Customer service is fantastic and my fiancé’s wedding band is absolutely beautiful!!

I ordered a ring as a replacement wedding band. I got one with extra moonstone because I liked the glow in the images. It took about 4 weeks to get the ring which is what I expected. The craftsmanship is superb. I was surprised to wake up at 4 in the morning and it still glowed. I got 2 rings for the price of one and customer service was fast.

The customer support that I received was absolutely amazing. I love my necklace and earring set beautifully crafted and I really like the colors. I also ordered a wedding set they are absolutely beautiful

Horrible customer service and unprofessional! I ordered a ring and pendant back around Black Friday 2025. It is now memorial day and the order has not been fulfilled. They were to use cremated ashes of a loved one. I received the ring and the ashes back about 6 weeks ag and I have yet to receive the pendant though they are saying that they have used the remains. For the rings. After getting the remains back. It looks like nothing was used. I also asked for glostone and it seems like the glowstones in the ring doesn't even work after 2 months of use.

I have asked for a refund 2 times now and have received nothing but empty assurities that the remains were used and I will get the pendant soon. This is all B's at this point. 6 months and the order hasn't been fulfilled but also the fact that this was to commemorate a loved one, it is completely unacceptable. The canned AI responses are insult to injury. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered a ring for my husband that was NOT cheap. It was supposed to be quality materials. It snapped in half randomly less than a year after getting it. He only wore it on Sundays to church and date nights. I contacted them and they told me since I didn’t pay for some warranty that I didn’t even see an option for that we had to pay $200 for a new ring. This is faulty materials! For him to rarely wear it to take care of it and it literally broke in half putting it on. Terrible policies and customer service.

I ordered a cremation ring and pendant containing my mother's ashes in December 2025. As of March 2026 I hadn't received either item and I requested a refund. It takes days to get a response to an email and then my request for refund was ignored. They said two more weeks before delivery. Two more weeks passed and still no delivery. I requested a charge back with my bank. It took until the end of April to get my money back and the ring came the same day my money was returned. They didn't send the pendant. I emailed the company and asked for a return label to send the ring back and the return of my mother's ashes that they still have to make the pendant with. I have asked for my mother's ashes three times since April and they will not return them to me. Beware of this company.

They do great work, and rings get rolling.

DO NOT SHOP HERE. seriously the worst experience. I took advantage of a buy one get one free ring deal that he had going on. I read on the website that it takes eight weeks to receive the product and I waited 8 1/2 weeks before I reached out. They responded saying that the specific rings that I ordered take about 12 weeks to receive.

Couple weeks later the ring that I paid money for showed up and the free ring did not. Couple weeks later the free ring was received, and it was the wrong size.

Their response to this was send the ring back and if we determine it’s the wrong size they will remake it- taking another three months to receive it.

When I express my concerns, they wrote back a very empathetic response with no further results. Saying they understand my frustration and disappointment in the time frames and how they cannot meet the standard of working on my timeline to receive the ring in a timely fashion.

The ring I paid for came out nice and even though the ring is too small for the free one, it still was a nice looking ring. But the communication takes three days minimum to get a basic response and they replied back with short no resolution answers forcing me to send another email. It takes an additional three days.. after four emails and over a week of communication the results were still unsatisfactory with the three month waiting period six months in total to receive the free ring.

In the meantime, they sent me three emails every single day promoting their rings in different offers. I literally had to unsubscribe to prevent from getting bombarded daily for 3 months..

This place is a joke and they do not care about their customers. All they care about is making money and offering ridiculous promotions to try to receive payment and then treating you like your needs are not important to them. Imagine if I was getting married and I ordered a wedding ring for myself and my wife and my wife’s was the wrong size and it would take till after the wedding to get it fixed.

Do not fall for their promotions because they’re not real.

I genuinely have no words to describe how difficult and frustrating this entire process has been. I ordered the green glow burl carbon fiber ring on January 17th, waited until March 26th to send an email for an update just to be told that the materials were out of stock the entire time. I wish someone would have reached out to tell me before I wasted all that time thinking my ring was being made. Now there are multiple emails back and forth about how to move forward (with waiting the 48-72 hours) to be told that there was in fact a Burl carbon fiber ring in stock and would be shipped on May 1st. It is now May 13th and no ring has been received. I sent an email for an update a day or two ago, and got an email back saying pretty much the exact same thing as the original email and telling me that there is a “shortage of materials” and trying to see if there were any other rings that I would want, of the same value, of course. I am deeply disappointed in this entire ordeal. Communication has been a nightmare.

I ordered a ring and it was extremely low quality. They sent a "bonus ring" which was basically a piece of cheap silver metal in ring format. I was expecting something well made and heavy like tungsten but their products are cheap garbage and look nothing like advertised. It's basically a fancy marketing campaign with cheap products. Their customer service is also legitimately terrible. pretty sure this is a front for some kind of money laundering. There are great vendors on Etsy with better products. Avoid this company at all costs.

Received the mystery ring and it’s beautiful. I bought it for my wife and it hasn’t been off her finger since. She appreciates the fine craftsmanship and so do I, just can’t wear jewelry but she can, I foresee a future purchase soon (this year). We will do business soon.

Deliver wrong product, not complete order (2 order, only delivery 1), long wait time for incomplete order (order in Feb, still unsolve (May)), return policy not apply for delivery both ways, customer need to suck it.

I would not recommend this company. The company is very unresponsive. The communication is poor and now we are fighting with the credit card company to get our money back. This is a challenge given that there is a 120 day limit on making such a claim. We were led to believe that the order would be made within this time frame from early communications but unfortunately they have now gone unresponsive. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.....THEY ARE LIKELY NO LONGER A FUNCTIONING BUSINESS.

Lots to go over. I ordered the meteorite with real gold liner and my wife got a stardust and gold ring. This review will mostly be about the meteorite, as her ring was only a few weeks late and was done well. PAD seems like they do a decent job with their epoxy channel rings and hers was well done. That’s the reason for the second star.

I am a traditionally trained bladesmith, a pen maker, and have owned handmade product business. I have been following PAD since Patrick started, and was excited to finally get a PAD ring only to find out this company spends their time, effort, and money on social media marking. Craftsmanship and customer service take a back seat.

Firstly, communication is awful. We ordered our wedding rings 17 weeks out, which should be plenty of time for an 8-12 week window. After 13 weeks and no communication, we had to reach out and ask about the status of the order. “They’re handmade so sometimes it takes longer” was the response after waiting an additional 3 days to receive an email response. I know full well the business of handmade things and am totally understanding that handmade does sometimes take longer. No communication from the company for an expensive order after 13 weeks is unacceptable. If you’re going to be late, tell me before you’re late. If I have to reach out after the deadline that the company set, huge red flag and immediately lost my trust. And then having to wait 3 extra days just to get an email response…do better.

They sent a placeholder ring because they were not going to have my ring done before the wedding, which was nice, but they had ample lead time to get my ring finished in time. When the ring finally was shipped after the wedding, it was sent regular priority mail. I have worked for high end jewelry companies…in the jewelry business, overnight is industry standard. Especially for items over $1000, overnight is the only option. It costs more, yeah, but the more time jewelry is in the mail, the larger chance that something bad happens. It also creates more trust.

When the ring finally arrived, I was very disappointed. The ring was black. Fully black with no texture showing and did not look at all like the photos. Sounds like this is a common issue with PAD though. Responses to this comment on other reviews is “oh it just needs more time in the acid”. Wrong. I am a bladesmith, I work with metal and etching acids. If it’s fully black like that, that means it was taken out of the acid. Rinsed off, and throw into the box to ship out. It still smelled like acid too.

It could use more time in the acid to get a deeper and better looking etch, but it needed to be buffed with 6000+ sandpaper so there is contrast, Then protected with some sort of wax (renaissance was preferably) because meteorite is iron and prone to rusting. Fortunately, I can do all this. But spending that much money on a ring and then my self having to do additional work on the ring to get it to look close to their photos is a very bad look for PAD.

In addition to a lazy etch, their lathe isn’t true. The gold liner is a different thickness on one side than the other. Also, on one side of the ring, there is enough of a gap between the liner and meteorite that I can catch my fingernail on half the ring. This was a rushed job and not done professionally.

I understand it’s handmade and there are going to be minor imperfections, and there are other imperfections, but if you are a ring maker, having a gap between liner and ring is very shotty craftsmanship. For that element of the ring, there is no excuse. Uneven bevels on the side, sure. Imperfections and chips on the meteorite? Sure, it’s a natural matters with natural voids. Being .5mm off the width that was ordered, sure. (All also things I noticed on this ring). A gap big enough to catch a fingernail? Absolutely not. Not for that price tag.

It was also very aggravating receiving more marketing emails and texts while we were waiting for the ring beyond their own deadline. I do not care about your current sales if you are 4 weeks late on an order with no communication. If you can’t complete your orders on time, stop doing so many sales that will make you father behind. Focus on quality and customer service. It was a very thing we ordered during the bogo sale because if we paid full price for both rings I would be extremely upset and demand a refund.

What is good about the ring? It does fit very well. It’s the right size, and the comfort core is very comforted and the ring has a nice heft without being too heavy. It’s thick enough to be durable, but could use more etching. I’ll do that myself because I don’t trust PAD to do it…but after I cleaned it up, it is a handsome looking ring.

All in all, I wish I still had access to a metal late to make my own rings or that we went with a traditional jeweler. I will not be recommending PAD to anyone.

Since Patrick Adair Designs doesn’t allow anyone to leave reviews on their Faceook page I am going around the internet. I ordered a cremation ring that would include the ashes of all my past dogs and wanted the bronze colored exterior with the dark blue/copper looking interior for $255. I suggest you do NOT hire these people for your ring - custom or not.

Well, that is not what I got and the response from James says it IS what I ordered - the lighting in the picture I sent them of what I wanted is just darker. SO - long story short? I DO NOT recommend them and am severely disappointed!!! 😡 There is NO phone number to contact them, it takes almost 3 months for you to receive your ring and 4-5 days for them to answer an email.

I ordered a ring and pendant in October 2025 and after multiple emails, I still have not received my product. They respond they are backed up but cannot get any response to cancel and return my money.

Ordered 6 rings and 5 were awesome. Came fast, great quality, and stellar looks.

One looked a bit different than I expected from the online pictures. Customer support told me to return it and they would replace it. And they did, with a beautiful substitute.

Very happy now with all 6 rings. They were very communicative and responsive. And they make fantastic rings at a very fair price.

Outstanding experience all around. I’ll definitely be buying from them again.

Totally understand how some people experience a bit of delay when they place their order(s) but im on my 3rd purchase from P.A.D in about 1.5 years and i am pleased every time. There was one issue with one ring but after contacting their support team, the issue was quickly resolved. Loving it

Super excited about ordering my fiancé’s wedding band through PAD because he finally found a meteorite & gold band that he liked. Ordered it back in January & it finally shipped a couple days ago but I was more than okay to wait for it since I thought it was going to look so good. Got it today & it does not look like the pictures. The ring is scratched on the inside where the gold is, sloppy scratches on the sides where the meteorite & gold meet, the engraving font looks cartoon-y, not classic cursive. The meteorite looks black-brown, not polished at all- overall an ugly ring, especially for the $3K I paid for it. They also got the size too small even after sending them his ring size based off of the sizer they specifically sent. Not happy with how things turned out & am requesting a refund.

This is difficult to write because I still have a ring from Patrick Adair Designs that I absolutely love. I bought it in early 2020. It was a glow stone ring that has received TONS of compliments while in dark rooms or in bright daylight. I then took a chance on a "Mystery" ring and it, too, was a glow stone ring. This ring didn't glow very well. or long. It was a bit disappointing. I then decided to take advantage of one of their seemingly amazing deals and got two more glow stone rings. Because of the disappointing experience with the Mystery ring, I decided to pay the extra money for the "Glowstone Enhancement". That was a complete waste of money. These rings glow less than the Mystery ring. Lame. I contacted them and was given the standard BS excuse as to why I don't see my rings glowing at night, or in dark rooms. Something has definitely changed since I received my first ring. And I don't like it. I'm done with Patrick Adair Designs. There are other companies that have better quality and customer service. I will say, other than the disappointing glow stone experience, I do like the quality of the rings. BUT, I pay for these rings expecting the glow experience they promise on their website. The pictures on their website are soooooo misleading now. Peace out, Patrick Adair.
