Adam the deputy manager is brilliant . I went in a month ago to buy a floor lamp to match ones I’d bought 12 months ago . There were none in the shop as discontinued . Adam took the trouble to go online and found one in another store ex display and ordered it for me . He advised about the different bulbs I wanted information for and I was really happy with all his efforts . I then got a call from him some weeks later to say the lamp had arrived . Again when I went to pick it up he carried it to my car , adjusted my car seats to fit it in and off I went . His attention to detail , brilliant customer service , going the extra mile was so lovely .Thankyou Adam 😊

We only went for a bedroom mirror but the choice was brilliant! No pressure sales but helpful when we asked for tape measure. Got a beautiful mirror and packaged by a very helpful man at the till. He went above and beyond to check mirror and repack so we could get it in car. Excellent store!

Pagazzi has the most beautiful lights. Perfect for all areas of the home. Great value and quality.

Purchased two tables from the Bolton store, staff were friendly and helpful, we are very pleased with the purchases that we made they look good and are sturdily made, due to waiting for an operation I could not do any lifting so I would like to give a shout out to girl in the hijab (sorry I did not get her name) who had to load the car for me, thanks.

More than five stars.

Terrible customer service and products that need to be replaced what a bulb fails. The majority of their products hVe LED bulbs that can not be replaced and only have a 3 year warranty. Why spend hundreds of pounds on a product that may fail after only 3 years.

Adam was extremely helpful and exceptionally knowledgeable. We now have the best lighting we’ve ever had. With two visually impaired people this is a huge boost to quality of life.

Great staff. We turned up a bit late to collect an order on Thursday night, just as they were about to close up. Asma and Adam couldn't have been more helpful; got the order sorted quickly, sorted us out for some fancy bulbs, and never once made us feel rushed.
Have put the lights up and we love them.

Made a purchase in store in September 2024, due to renovations, the dining table was opened in October 2024, there was damage found to the surface of the dining table. After making a phone call to the store we were asked to email and send photos, we got a response after a couple of days to say call us, when we called we were offered £50 back and said thats all they can do, we asked the lady for her name as reference she spoke rudely and refused to give it, now i am stuck with a table that i dont even want anymore and this store has failed me due to their poor services. I have now been asked to email them back if i am not happy with what they have offered, but she explained they won do anything more. I should have read their reviews before purchasing from the store, almost all the negative reviews have something to do with their poor customer service. NEVER WILL I EVER PURCHASE OR RECOMMEND ANYONE TO PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Got just what we wanted at a price that we could afford. Lots to choose from. The assistant was more than helpful and we are delighted with our purchases.

I purchased a Burton 3lt light in black for £169 from middlebrook Bolton on 20/01/24. The assistant offered me bulbs at £7 each to go with the light, which I reluctantly took at £7 each, but she gave me a 3 year unconditional guarantee.
After the first 2 months 2 bulbs had started to flash then one went off completely. The third bulb went off on month 4. I purchased 3 bulbs from elsewhere on offer for £1 each with no issues.
I was passing pagazzi Bolton today 11/6/24 so decided to take the bulb's back. The assistant checked the bulb's and found them defective. She asked for my email receipt which I had left my phone in the car, she wouldn't give me new ones and refused to check my purchase on the computer.
Don't buy these bulbs they are absolutely rubbish quality.

Purchased a table from this company in early February, when we got the table home it was badly scratched, we returned to the store the next day to complain and took pictures to show the damage, we were told they would look into it, I received a phone call 2 weeks later to say they were going to replace the table, 8 weeks later we are still waiting on the table, we contacted them to be told the table was at the warehouse waiting to be delivered to the store, 2 weeks later we received a phone call to say it had arrived, they wouldn't deliver it free of charge for all the hassle they caused we had to pick it up. We have spent a lot of money over the years with this company and would expect better treatment,the managment is useless we spoke to 2 differant people on seperate occasions of which one was a manager we had to keep chasing them up. Sorry you have lost our custom and we won't be buying from you again.

I bought a floor lamp from the Middlebrook, Horwich store on 18th February 2024.
The sales person Asma V, was really helpful. She took the time to show and compare what I was interested in buying. She was friendly and professional with good product knowledge. These are the sort of people that make it a pleasure to shop. Thank you Asma.

My husband and I went to the pagazzi store in Bolton today and we received the best customer service we’ve received in years at any retail store! Deputy manager Adam went out of his way to help us find the light we wanted. He really went over and above to assist us, even more than what was expected of him and we are truly grateful. Without his help we wouldn’t have been able to leave with the light fitting we had hoped for. Thank you Adam!
