Contacted customer care with no help at all. I won’t be ordering from here again!! The positive reviews here must be fake as my friend also had problems with this company. Don’t bother wasting your time or your money.

I just wanted to follow up from my previous review. 'Charlie' kindly processed a full refund (after some attempted haggling on his part). I did suggest to him that he should change the product description on the website to make it clear the pyjamas are not made from cotton. This has not been done. In light of this continued deception, I would just like to point out how many positive reviews have been posted here since my review. It's quite obvious from the very well formed but quite unrealistic copy that these are all paid reviews. Do not trust this site. The quality is poor and they are deceptive. If you are in Australia, I know it's a bit more in terms of price, but the product I bought for my wife to replace these shoddy pyjamas came from Peter Alexander and are of exceptional quality. I do not work for Peter Alexander.

I am not sure whether I could receive these matching pajamas on time, as I ordered them as a present for my parents on their anniversary. Yeah, I got them on time. I loved the shopping experience.

I ordered pyjamas from the Aus website on 28th Nov, saying they would be 5-7 business day delivery. Plenty of time for our trip to the US on the 18th Dec. 6thDec I received a shipping update saying it was coming from China! I asked for an update. I sent another email 13th, with no response. Low and behold, it did not arrive in time for our Christmas holiday. Tracking says it arrived 4th Jan (we got home 16th), and an email on the 17th asking for info on the refund process and still no response. They don't have any info on their website on how to get a refund except to email them, which they never respind to. What a bloody waste of $150! DON'T BUY FROM THESE JOKERS! I wish I had read the reviews before being a victim of their scam

Ordered a Christmas jumper in the sale on 23rd January and it arrived today, very happy with it, it's soft and warm, excellent quality, will definitely buy from again
