I feel completely bamboozled by this company.

Pascal’s marketing is misleading. The ring is presented as if the stones are larger and wrap all the way around the band, but that is simply not true. The ring I received only has stones on the first quarter of the band. What makes this worse is that there are visible holes all the way around the ring where stones could be set, which strongly implies a full or near-full eternity design—yet that’s not what you get.

On top of that, returning the ring is intentionally difficult and expensive. The item must be shipped back to China at my expense, and I’m also charged a restocking fee. Between the misleading presentation and the punitive return process, this company clearly makes their products look far better online than they are in reality.

On top of all of this, I was supposed to receive the ring Christmas and had ordered it a month and a half of four and did not receive it until now

I will never order from this company again.

I ordered a watch, it was lost by the courier company and they fully refunded my money. It took a while but eventually I got my money back.

I have been waiting on my order for over 6 weeks. I have reached to customer service by phone and email and no response. My order has been sitting in Chicago since 12/2 - so a month. My order number is 5679169 if Paschal sees this. Terrible experience thus far.

I ordered a piece of jewelry on November 30 and received an email that it would be delivered between December 23-27. I stopped receiving update emails a couple weeks ago and have reached out multiple times for a status update as the piece has not shipped weeks after the timeframe given. My emails have gone unanswered. I am about to request a refund from my bank for this. I paid a lot of money without a product and expect a refund or this item to ship ASAP.

January 4, 2025 update: the package that was “delivered” via Pascal’s tracking information was 2 Yeti coffee mugs. No jewelry.

I initially ordered the wrong watch (not the one my partner had wanted), but the return and exchange process was incredibly streamlined, fast, and efficient. The customer service experience was smooth and stress-free.

I would highly recommend Pascal Design. Their watches are beautiful, very elegant, and backed by excellent service.

very beautiful products, I received a quality ring, it was a little small for me, but Pascal's team solved this problem perfectly by sending me the right ring.

Die Rücksendung muss auf eigene Kosten gemacht werden und die Erstattung hat lange gedauert.
Allerdings gab es ein Entgegenkommen des Händlers und etwas zum Ausgleich.
Somit war die Erfahrung am Ende doch noch gut.

I’ve reached out multiple times… two emails, one message through the contact form on their website, and two phone calls.. and have received zero response. No update, no explanation, not even a courtesy reply.

Delays happen, but completely ignoring customers does not. The lack of communication and customer service is extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

I've been nothing but happy with the experience of shopping from Pascal. Both the ring and the bracelet are beautiful, quality pieces, and my partner and I were gushing over the lovely packaging they came in!

Came a week late. Half of my order hasn’t arrived. 3 phone calls have been ignored and unanswered and 4 emails have been ignored. In short, buying off them is way more stressful than it’s worth. 400 dollars wasted and they won’t speak to me. Embarrassing company and do yourself a favour and buy off literally anyone else.

They replied saying they emailed me and didn’t……

Don’t buy!!! It’s a SCAM!!! My order was placed on December 6 with a promised delivery window of December 11–14 with the expedited shipping I paid for. Item never arrived and tracking stopped updating.

The company presents itself as California-based, but its Terms of Service list a Singapore address as the primary contact location, which was not clearly disclosed. Customer service has been unresponsive.

If you look at the “Terms of Service”, please pay attention specifically to line item number 3 which basically states "Don't rely only on what's on our website.", "Stuff here might be outdated or inaccurate","If you make decisions based on our site, that's on you.", "We can change content whenever we want and don't promise to tell”

The lack of transparency around business location, combined with non-delivery, raises serious concerns. I would not recommend ordering.

This is the WORST company — save yourself the headache and scam and shop somewhere else. It’s cheap Chinese garbage that they pretend is made in LA, USA — it’s drop shipped and not worth even $10. Coco and the entire customer service team is useless and stops responding to emails for over a week. I had to file a chargeback with my bank as my only resolution.

False advertising and you guys don't want to accept responsibility and refund in full, even though the watch has already been shipped back to you guys.

I am really unhappy and stress with this purchase. I have zero updates on my order. I made it on 26 of November and it’s already 17 of December with no updates on where is my package. I have reached out support and there was no response even from them apart from the automatic email that they will reach out to me in 3 days. Now, there are still not responses after a brief attempt to solution my package. It was supposed to be a Christmas present and I do not even know where the package is, there are still no new answers and I do not even know what to do. I do not recommend it and if I can I would add a zero in my experience. So unsatisfied even after an expensive gift that I would suggest have a better tracking.
Stop saying you have reached out to me via email since you stoped to reply on 13th of December which is the last email I received from you.
