Ordered family pjs for Christmas and like everyone else, they were “lost” in the mail and didn’t arrive on time. They did resend them, and when I received them (mid January) they are poor quality. Itchy fabric (website says they are cotton but they are polyester), sizing is way off for kids. I submitted a review to their website and it hasn’t been posted. I now suspect all their reviews are fake. Will never order from them again, stay away!

Terrible company, not only did they blame the postal service for lost order 3 times, when the pajamas for my family finally arrived, well after Christmas, the quality is horrible. The seams are ripped, costumer service is no help. Don't waste your hard earned money of this scam of a company.

Same as all the others, I have ordered a Christmas set on 12 of December and received them on 10 of January. Tried to get in touch with their customer support but believe that they just play with the customers money and time!

Order my Christmas pyjamas on December 12 no tracking it said download shop to track no tracking was available. Emailed December 14, 16, 18 asking if my parcel was shipped and reminded them their shipping policy states will ship in 1-2 days from order date. December 22 got email saying Christmas delayed order and are shipping out all the orders as a priority.On December 28 after Christmas they said my order is on the way. I received it on January 8th, 2024. Some of the sizes are wrong and I emailed wanting to send the order back several times. The package address is from: Canada Warehouse 5 Leagrove St. Brampton, Ontario L7A 1P2. I emailed several times asking if this is the name and address I sent package back to. I got one email name Charlie asking what the issue was with the order. I have kept emailing asking what name and address I send package order back to. There has been no response as of January 15, 2024. If I could I would give a 0 review for this company.

Avoid at all costs. Communication extremely difficult and takes for ever to get a response. Horrible quality and when I tried to return it and ask for a full refund, the person in charge (Charlie) tried to negotiate our refund percentage 3 times, which is ridiculous and not acceptable.
All reviews on the website look too perfect so I would say they’re all fake so please avoid purchasing anything from them. Very disappointing.

Avoid......I wish I'd read reviews before I ordered. Pjs have finally arrived, 11 days after Christmas and the quality is very poor they're made of cheap nylon static material and nothing like picture advertised. I'd send them back but think the chances of being refunded would be slim. Lesson learnt. You can't leave 0 stars

Very slow to deliver (more than six weeks), communication lacking, and poor quality product. Avoid.

Ordered on 1 Dec, it’s 2 Jan and order still hasn’t arrived. Have tried contacting info@pajamavillage 3 times with no response.

I bought 6 pairs of pajamas on December 6, 2023; they were apparently shipped on Dec. 7th, 2023. They were supposed to arrive by Dec. 12th, 2023. By Dec. 22nd, 2023, they were still not delivered. Post Canada had no idea what happened, and Pajama Village Canada only offered a 20% refund (and assumed no responsibility). I spoke with my bank on Tuesday Dec. 27th, 2023. They reached out to the company. As I write this, it is Dec. 29th, 2023. Still no news from Pajama Village Canada. I am writing this to warn everyone that it is highly probable that this company is fraudulent. So disappointing that I was not able to give the Christmas gifts I had an intended for a young family of 6. The total cost was about 200$; the company was only willing to refund me for 20%. They are located in Toronto; I am in Montreal. Can you believe it?! They have assumed no responsibility for the mysterious delay in delivery. This is completely unacceptable.

Received my first order for our annual family Christmas pajamas and an ugly sweater. The fabric of the sweater is garbage and the quality of the pajamas was even worse. We took the Pj's out of the package on Christmas eve and by Christmas morning the seams had come loose in 2 different places on my Pj's and in one on my husband's.

Terrible company - order not fulfilled on time. And when you ask for a refund, they ignore you. DO NOT ORDER

I ordered 2 sets of pyjamas in November and never received them till now. I thought maybe because it’s holiday season, some shippings might be delayed.. the package is still in transit. I’m surprised it’s a scam because the website looks legit. They need to be reported. At this point, it’s a lost case

Items are coming from China directly - which is missleading in that the website said items are in stock and will be shipped in a few days and no mention that they come direct from China . 3 weeks and still no sigh of our Xmas PJs and now that the item is coming direct from China so will the returns means very expensive shipping

Nothing shipped. Web site is a scam. They pretend to re-ship, but nothing is shipped. No tracking information. Customer service is non-existent. Avoid at all costs.

I wish I came here before ordering!
My experience is a bit different though. In my case they did deliver the pajama sweater. It was of the most horrible quality! Unwearable and ungiftable!
I checked their website and their emails for return address and instructions and there was none. This was already a bad sign.
I contacted them to sk for the details and they replied with an offer to refund me 50% and I would keep the item.
Considering that they do not offer free returns accepted the offer on the condition that the refund would be 50% of the Total amount paid. And guess what? they of course processed a smaller refund and I am not stuck with a piece of fabric literally good for the garbage.

If I could , I would have mark this so called company a Big -100 .
Don’t order from them ! Stay away, they are bunch of pathetic scammers

I ordered a family set of pyjamas and they were shipped December 4th expected to arrive on December 8th. Nothing. I contacted the company with a whole bunch of horrible excuses.
I contacted Canada post and the tracking number is fake.
This company is definitely a scam!

Ordered 4 sets of pyjamas on 3rd December and haven't received anything yet. Similar experience to others - emailed and got the 'delays due to holiday period' response. According to the tracking site my pajamas were attempted to be delivered somewhere in Yorkshire yesterday, which is not where my address is.....hoping they eventually turn up but feel it's unlikely!

As others, I would have given this company 0 stars if that were an option, We ordered 3 sets of matching pajamas for my daughter and family early in December. So far we have received precisely nothing. As other reviews, the Royal Mail tracking number is invalid and Royal Mail have no parcel from them for us. I emailed the company and used their customer contact form, just to receive an automated reply from both saying our order was due to be shipped but due to the holiday season it could be delayed. I have since emailed to cancel the order and request a refund, but heard absolutely nothing from that. I did receive another email with a tracking link via Shop, which is an app you have to download via a Q code, and then a further tracking link for something called ALL-IN-ONE PACKAGE TRACKING | 17TRACK, We've never heard of them and I am NOT going to use that link. So, as the previous reviewer, I have contacted my bank and as I paid by credit card (via paypal) the transaction is covered by the Credit Card guarantee. The bank were marvelous and I have a refund on my credit card already (albeit temporary) The bank now try to contact the company to get the funds back, the company has 45 days to reply and if not the bank make the refund permeant and the company can be fined under the FSCA regs. My advice is firstly don't use this company, but if you have, go through your bank to get them to refund, as that way they will end up on the banking black list if enough customers complain.
