We ordered a ring on August 28th and three weeks later they said it is currently unavailable. We tried to cancel the order and they responded that they only do refunds within two days. They do keep writing when we inquire to say it is in production and we should have it by mid October. Well today is November 1 and no ring and no response from the company. I believe that this is a total sham and would give them less than a 1 for a review.

The quality is very good. Me and my Husband bought a set for our 46 wedding anniversary. We bought the tiger eye. Since I've bought. The jade and tigar eye and the sunken artifacts and just ordered the 6mm tiger eye to go with my band. Yes I will be buying more live their products just haven't gotten my mystery ring on two orders.

I purposely ordered for the glowstones. The glowstones don't work, and I paid extra for double glowstones. Also, the mystery gift was garbage. I wouldn't have paid for out of a pending machine. I'm really disappointed because I had ordered from them before. But this time showed me, I will never order again. You can get better elsewhere.

The remade rings arrived and completely exceeded our expectations. They’re stunning—vivid, luminous, and exactly what we hoped for. You can clearly see the meteorite and color accents, and the glow effect is fantastic.

They don't even send people tracking numbers when their order is shipped, terrible service that I couldn't recommend to anyone. When you're buying jewelry that cost a pretty penny. The least you can do is give people a tracking number as soon as it's sent.

I received my ring earlier than I thought. Any questions I had were answered promptly and helpful. The ring is more beating person than I thought it would be. I would definitely order again and recommend Patrick Adair Designs.

This company completely ruined what was supposed to be a very special moment for me. My spouse and I had our rings sent back several years ago (yes, you read that right) to be re-sized as they were too big. After finding out they wanted to charge us money to send the ring to be fixed overseas, my spouse had enough waiting and had them send the rings back to us with nothing being done. If you are looking for a wedding ring, please, learn from my mistake and look elsewhere.

I had a great experience with my purchases. The customer service was amazing on helping me decide what was the best option and on sizing for the rings I ordered. When I received the rings they by far out did the photos I had seen! Great rings and great customer service! Can’t recommend enough for unique jewelry that will impress!

So when I say the perfect item I mean it I found Patrick Adair rings on instagram and I first thought it was a scam but looked cool. But when they gave me my interview and how respectful response every time I emailed my mind changed and when I received our wedding bands my minds was blown thank you guys so much, you have made our wedding bands not only original but something unique to continue to call our own. And I recommend you guys to any and everyone

I got a matching set and The rings turned out astoundingly perfect and are so beautiful! The quality is significantly better than I could ever dreamed of for them being so cheaply priced! Much love to this business, will be buying from them again :)

They have ghosted me after the third time of telling me it has been delayed. I have yet to get a refund, or an email back after I asked for one. They delayed so long it missed my wedding, and my husband has yet to have a ring.

My ring is incredible! It shipped out fast and the mystery gift was a nice surprise. I was very specific with what I wanted and Patrick Adair was the only place that had exactly what I wanted.

We just placed two seperate orders for wedding rings. The sale promised a gift ring worth 195 to 6000 for each order. I ordered hers and she ordered mine so neither would know what the engraving said.

We received the seperate orders and neither had the gift ring. I contacted the company and they said we did not order the gift. Now I can understand if one of us made a mistake, but both of us?

I love our rings. They were on time. They are great. But to tell us we messed up and tough. I would not advise doing business with this company. They are not customer centric. Would have given the 5 stars but when they blame me for an issue they have? Nope, 1 star.

The product is beautiful. The customer service is great, when you ask for it. I am a repeat customer and knew it would take a while, but 12 weeks on a Legacy Bundle seemed a bit much. But wow, oh wow, was the bundle nice. A carbon fiber burl and stacker were the common mystery rings, the pendant was the same "mystery item" i received the last time I ordered. The premium mystery ring alone was worth twice the price of the bundle. A beautiful meteorite ring with a titanium liner. They aren't kidding when they say premium...the lines, the grain, it gets a lot of attention. AND, there's a $100 gift card in the Legacy bundle I'm still to use. Great deals, great product, but don't expect it quick, or for anyone to tell you there's a delay unless you ask.

The ring I ordered looks nothing like the ring that was delivered to me. I have two other rings from Patrick Adair and have had absolutely no problems. I ordered this ring PLUS the added glowstone powder. Not only does it not look like the picture and video, but it does not glow at all, even with the added glowstone enhancement. Because I have another ring from them with the glowstone, I did a comparison in the dark between the two rings. The Boundless lavender opal and Glowstone ring showed nada, nothing. Not even a faint glow. Ive emailed them and have yet to hear anything back. I paid a couple hundred dollar for this ring and I am beyond disappointed and annoyed with their lack of communication.

This company is very responsive when a question arises. The rings are beautiful, unique and fit perfectly. They are worth the wait since they are made to order. The rings are for our 50th anniversary.

I was very excited to get my wedding band from this website. I thought the ring looked super cool and unique. I got it delivered yesterday and I absolutely hate it. It looks nothing like the picture. It is barely as bright or purple as the picture described. I doubt I can return it because I got it engraved. Parts of it are already chipping too. I am dealing with customer service about it now and will leave another review depending on how that goes. Do yourself a favor and avoid these rings unless you want them to end up in the trash which is where mine will be going.

Where to start, well I ordered the Damascus steel glow ring for my wedding and it almost didn't arrive in time. It was about 4 months or 5 months of waiting when the turnaround time was 6weeks. Got the ring after going back and forth of excuses from customer service saying "it will be shipped next week" for at least 3 weeks in a row. Ring is beautiful, high quality, came with a free necklace. Necklace breaks in one month. No big deal, it was free. 2 years later I decided to use the $119 protection plan I paid for to repair some damaged resin on his ring. 2 months after I send the email, I finally get a reply. Because they no longer sell the design, they won't honor the plan. What?! I paid for lifetime repairs. Fine. I want a refund. They refuse and state they can only replace the ring for a different design or give us a gift card. No and no. My husband loves his ring and doesn't want a different one. All we wanted was the little bit of resin fixed. I am continuing to fight for a refund but beware, they will not honor the $119 plan if they remove the ring from their site and it will basically just be money in the trash. If you do order from them, buy a cheap ring and don't pay the extra for the plan. Ring is nice but the customer service is terrible and they do not care to make things right. I will probably repair his ring myself because I know how to use resin but I feel like a fool for spending money on something they don't take seriously.

This has been the most frustrating company I can recall dealing with. I tried to order a memorial ring (with my parents' ashes). There was a sizing question and they promised to mail me a "free" ring so I could check the sizing. I received a pendant. When I inquired, at first they told me they couldn't promise exactly what the free gift would be. I showed them where in writing they had promised to send a ring. I asked for my money back and they stated that too much time had passed from the order date. I stated that they didn't start providing bad service until after that date had passed. They continued to state that they would send the ring so I could check sizing. This was 3.5 weeks ago. . .I have heard nothing. In my opinion, they have stolen my money and I have no faith in them that, even if they did send a ring now, they would treat my parents' ashes with the respect they deserve.
