Excellent customer support, a bit late. My order took 2 months to come. Logistic issues can happen with any quality jewelry, so it wouldn’t be just to complain about it. I had 2 orders Quadrum Gemstone Tennis Bracelet and Spiritual Beads, Malachite, 8mm. The former is really good quality, the lock system could be better but for price the quality is excellent to say the least. The latter, however, is sad to say the least. If I said I have received a different product it would not be a lie. The beads are literally different they have the same look as anyother cheap malachite stone, (5-10£ from eBay type). Literally different stones. Sadly it does not end there even the metal parts and gems are smaller than the photos. I could say that the product they sent me looks like a cheap replica of the one in the photos. An absolutely unexpected event since not only they are advertised as luxury, but also the product is far from the product and its a 215£ product. I have to say here that there are no ill intent in this rating. These are all the truth. Lastly, because the product came so late they wanted to gift me a complimentary product, they even gave me three choices, which is something that is absolutely unexpected, but due to my order being shipped they did not send it to me and told me they would just refund me, sad but still awesome, yet they just did not refund me anything (read the editted new part for updates on the refund). I am not a person that cares so much about money so I let it go this time. If anything else happens since I also wrote the same thing in my rating, I’ll update this review. But if it’s not updated or deleted or changed in anyway. Know that photos of any product cannot be as further from reality.

After this review they reached out and tried to resolve my bad experience. The product issue is sad still, but they offered and gave me a partial refund. Shout out to Molly from here. She was extremely helpfull and did her best to resolve my issue even offering me complimentary discounts for future purchases. I feel really bad to to accuse them for the refund issue, but I still don't see it in my bank account. Now I have 2 due refunds. However, they especially made it clear that they have sent the refund to me So it is probably an issue on my part. Maybe because I used my wise debit card for the purchase.

In summary, EXCELLENT customer services and support. The brand itself may be hard to trust but for simple and medium priced jewelry I would higly recommend it.

Good service

We have had a good experience with this company. We were looking for a signet ring with a diamond, and Pascal Design had a ring that ticked all the boxes - it was a 18k white gold vermeil ring with a lab diamond for less than $200 USD.

We found the exact same design at d!amondsfactory (0.02 lab diamond and 18k white gold all the way through, instead of vermeil) for ~$2100 USD on sale. A ring with a very similar design at Austen+Blake, which specialises in wedding rings, was ~$2300 USD. We decided to go for the ring from Pascal Design and put the rest of the money in a holiday.

The ring looks beautiful! You can't tell the difference between 18k gold all the way through and 18k plating! It was a tenth of the price!

We ordered it on April 26th and received the ring on May 4th in Australia. The ring was one size too small when we received it, however we were able to contact customer service support and use the 60 day return period. They are helping us get another ring one size up.

Based on this experience, I would be happy to buy from Pascal Design again. Thanks! K&J

I have purchased Sophia Prism cocktail ring watches. Not only it’s extremely beautiful the quality speaks itself too.. Customer service sets higher standards fulfilling and understanding the needs of their customer.. Coco was wonderful working with me with my big order and following through it. I’m very much pleased with her.

Better than expected, the color and the size are just right.

Picked up the gift, customer service did a great job of following up after this review. We received the ring in beautiful packaging - my partner was elated. Quality is really nice. Would order again!

I ordered a gift for my partner for their 40th on April 22nd.

The confirmation email I received noted that the item "will be ready for shipment on April 23th, 2026, and is estimated to be delivered between April 27th, 2026 and April 30th, 2026."

Relieved as my Partners birthday is May 5th.

a week goes by... no confirmation of shipment.

I follow up with an email, the response stats it will be shipped in 2 days.

Another week goes by and no confirmation of shipment.

I follow up again and a similar email response comes back saying it will be dispatched in 3 days.

Seeing as I paid the extra for the express shipping which according to the website can be delivered to Canada in 6-9 days.

At this point I've paid extra for shipping, been repeatedly misled with email follow ups after checking in, and this item will not arrive in time for my partners big birthday.

Overall very poor experience - as expectations based on brand vibes and price for their items is that I would be taken care of as a customer and that there would be some level of professionalism.

The customer service and warmth are unparalleled; they're always available to answer any questions. It's definitely one of my favorite places to buy accessories.

I had a great experience with the support team. Molly was exceptionally helpful, kind, and professional in resolving my concerns. She made the process very smooth. Thank you for the excellent service!
