Bad Communication & Bad Quality
I ordered a band shirt from visionmerch.com for my husband for Christmas. This was the link the band provided on their social profiles. On the site, it does state that it could take 7-10 days for orders to be processed. It took 11 days for it to process and be labeled on the way. I received an email stating they got the order, and then a message saying it was on the way. I received NO tracking number for the package. Was completely in the dark about when my package would arrive. I selected the ground advantage USPS option, and it arrived after the timeframe it told me it would be here. I give it some grace since it is the holidays and the actual shipping process isn’t the websites fault, but I was upset I didn’t get a tracking number. I revisited the site to find a section where you can ask questions for help. You give your name, a message, and your email. I also gave them my order number and the date it was ordered asking for tracking information asking if I could please get a tracking number for it. I received nothing back from them… When I finally did the get package, I open it to find what I ordered, but no package slip. So if I needed to return it, I probably would of had a harder time doing so. The shirt was also not in good quality… lots of loose threads and bad stitching in general. The whole shirt was very waxy feeling too. If it wasn’t so close to Christmas and exactly what my husband wanted, I would have returned it. I won’t ever order from them again.
