Appalling customer service, disgusted by the manner they speak to their customers !!!

I've called to say I might have to arrive early and ask what would the charge be. A very not friendly member of their team said it will be £20 and when I said it's way too expensive he laughed in my face saying they will also use my booking and if not happy I should cancel and look elsewhere. No sign of sympathy or a piece of advice, I obviously cancelled and went elsewhere worried about how would they treat my car...I would not spend a penny on their services ever again

I can honestly say I would never use this company again!
We arrived at 4.30 am and went into the portacabin to hand over
our car keys, it took 15 mins to do this as there were 2 other customers in front of me. No fast check in and key deposit, just 1 person !
It was a cold morning, so when we got on transfer bus, you would expect that it was warmed up for the comfort of the passengers, but, the heating wasn't on, and was never put on, so we sat there shivering.
The inside of the windscreen was misted up due to the cold restricting visibility. The driver got in and set off without demisting the screen, or, even putting the demister on!! He then proceeded to drive down unlit lanes with practically zero visability, which was frightening. He didn't seem to have a clue what gear he was in as he went along in 2nd with the engine revving at 5000 rpm. 10 minutes into the journey he seemed to realise that the screen was misted up and, after turning several knobs, he got the demisters to work, still in the wrong gear though. He clearly wasn't familiar with the controls on the vehicle.
As we were going to the drop zone, the driver was distracted by something and had to brake very heavily to avoid running into the back of a queue of traffic, which he missed by inches.
We were all glad to disembark in one piece.
Absolutely appalling driving.
USE AIRPARKS ITS FAR SAFER.

Awful, choose another company. Told the wait would be 15 minutes, the bus didn't arrive for 45 minutes. Standing outside freezing cold with children. Ridiculous.

Arrived at Luton Airport to be told the bus was less than 5 minutes away. Got to the stop to then be told we couldn't fit on the bus and another was on its way. We waited 25 minutes in the cold at 11:30pm at night.
Once I finally picked my car up the lights had been left on by whoever moved it which lead to my battery failing and not being able to make my full journey back to Manchester.
Definitely will not be using again.

Found location really easy. Followed their detail instructions and had satnav. Checked in car. Bus already there waiting. Dropped at airport. On return walked to drop off place (bit of a walk!) rang number on returns card given at check in. Bus came within 10 minutes. Gave return card in, collected keys and waste where car was. Simple and easy.

We are a party of 4 adults & 2 children (9&11). We got to the pick-up point just as the transfer bus arrived.
There were quite a few people waiting & as soon as the bus pulled in one of them opened the rear boot & they all threw their cases in. We held back because we thought that there might not be room for all of us. There wasn't. One man, without a seat, got off but got back on & presumably travelled the 10 minutes or so standing.
The driver told us that another bus was on its way.
We rang the office & an unpleasant lady told us that we had missed the bus (Not true) & that another was on its way.
It arrived over 20 minutes later. The journey from Slip End can't take that long at 11:30 at night.
Paige must have known how many passengers had arrived and should have dispatched the second bus much earlier.
They are associated with aph who are normally absolutely excellent at Birmingham Airport. This car park is not worthy of the aph link.

I certainly would have checked and trusted Paige parking reviews, came back from Tenerife yesterday, had to wait for nearly one hour outside in cold for the pickup bus. The company advertise that pick up is in every 20 minutes. The lady on the phone was rudest and seems like Paige interviewed the rudest person for this post.
I certainly won't forget this company name to ensure i won't book it for next time!!

Terrible, made duplicate booking somehow on lartner site and refused to refund my money even thiugh they had the same booming twice on their system clear to see. Would ratherr benefit from customers misfortune than do whats right

Avoid this company if you can!!!
I am travelling a lot and used this company numerous times. Few months ago my car was damaged with a small scratch on the door, on the next occasion brand new car mats were made extremely dirty and needed taken for cleaning, but this time I was forced to miss my flight, because extremely rude lady in the reception kept shuttle bus for over 25 minutes and not allowed to leave the premises as she wanted to fill 2 empty spaces in shuttle bus. After requesting why shuttle bus is not leaving I was threatened that my car will be pulled out of the car park if I won’t get back to the bus and wait till she gives permission for this bus to leave. I believed this company runs shuttle service on demand and not as per timetable or once the bus is full. So if you prefer to get in time for your flight and avoid having damages to your car please think twice before you choose this company. Never again!!!

Appalling that is putting it politely. It's quite away from the airport for starters. After leaving the car was told in a slightly officious manner what to do on our return and to NOT lose the card. Our return was delayed and we phoned as instructed to do at 1.40am to be told that it would at least half an hour before some one could come and collect us by someone who needs training in the customer service!!. I was told when I said 'really' I was informed "well you are late" and I have missed the last bus she then hung up, I must admit I didn't dare phone back to see if anyone was coming to collect us. On arriving back was handed the key and told the car is out there. The overall experience is absolutely shoddy. Pay for a different car parking experience unless you are happy with this kind of bad experience at the beginning and end of your holiday

Horrible place, miles away from the airport. They know nothing about customer service. Kept me waiting 2 hours at the Airport.No apologies what so ever and they drive your car even if you ask them not to.I specifically ask them not to move my car seat if they had to move my car.They drove the car, moved the car seat & displaced all the settings. Cheap and nasty.
Think before you book your car with them. The place is about 4 miles from the Airport.

Think twice about booking with Paige Airport Parking at Luton.
[1] Time to airport - according to their website it "typically" takes 15 minutes. This means that it may take considerably more. It took us 40 minutes from Paige reception to airport departures (and this was not roadwork related).
[2] Transfer buses - "business class" means cramped, narrow seats. Furthermore, since they are small buses, they fill up during busy periods, and leave people behind, introducing further uncertainty about the time to the airport.
[3] Customer service - our experience was that the staff were rude and patronizing.
Overall, low price, lower quality.

Booked via Purple Parking who go into administration whilst we are away. Get both an email and a phone call from Purple Parking saying we should not be charged again.
Return to Luton last night at midnight and of course told to pay again so charged £46.95 to get car back when purple parking original payment was only £39.91.....
Now doing a chargeback via credit card on this payment so there was no point them taking it anyway.
Lack of signage, lack of security and poor customer service, I would not recommend to anyone.

Experience was ok at drop off, the same was not the case when it came to the pick up. We called as instructed once we had collected our luggage. The paperwork stated to go to bus stop 11. There is no bus stop 11 at Luton. We called a second time for directions to the pick up point and were given wrong directions. As a result, the bus left without us and we were made to wait an additional 40 minutes for the next bus in the rain. By this point it was midnight. When the bus did turn up (at Bay O, basically the drop off point) the driver did not help us load our bags only opened the back doors of the bus. There was no apology for being so late.
I would not recommend using this company. I have used other off site parking before and have never had a bad experience. I will not be using them again.

I booked a reservation to park at paige in a rush. I didn't look for the reviews and I've done wrong. They say that you will have a lift with one of their busses every 20 min. On my way to the airport I've waited 25 minutes and on return 55 minutes. OMG 😡. Other than that no complaints. So if you afford to wait one hour for a lift here is the best place to park your car.

Dropped off my vehicle on tarmac, collected it 5 days later on tarmac, could not figure out, where all the mud splashes came from, shame as it had only just been washed prior to parking it, makes you wonder.! Care?
