retract my negative comment I left earlier. Patrick Adair went above and beyond in making my order correct. Since I sent the wrong ring size to them. They graciously re-sized my ring at no charge. The ring is now the perfect size and looks absolutely wonderful! The quality and materials used to make my ring are top quality! Would definitely recommend their workmanship!

A stunning ring! The combination of the meteorite, azure opal and the tungsten produces a stunning piece of jewelry. This ring will be cherished for many years.

My husband and I bought custom rings for our anniversary and when I received mine, it wasn't how I'd envisioned it from pouring over the website pictures. But customer service was incredibly kind and I was able to return it with clarified instructions and it's absolutely stunning! Thank you so much to the entire team. Highly recommend!
