Parker Products Limited Anmeldelser

Well ,it's only had oil supplied and petrol, and tested as of now, won't be used until spring and summer next year,2027, but it starts up fine ,and that's it until next year, looks good,so hopefully all will be fine when we come to use it cutting the grass,

Great value price and amazingly fast delivery. Filter assembly fitted perfectly and replaced damaged original exactly. No hesitation recommending this company and would definitely purchase from again.

Rugged ( I am ex Squaddie .... I know rugged ), delivered on time, well priced.
Probably Made in China ( damn it ) but , what isn't nowadays ?
If you think it will be beneficial to your family .... get it.

We purchased a ParkerBrand 50L air compressor in May 2026. Less than six months later, it developed a fault: the motor runs continuously and the compressor does not appear to reach the required pressure for the automatic cut-off to operate.
ParkerBrand has told us to return the compressor, which is reasonable. The problem has been trying to actually do so.
This is a large, heavy piece of equipment and we understandably no longer have the original packaging. We asked ParkerBrand to provide suitable packaging or help us with an appropriate way of returning their faulty product, but they refused and told us that packaging it was our responsibility.
We therefore went to the trouble of making a wooden base, securely attaching the compressor to it and protecting it with a covering, after being advised that we could cover it with something such as a blanket. We have now been told that this is not suitable for transportation.
This has left us in the ridiculous position of being perfectly willing to return a faulty machine, while apparently being expected to keep guessing how ParkerBrand wants a large 50L compressor packaged until we eventually come up with something they approve of.
What is particularly frustrating is that we aren't returning an unwanted product or something we've simply changed our minds about. The compressor is faulty and is still within six months of purchase and within ParkerBrand's two-year warranty.
We have now had to raise the matter formally under our rights as consumers and ask ParkerBrand to arrange an appropriate means of collecting and transporting the compressor.
Products can develop faults — that isn't necessarily what determines whether I would recommend a company. It's how a company deals with the customer when something goes wrong that really matters.
Unfortunately, our experience of ParkerBrand's after-sales service so far has been unnecessarily difficult, frustrating and disappointing.
I will update this review when we see how ParkerBrand resolves the matter.

Absolutely first class service.Ordered on Wednesday came on Friday morning Northern Ireland.Price was the best out there & 💯 would buy off this company again.

Very quick delivery. Easy to follow instructions. Looks great and works perfectly. Have only used the mower and it was brilliant.

Ordering was simple and communication good via email. Delivery was quick and on time.
Very pleased with the leaf blower, it was easy to set up and it is very powerful. It is very well made and sturdy.
Overall very happy

Great customer service. Item arrived safely within days of ordering.

......,.....

Great, I just phoned up, ordered a new ride on mower & 3 days later it arrived, brilliant service and the perfect mower. Many thanks.

Great value.. efficient chainsaw for price paid. Tackled 600mm ash trunk with ease.. only fault was no deflector on exhaust so started to scorch bark which started to smoulder and could fall onto sawdust below. Comfortable to use and powers 20" bar easily in hardwood.

Delivery was good, spline fitted easily, but the end piece snapped off after 30minutes of use 🤬now I need another one.

When browsing the website it stated free gift when ordering which was the reason I went with Parker Brand, however when my machine arrived no free gift!!! When I contacted customer services apparently I was supposed to add the free gift too my order

Browsing the Parker Products website is easy, with all the information you need readily available. I did have an enquiry about delivery charges and received a prompt reply. After I placed my order I was kept fully updated and the Generator was delivered a few days later. 100% satisfied with the service and equipment from Parker Products. Would definitely recommend and buy from again.

I received my order in a timely fashion with no problems, I have have bought a few items from Parkerbrand in the past and have received a good service.
Thanks.

Parker Brand have sold me good & reliable products, unfortunately I'm unable to review the wheeled brush cutter, other than to say that it's been purchased on the strength of the PGBC-5200 - purchased more than 7yrs ago, that has done some heavy work without problems other than fitting a new starter mechanism a while back.

I selected a mower with a little trepidation, and have so far been pleased; it came quickly, was well packaged, had good instructions, and I assembled it quickly.
It starts very easily, and has performed well.
A fair amount of plastic is used, but the material seems sound.
The handle can be in one of two positions, which is a nice touch, except that the spring seems a bit soft, or the rod too short, so it didn't always stay in place. This is a small design weakness, but minor and I can cope.
So; good value, and I believe I made a good choice.

Such a small order for them but it was dealt with promptly and arrived very soon afterwards.
Thank you

Ordered top and bottom tool box and they sent me 2 top boxes. Rang them and then had to open them photograph them then re pack 1 of them. Would not send my bottom box until they received the second top box back. No help. No trust. Wast of my time.
