A huge thankyou is on order for my tutor Jayne! She has gave me the best support throughout my level 2, and is always encouraging and positive! The course itself has enabled me to want to do more within my role and I can’t wait to start my level 3!

I have thouroughly enjoyed studying for my level 2 with partnership training. I'd like to say a huge thank you to Lisa Cooper for being an amazing tutor, she is so helpful and goes above and beyond to help you.

I was really nervous about starting my apprenticeship however after speaking with my tutor Sonia she put my mind at rest set up a bespoke learning plan and explained things really clearly nicely so much better afterwards as I had been out of learning for so long I now look forward to completing my course

Gemma Eku was absolutely phenomenal throughout my qualification journey. During my course I had several tutors, and then unfortunately spent around six months without any tutor support at all, which made it really difficult to stay on track with my learning. When Gemma stepped in, everything changed.

She immediately helped me re-engage with the course, providing consistent guidance, encouragement and structure that I had been missing. Her support, knowledge and genuine commitment to helping me succeed made such a huge difference. With Gemma’s help, I was able to refocus and complete my qualification in around three months after she took over.

Gemma truly went above and beyond, always making herself available to support me and ensuring I felt confident in my work. I honestly couldn’t have done it without her dedication and belief in me, and I’m incredibly grateful for everything she did to help me achieve my qualification. ✨

I have just completed and received a merit for the level 3 apprenticeship i studied. My tutor, Sarah Gilbert, was exceptional during the year. Sarah was extremely helpful, patient, understanding and calm. Not only did she support and encourage me during my apprenticeship but she also provided me with a safe space to talk about my struggles, hopes and dreams. This really helped me as I had a few life issues here and there. We also had a laugh along the way and that all helped to make my apprenticeship easier to complete.
I'm so glad I was paired with her, she is a gem.

My experience studying the Level 3 Lead Adult Care qualification has been very positive. From the beginning, the team was welcoming and supportive, which reassured me that I had made the right decision.

Although I changed tutors midway through the course, the transition was smooth. Jayne was extremely supportive and provided clear guidance to help me stay on track and successfully complete my qualification. She was always available when I needed help with assignments, and the recommended resources were very useful.

Balancing work and personal life alongside studying was manageable due to the structured support provided, and I did not feel under unnecessary pressure.

I would also like to thank Raquel for her support in preparing me for my End-Point Assessment, which helped build my confidence.
Overall, it has been a rewarding and well-supported learning journey.

The support from the trainers and encouragment when i needed that extra support and communication always get back intouch asap. I felt that all the staff had wealth of knowledge that they shared during the my coursework it Was extremely re assuring and gave me the confidence to complete it. I would recommend partnership Training to everyone.

After having to change tutors half way through the course I was studying, I was paired with Sarah Ahmed. She was tremendous from start to finish and helped me achieve my distinction level qualification. She is personable, has huge knowledge to call upon and also has a sense of humour, always making you feel at ease. If I ever choose to take my qualification any further, I would not hesitate to use them again and would be very keen to team up with Sarah again who I have so much to thank for.

I have received such a high level of support I whilst studying by level 4 with my tutor Sharon. Sharon’s wealth of knowledge has allowed me to improve my practice and carry out my role more confidently.

I started my Level 4 in July, and the onboarding process was lengthy but very informative. The admin team had to deal with a lot of my questions, they were always willing to help and never made me feel like I was a pest or asking too many questions.

I have found my Level 4 challenging at times due to the demands of the job, working two jobs, my health and just everyday life getting in the way. However, Sharon as allowed me to break units down to make them more manageable and as always been on the other end of a message to my endless questions. Can't thank her enough for her never ending patience and support.

I have completed both my Level 4&5 in children and young people’s apprenticeship standard with partnership training. Steph was fantastic with me and is a credit to the company.

I am currently completing my apprenticeship training with Partnership Training, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the experience. I was very apprehensive about starting the course, as my role in residential care is extremely demanding. However, the support, structure, and understanding provided by Partnership Training have made it possible for me to engage fully with the learning. This training has genuinely helped me become a better practitioner, which is invaluable.

I would especially like to give a heartfelt thank you to my tutor, Kay Disha. They say you remember the great teachers you have in life, and Kay is absolutely one of them. Her teaching style is second to none. She has an incredible ability to make complex theory understandable and, more importantly, practical, allowing me to confidently apply it to my day-to-day work.

Due to my dyslexia, I never thought I would be able to remember or confidently quote theory to underpin my practice. Now, I find myself doing exactly that in meetings and daily interactions within the residential home, applying what I’ve learned with confidence. This is something I never imagined possible.

Kay has also been extremely understanding and supportive during times when I was dealing with personal challenges. Without her patience, encouragement, and guidance, I genuinely would not be where I am today.

I passed my level 4 end point assessment yesterday finishing with a distinction. This was all thank you to my amazing tutor Clare Wilson, from the first lesson with Clare she has guided me through the course and she has really helped me with my self confidence. Clare is always on hand to answer any questions and is the best support I could have asked for, I will miss Clare as my tutor and she has made this course even more enjoyable than it already was. Thank you so much Clare!
