Worse experience ever. Not only the shuttle is running late, the drivers are rude and throwing the luggage in the car ( both luggage broke) he even told my husband he doesn't care as it is not his luggage, on the day of collection of my car the diesel was half full when I left it completely full, Windows were not working and driver chair was down.
When discussed with the manager she was extremly rude and saud that it is not true what I am saying.
So if you want to go through all this feel free to book a parking with them.

Nasty. Really really nasty. I went away before the outbreak of Corona Virus, on 13.03 all flights were cancelled leaving me stranded in a foreign country. I was supposed to pick the car up on 15.03 and I emailed them about my situation- situation many other people found themselves in all over the world. All I received back was a charming dry email saying- we'll charge you £10 a day if you don't collect. Completely uninterested and money oriented. Car was parked there for 8 days and they slapped me with £80 fine despite the fact their car park was almost completely empty. No human decency or empathy at all. Have a look at other reviews- their staff steal loose change ( but you can't prove it as they turn off cameras if you have one). They rummaged through the car,even the boot as everything was upside down.
My friend's flight got cancelled but he was able to get another flight- he used AirParks- they knew about the situation, didn't charge him extra at all.
Never ever again

I just returned from a trip abroad early because of the coronavirus outbreak. The bloke behind the desk charged me an extra £25 because I didn't notify them. Rude, surly and unfriendly staff. I definitely wouldn't use them again. Unbelievable customer service in this day and age. Bad service....

Great experience with this Company, it was booked through the airline, and I must admit after seeing previous reviews we were a bit worried, but we needn't have been. The staff were friendly and courteous, the place is well signed from the M1 so was nice and easy to find. dropping the car off was easy, and didn't have to wait long for the transfer to the airport, likewise on the way back the bus was waiting for us when we arrived, back to the the park within minutes where the car was sat waiting for our return, 2 minutes in the reception to get the Keys and away we went.... will definitely use these again!

The worst car park I have ever used. Rob the guy behind the desk was so rude and very argumentative, he just didn’t care about his job or customers. VILE man!!! I was so worried about my car and the state I was going to find it.AVOID at all cost, not worth the money, they should pay people to park there........

Sadly it doesn’t give you much confidence when they drive your car off in front of you wheel spinning around every corner of the car park.

I’ve used them after years. Reasonable pricing. BUT!!! They stole all my change from the car I keep there for occasional parking for cash. I guess £30-40 which makes the service more expensive than the airport parking.

DO NOT LEAVE VALUABLES in your car unless you want to get robbed!!!

I booked my parking through APH and parked my car from 22 Sep to 27th Sept. I had good experience with APH before but this time they must have used different company called Paige Parking and had very bad experience.On journey back, Our flight was late by 1hour 30 min and reached just after midnight. the first shuttle at luton came and became full so had to wait another which came after 20 min.Customer service was rude and there were three other travellers. They charged £10 from each for one hour extra. No grace period given.Argument was pointless as they had keys as ransom.

Used Paige parking in August the transfer was ok but had slight scratches to near side rear door only noticed next day. And could not be bothered to go through all the hassle of contacting them I just polished it out.
But it was annoying.doubt if we would use them again.

Arrived at the Paige car park and just unloading the bags told the driver that we will be 1 minute, kindly wait for us but he just tool off with no reply or saying apologize. The receptionist John said that he told the driver to go, couldn't wait, as 7 other passengers were waiting at the pick up. I bet that 1 minute of his time wouldn't not make world of difference, won't use it again ever, very disappointed by the rudeness and bluntness of their staff. Plus once we had a case of items missing, no cooperation from staff needed to get police help to check the cameras

On the day of my return I have noticed some marks on the rear door.
Duty manager took a photo as evidence, bit after that no communication at all from their side.
Very bad service. Deffinitely not book again.

My BMW display key got covered with scratches due to how it was kept - the Manager behind of the desk just got a tray which contained cca. 30 keys, chucked them out of the box and then handed my key back; I think other people’s property should be treated with respect, especially when they pay for a service... Same thing with my expensive and sensitive car key, same thing with the people’s cars out there... The toilets were disgusting, dreadful... The whole place just looks and feels very dodgy and dirty. We will never ever go back!!!

I parked my car at Paige Airport Parking on 27th July for a week. On arrival there were two gentleman who parked the cars in the relevant area after we removed our baggage and in my opinion they didn't drive these cars respectfully. It was definitely a "drive it like you stole it" manner. I travelled with another family and they had the same opinion as myself and their car was also driven with the same manner. This driving style was also used when they were collecting cars from the parking area and putting them in line ready for people returning to collect their vehicle.

Prior to them moving my car, due to what I could see and how I felt at the time I decided to pop back to my car and tidy it up a little. By this I'm referring to hiding stuff out of sight, taking a picture of my change, putting my other belongings from the cup holder into the glove box, hiding my house key etc. I can't be certain why I got the impression I did, however because of the way I felt on arrival as I've mentioned, I decided to take a picture of my ash tray which holds my parking change prior to departure. Parking can be quite expensive so I tend to keep it well stocked.

On my arrival back to Luton, I expected it was just in my head but I proceeded to check and it was clear that coins had been taken from in there. This may be seen as entrapment, though I didn't leave the tray open or on clear display as to tempt anyone in, they would have clearly had to go searching for this. I'm also as certain as I could be that I had a £10 note under the visor which again was not there. Knowing that money had been stolen from my vehicle, I had to check all sorts of other things that I may have left in there. Though I don't imagine they would have taken anything else I can't be 100% sure about this as I didn't imagine they would take the money.

This is totally not the kind of experience or behaviour I had expected. I collected my key and even after having to pay an additional £10 due to my flight delays, I left the office saying "Thank you, I'll see you again" though as you have read above you'll understand why I will not return to Paige Airport Parking.

Avoid this car park. I left my car for 10 days. I found my car dirty and my euro coins was missing. There are thieves. Choose a car park where you can keep your car key.

These reviews need some balance!
1 used Paige Parking at Luton Airport recently. Booking via Looking4Parking was straightforward with email confirmation. There seemed to be clear directions to get to the car park but when I checked on Google Maps I found that they were completely WRONG. The turnings they mentioned no longer exist and it is a convoluted route to get from the M1 to the car park involving several turns. If you tried to follow their instructions you would never get there. Older satnavs may have the same problem as the road layout seems to have been changed. I used Waze and there was no problem as it recognised Paige Parking straight away. They need to update the directions urgently.
Got to the car park and there was no issues leaving the car and getting the minibus transfer to the airport.
Coming back phoned as requested and told the bus would be "5 minutes". It actually turned up about 25 minutes later so be aware that you may be kept waiting out in the open (although there is a small shelter). Collection of the car was swift and straightforward. All good apart from twisting my ankle in a large pothole near to my parked car.
Overall good VFM and service.

No problems when we dropped the car off but on our return the flight was three hours late. I was told that I had to pay an extra £10 as I was 'a day' late!

When I dared to question this I was met with the most ignorant attitude I've ever seen. My car key was then literally thrown at me and I wasn't even told where to find my car.

Shocking customer service, I won't be using again!!

Problems were that the pick up took 45 mins and not the 5 mins they said. When questioned on this they said we were in the wrong place, our fault. The interior lights of my car were left on, battery flat, again, my fault. They had a battery stater and we set off, the car stunk of cigarettes, didn’t bother to tackle them on that as I kinda knew their response.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Minor problems made worse by their abysmal attitude. This is a classic example of getting what you pay for. Use at your own risk.

Apart from cheap price at first and convenient transfer to and from the airport everything else regarding the car security is doubtful. I was left without my emergency coins kept in the ashtray compartment, some of their employees have sticky hands and served themselves. In total, my parking cost went up more than expected. When I complained to the receptionist the answer was "they are not responsible for valuables left in the car",really? In a safe car park? I have no confidence to use them again.

Bad service, had issues 2 times. First time ,in the winter they scratch my car but I observed when I collected and they pay for.
Second, in June, come back from holiday, I observed the clean whips in the vertical position, which is not supposed to be , but later when I drive home ,in the sunshine I could see 2 chips on the front screen of my Mercedes-Benz. Of course, they didn't know anything because I observed to late after I left the car park.
This care park can't be safe, their drivers didn't care about customers cars, they are very unprofessional ,never,never book again!

I used APH at Luton airport, who are in partnership with Paige parking.

I'll start with the negatives. Quite simply, I came back to find that my car had been left unlocked (one would assume for the whole 4 days I was away?) and the hand brake had not been engaged. Bottom line is, my car was neither safe nor secure with APH / Paige Parking in the most literal sense.

On the opposite end, they were cheaper than the competition, check in was smooth at 4:30am and had no issues getting the mini bus to the airport. On arrival back to the airport, the mini bus was already waiting at the pickup point and there were no issues getting my car back, despite being 1.5 hours late due to a delay.

Unfortunately due to the neglegence I experienced today, I would not recommend that anyone use APH / Paige parking.
