Parker Products Limited Anmeldelser

Parker Brand have sold me good & reliable products, unfortunately I'm unable to review the wheeled brush cutter, other than to say that it's been purchased on the strength of the PGBC-5200 - purchased more than 7yrs ago, that has done some heavy work without problems other than fitting a new starter mechanism a while back.

I selected a mower with a little trepidation, and have so far been pleased; it came quickly, was well packaged, had good instructions, and I assembled it quickly.
It starts very easily, and has performed well.
A fair amount of plastic is used, but the material seems sound.
The handle can be in one of two positions, which is a nice touch, except that the spring seems a bit soft, or the rod too short, so it didn't always stay in place. This is a small design weakness, but minor and I can cope.
So; good value, and I believe I made a good choice.

Such a small order for them but it was dealt with promptly and arrived very soon afterwards.
Thank you

Ordered top and bottom tool box and they sent me 2 top boxes. Rang them and then had to open them photograph them then re pack 1 of them. Would not send my bottom box until they received the second top box back. No help. No trust. Wast of my time.

Ordered one day delivered the next fired up straight away works well

Good service but can’t find how to access free postage as they promote . When you order parts it only allows paid postage .

Easy to order very quick to source and deliver great mower

5 in one, hadge trimmer, chain saw, trimmer and brush cutter, all with the extra extension.
I've had it for a week now and on first opening the box I was sure it was brand new, I used it for the first time today, what a great piece of kit, the hedge trimmer and chain saw were needed to take 4ft off the top of 10 conifers and they made light work of them, harder work clearing up afterwards!
Great tool
Highly recommend it 👌

Strimmer nylon wire a bit of a rip
Off .

purchased a ParkerProduct as my previous purchase of a chainsaw has proved to be an excellent choice. The lawnmower has only been used a few times but it works really easily with a great cut.

The box came back not very well wrapped up, after I sent it back not happy with the product and the parts were very loose in the box! Still not happy with the product as I initially wanted a refund and wasn’t given one! Would not recommend this company or its tools, as I’ve used many other products better quss as pity for money for sure!! M pagett

Great company to deal with. Good product lines to suit all needs in garden, workshop etc. The leaf blower / vac I bought is brilliant. Exactly as described, well made and also amazing value. I have bought several items from Parker Products and they are my 'go to' company when looking for garden machinery. Fast delivery too.

Product was great and comms prior to delivery was excellent

Having bought several Parker Brand items a few years ago and have found them straightforward to use and ideal for the keen DIY around the home.
Recently needed a new chain for my chainsaw, and emailed them at 14.10 on a Saturday expecting a reply on the Monday knowing full well that their customer service is very good.

Surprised but pleased to get a reply mid morning Sunday and was able to buy a new chain there and then.

Email received Monday at 9.15 to say it had been dispatched and pleased to receive it 24 hours later.

To me its a company that goes above and beyond for customers and I have no hesitstion in recommending them, their products and the service to everyone wondering.

10/10 Parker Brand.
