First, I never review anything unless it is highly exceptional or extremely inadequate. I ordered at the beginning of October a timascus pendant and was told mid November they were working on my order then 2 weeks later it was supply issues all while issuing new deals and promotions. Mid December came and I asked for an update again and was told they would be shipping soon. Start of the new year, supply issues again. Asked for a refund and finally got one 7 days later. Money better off well spent on Christmas or elsewhere. Products look amazing and high quality but I wouldn’t know.

This was one of the most disappointing and poorly handled online purchases I've experienced. Patrick Adair Designs markets itself as a premium brand, but my experience showed a level of disorganization, misrepresentation, and customer disregard that's frankly unacceptable at their price point.

I received a promotional email from Patrick Adair Designs offering a "Free Mystery Ring (randomly selected from our site with a value of at least $200)" with any $195+ purchase. I ordered the "Lavender Star Dust" ring, expecting two rings total.

After several weeks, my order arrived containing one ring and a basic pendant currently selling for $145. A pendant is not a ring, and this immediately felt misleading. Upon closer inspection, the ring itself looked nothing like what was advertised. It contained almost no visible bello opal, while product photos and customer reviews show vibrant opal throughout. The glow effect was also extremely weak compared to their marketing images. Later, I discovered the problem went even further and they had sent me the wrong ring entirely. It seems I received a "Star Dust" ring instead of the "Lavender Star Dust" ring I ordered, which explains the lack of opal.

When I contacted support, they dismissed this as "standard variation" and claimed the "Mystery Ring" could be a pendant depending on stock, which was never disclosed in the promotion. After weeks of slow back-and-forth with them trying to deny any responsibility, they eventually agreed to accept a return but refused to provide a return shipping label, despite being required to by law since they sent a different product from what I ordered.

I ultimately filed a chargeback, which was granted and finalized about 30 days later. So, they lost over $300 because they refused to provide a $7 return shipping label to correct their own mistakes. I sold the disappointing items on eBay and donated the proceeds to charity.

For comparison, I later purchased a similar ring on Etsy for roughly one-third the price. It closely resembles what Patrick Adair advertised, and the difference in glow performance was dramatic. After charging both with a UV light, the Etsy ring glows clearly in a lit room, while the Patrick Adair ring barely glowed even in complete darkness. The Etsy ring is easily 10x brighter, making the contrast impossible to ignore.

Between the misleading promotion, the wrong product being shipped, refusal to follow basic consumer protection requirements, and overall lack of accountability, this company demonstrated a level of incompetence and indifference that no customer should have to deal with—especially at "luxury" pricing. I would strongly caution anyone considering Patrick Adair Designs to look elsewhere.

I had already purchased a new wedding band by Manley Bands, but Patrick Adair kept sending me offers. I took the "Get Surprise Band, Half Off!" promo to buy a second. Sized my ring and ordered no problem. I had no idea what they would send me, but $150 ring sounded better than $300 ring of the same quality.

I got a beautiful tungsten ring with crushed opal inlay. Good quality and fits well. The opal color changes in the light from green to pink to blue, depending on the light source. I am very happy with it.

Delivery took about six weeks. I would have thought that this would have been faster. I believe that they manufacture these in batches, and that my half-price ring was simply a slow seller I was getting at cost. But who knows.

I did deal with customer service about a wrong ring size when I ordered. They were very friendly and said that they would correct my order.

I have seen the other rings advertised and they look great, but the "moon glow" feature they push seems gimmicky. How often am I going to put my ring under a black light? But if you are looking for exotic rings, I would recommend them to others.

Sent my rings back for resizing 6 months ago and was told that they wouldn't be ready in time for my wedding despite the ring sizer being wrong from the company. I got the same size ring 2 times and the second time it doesn't fit whereas the first one still does. The quality of product I got the second time was also much worse, thinner width and cloudier. Hoping one day to receive the do-over rings, but At this point I might have to dispute with my bank...

I am extremely pleased with my recent purchase of two glow rings. It was easy to make changes to the rings before they were made, and correspondence was easy and replies were always prompt and helpful. The rings were received within a week of being sent. They are very high quality and I couldn't be happier.

I received 2 rings today. While I had high hopes for these based on other reviewers, sadly both of them are quite hideous. They did not insert emerald in the rings as requested and overloaded it with tiger's eye. These were supposed to be Christmas gifts that now I'm really unsure of. The pendant that arrived won't be a gift either. It feels really cheap and not like the quality of the rings. I've contacted their customer support about returning them. We'll see how this plays out when they respond.

I have bought a fewcrings from Patrick Adair designs, and have not been disappointed by any of them I especially like the custom boundless rings that they have made for me, I was a little worried the first time I ordered because it seemed a long time for delivery, but as they are made to order I shouldn't of been I cant fault them

When I ordered, the ad said but one get one free. When I got to the site, turns out it's but one get surprise gift free. I figured it would be worth it looking at all the pictures on the site of the different rings they offered. It said shipped, not ready to ship, not label created, but shipped. Sat wherever out was initially picked up at for 2 weeks. No customer service, no real tracking information, no updates or explanation. Finally came tonight and when I tell you I'm disappointed in this sorry excuse of jewelry, that's only because I won't use the language that actually came out of my mouth. The only is literally a SIXTEENTH of an inch wide, the whole width of the ring is an eighth inch. The inlet was supposed to have 2 or 3 components, it looks like crushed aquarium rich (that blue green stuff in the bottom of the aquarium) in clear enamel. This is NOT a 255 dollar piece of jewelry and I don't even want to insult the woman I bought it for by giving it to her but I'll leave its fate in her hands. They offer no preview, no explanation, no customer service, and incredibly underwhelming jewelry. Oh, and the surprise gift? A quarter inch by quarter inch by not quite one and a quarter inch ugly unfinished piece of metal on a generic, flimsy black chain.

Bombarded by marketing content I bit the bullet and ordered two rings on a ‘special offer’ two for the price of one a number of weeks ago. Chased my order regularly and eventually got a response and said order arrived this week. The ring I paid for is ok, reasonable quality. However the second ring was not included in the shipment. I then received an email, post delivery, saying it was out of stock and offering something completely different, which I declined and requested an another ring. I’ve since had radio silence from them despite numerous emails.
Feelings completely ripped off and will not be ordering again.

It was a two for one deal, that’s a great experience in itself. The two rings I ordered were exactly what I wanted. Shipping was fast and they kept you updated as to where the package was. The only thing that wasn’t good was the package was damaged, but the merchandise was fine. Love my rings, they look great and I love how they glow! I definitely recommend this company, cheers! Kevin

I ordered the lavender star dust ring, not really caring about the glow, but loving the lavender opal inlay full of beautiful blue coloring. On the website, it's loaded with vivid color and you could not hope to count the blue spots. The ring I received is dull, bland, and has four miniscule specks of blue in the entire inlay. Do not purchase from this company. They are a complete scam. They'll tell you that's a "very slight variation," but what I received is not even close to the advertised product. Buyer beware.

It took forever to get the rings which was the first clue. These were made in China. Tungsten which wasn’t. I have 2 rings that are tungsten. One can tell by the weight of a tungsten ring. The other has no weight at all. That was my surprise ring. Attempted to contact customer service several times with a response “we are having longer than expected response times due to unusually high volume”. $200 down the drain. Buyers Beware!

Paid into the infamous Kickstarter campaign debacle P.A.D. was involved with. Never got the ring or pendant. They refused to refund my money. Customer service does not give a fat rats ass. At that point I took my other rings I had purchased from P.A.D. and tossed them in the junk drawer. Too many other artists available who have far better customer service values.

We have purchased several rings from Patrick Adair Designs and are impressed and completely satisfied with the turn around, quality of workmanship and outstanding customer service. If your looking for a ring you can't go wrong with ordering from them.

I loved the ring, thought it was beautiful and always bragged about it. Within 6 months the main part of the ring came loose from the inside part. I had to send it back which took weeks to get back again. Months later it did the same thing again and pieces of it chipped off from it being loose. I was putting it back in with super glue myself this time and now it has cracked and you can tell that around the whole edged of the ring its been slowly dissentigrating over time. 350ish and its lasted less than 2 years. Longetivity is not there.

I love that I have a ring made just for me. I know they may or may not be handmade but I feel like it is a special ring just for me. I have 3 rings from this company. I have enjoyed each. I plan to order our 10th wedding anniversary rings. They are a wonderful company and affordable. Worth every penny.

Their designs are unique and beautiful but they also have custom options. We first ordered a wood ring but I wouldn't recommend wood because it got nicks on it after only a few weeks of wear and then eventually broke almost entirely in half. Their customer service is very helpful and offered a gift card since they were unable to fix the ring. I purchased the Solid Gold Star Dust Ring and it is exquisite; it truly shines like the stars in the sky. We received a free gift with it and it was another ring which is absolutely incredible. Great value, quality gold, stone, and titanium materials and excellent customer service make Patrick Adair a great choice especially for men's rings.

My Winter Howler ring did come after 2 weeks, however it’s not what the pictures on their site shows. Close, but lacks the display of the materials it’s made of. Does not stand out as much as I had hoped. Very disappointed in the lack of Glow, both in duration & intensity. Especially since I’ve “charged” in under a led light for 8 hours, the glow lasted 10 mins & hardly vibrant. I would NOT consider it a Glowstone ring as advertised.
