I’ve never had such a poor experience with a company, especially with an online order.
The product quality was very disappointing — the glass shades had visible black spots, and one even had a much larger defect. For the price, this felt like extremely poor value.
While returning the item itself was straightforward, the refund process was far from acceptable. After the return was delivered, I received no confirmation at all — no update, no communication, nothing. Even after 15 days had passed (beyond their stated refund timeframe), I still hadn’t received my money and had to chase them myself.
It’s incredibly frustrating to have to ask for your own money back after following the correct return process. This experience felt unprofessional and poorly managed.
I won’t be ordering from this company again, and I’ve already advised my friends and colleagues to avoid them.

I must express my dissapointment with not to issue a refund. When I attended the store to return my purchased items to buy more expensive lights with them, I followed instructions given by their staff members present at the time. At no point was it clearly explained to me that the condition of the goods would prevent the return from being processed, nor was I given the opportunity to resolve the issue while I was present in store. Had this been made clear at the time I would of addressed the matter immediately. Awful service from management that tried to blame it's staff for not having enough experience to deal with the matter! I am left with unwanted lights and have spent more money with them buying more expensive lights. BE WARNED AND BE CAREFUL!!
Do not buy from Pagazzi
Bought a new lamp from Pagazzi in Aberdeen, on opening the lamp was damaged / not working.. took back to the store next day to find out they’d closed down. It’s a disgrace how a business can be allowed to trade knowingly they will be closing the next day.
Exceptional service from Jade
We saw a Pagazzi light in Boundary Mill Colne which we thought was wonderful but they had no stock so once home tried to find them elsewhere but every stockist had no stock so I contacted Pagazzi at Glasgow to ask if they were getting anymore but was told unlikely. Then shortly after I received an email from Jade saying she had located them in Aberdeen and had requested them to be sent to her for shipment to us. We received them and are so pleased. Impossible to place an order online
Impossible to place an order online. Money goes from account (luckily reversed by PayPal) but order isn't accepted. Disappointing. Tried emailing with no response. Don't pay unless you use PayPal.
I bought a ceiling light only to…
I bought a ceiling light only to discover that bulbs were not included and they cost half of what the light unit cist
Warranty not upheld
I purchased a light from this company in their closing down sale and was advised that light was working however on installation it failed to work and on ringing customer services was advised it was covered under their warranty and it the light was returned and found to be faulty a replacement would be given
However when I sought a replacement the company reversed their position and refused to honour the warranty claiming that if they replaced the light then they would be at a loss. They also stated the item was continued, this was a lie as it was still for sale on their website.
I am extremely disappointed they fail to uphold and stand behind their warranty as I have purchased all my lights from them and would advise others to be cautious when purchasing any items
The product was poor value for money…
The product was poor value for money and the returns and refund process unnecessarily drawn out and slow. That would deter me re-ordering.
Poor customer service....don't buy a product with a glass shade, replacement not supplied.
I bought a floor standing lamp for well over £200. We were pleased with the look of the lamp, but it was unbalanced...top heavy....and the metal pole was too flimsy for the weight of the glass shade. We lived with these faults and were careful to keep it safe. However, a little over a year later the lamp fell over, breaking the shade. Expecting a company like Pagazzi to supply replacement shades we enquired through their website but no response, so went to an outlet to be told they don't supply replacement shades in spite of that model still being in production. What a waste if money and resources. This company seems to have no sustainability policy. Surely it has responsibility to support its products in staying viable for as long as possible. Lesson learned....no sustainability policy, no purchase!
Failing customer service
Have bought 3 high end light fittings over last year at very competitive prices but have been disappointed with short life- time of LED bulbs supplied. Three have failed within a few months.
First 2 were replaced promptly and without question but the 3rd when reported received a series of questions to support the claim. Despite these being answered immediately and a further request for an update no more word has been heard for a week.
From phone enqiries it appears the sole person dealing with this (and whose approach seems very inexperienced) has been on leave without resolving or passing on responsibility.
I am left with a faulty bulb in one of my main lights for over 10 days not knowing if or when it will be replaced
Altogether an experience that puts me off giving Pagazzi.my business in future

Will ghost you if your order is incorrect
Pagazzi sell some really lovely items, however if something is wrong with your order they will just ghost you.
Made a purchase on the 27/11/25 and was delivered within a good reasonable time, the box was missing 2 items, used the online chat and was told to email, which I did on the 29/11/25 with all the relevant information and evidence clearly showing the items missing and the box inside to show that there wasn’t enough room for those missing items. was told they will have to investigate and it would take a week. 3 weeks later I sent a chase up email regarding the missing items (19/12/25) which I haven’t heard a single response since the original email which was sent on the 29/11/25.

Poor customer service
I received my item on the 20th november from pagazzi and there were items missing. I spoke to customer service and very little help has been given, saying the item will be in the box, ignoring my emails, saying the item has been sent and delivered when it has not! It is now the 24th of December and I still haven't received my missing part, and CS keeps ignoring my emails.
I would not recommend using this company if there are something missing, good luck on getting a replacement or a reply from customer help...

Lovely staff in Aberdeen. Very helpful, knowledgeable of products and spent a lot of time with me suggesting fittings and bulb combinations. I’m very happy with the light fitting and unusual bulbs purchased and reassured by the guarantees provided with the products.

Poor customer service.
I sent a Faulty light back in October, we are now approaching the end of December and still no update despite chasing, leaving my name and number on several occasions. Receiving an email from DPD to say they delivered the faulty light back. Yet being told it’s lost by pagazzi in transit? All while our hallway has a missing light!!
