Had some great designs but I ultimately went in a different direction and decided to cancel and they are STILL charging me and I just got charged out of $55!!! Scammer Alert!!!
I had issue with alerts coming in even if they were off. Contacted support for this issue. Marco responded that it has nothing to so with own3d overlay/display. But I managed to find out that there was some random issue with gaming scene. Deleted those files and evetyhing is fixed.
This has to be THE WORST customer service I have ever seen. They rarely respond and even if they do respond, it's a copy paste automated message with 0 tailoring to your specific issue. One time, the e-mail opened with a greeting to a whole different username; they couldn't even bother to put my name there.
I love the designs, but I'm definitely not subscribing again.

Very bad treatment, I have canceled my own3d pro sub back in February, I woke up today and found that they charged me 30$ for the sub again, I reached out to their customer support and they said they cannot refund as I DID NOT cancel my sub, so they charged me again, and when I go to their terrible design website, I get a bunch of error's If I try to access my billing page to remove my credit card or to do anything else, even after they charged me the amount my profile say's im still on the free plan!! Terrible service and got scammed by a sub I no longer use!
I pressed the cancel button im certain of that, but they saying I did not is crazy calling customers a liar

Customer service does not respond, service tickets lead to no response, and they continue to charge you monthly even when your subscription says cancelled on their site. ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS. Reported to the bank and will take legal action against this shitter!
Not mobile friendly, can't do much without premium or Paying them. Complete garbage and not completely free.

I found an overlay I would like, with a picture with "can be used for twitch, youtube, etc." and "used on these platforms OBS, Stream elements & stramlabs"
at the same time it said: Unlock this Modern Green Stream Overlay Template Package and hundreds more with the PRO subscription!
so i bought that.
When I have to find it, it cannot be found on their PRO page.
I subsequently find out that you can ONLY use their PRO for OBS, NOT streamelements or streamlabs. (I use streamlabs.)
to see if i can transition to obs i'll try to download it and download their plugin.
this doesn't work for me and I delete everything (OBS and own3d plugin) again, go back to streamlabs.
After that I buy the same overlay but as a single piece because it works for streamlabs. note at a high price than the subscription I already bought.
Now comes the problem, I have and don't need to use the subscription I bought, I find out 30 minutes after I bought it.
OWN3D.tv customer service then says that it's my problem, because I've tried if it worked for streamlabs and later obs and installed their plugin, so it's not possible to undo your purchase or cancel your subscription. "Because I've used it"
This is a site with insidious traps and no clear communication
you can only use PRO - PRIMUIM for OBS, not for the other platforms shown in the pictures.
I also tried to contact their: "Contact our 24/7 live chat" which is not live 24/7.
So even though they can clearly see I couldn't use their "PRO - PREMIUM" for anything and 30 minutes later bought a single overlay which was more expensive than their subs. they don't believe me and won't give me the money back for the subscription I tried to cancel 30 min after purchase and which hasn't been used.
Scam site without any kind of customer service.
I have saved conversations with support if anyone wants to see them.
The first company in my memory that refused to give me a refund for poor service. I cancelled the subscription a couple of hours after the purchase. Correspondence with customer service led to nothing, all questions about a refund were ignored a little more than completely. The advertising clearly did not match the content. All the overviews are the same in layout and layout, differing only in design. From the start there were problems with the simplest things that did not work at all, but after a letter to tech support about a refund and their response somehow (by some miracle) worked. Extremely do not recommend to buy their product, as there is no guarantee that you will be able to get a refund if you are absolutely unsatisfied with it.
I would like to add to my review. Yesterday, Marco contacted me and offered to remove my review in exchange for my money back. He wanted to pay me for removing the bad review with my own money. This is very unpleasant, and I declined such a generous offer. He ended up refusing to settle the conflict and give me my money back. The company acted like a medieval dung salesman. Keep that in mind when you want to buy something from them.
Ich habe bei dem "XMAS" Angebot ein Jahres Abo inkl. Epidemic abgeschlossen. Dieses Angebot läuft übrigens seit mehreren Wochen jeden Tag aufs neue ab, damit es so aussieht als hätte man nur noch wenige Stunden Zeit. Und genau so kann man diese Firma auch charakterlich einordnen...
Hier mal ein paar Gründe, wieso ihr einen großen Bogen um dieses ANgebot machen solltet
1. Epidemic Sound "Voller Zugriff" ist eine Lüge.
Wer Epidemic Sound nicht kennt: Eine Seite, auf der ihr tausende von Tracks und Soundeffekte runterladen könnt und sie dann für euren YouTube, TikTok, Insta und Twitch account nutzen könnt. Ihr müsst in eurem Epidemic Konto dann die genauen Links der Kanäle eingeben und dann seid ihr sozusagen freigeschaltet. Bei OWN3D wird behauptet, dass Epidemic mit dabei ist. Das sieht erstmal nach einem richtig guten Angebot aus weil es VIEL günstiger ist als bei Epidemic selbst. Allerdings könnt ihr hier weder die Tracks runterladen, noch für eure anderen Accounts nutzen. Ihr könnt es NUR im Browser nutzen und auch nur für euren Twitch Account. Das heißt im klartext, dass ihr nichtmal eure Streamvideos auf YouTube uploaden könnt ohne geclaimed zu werden oder schlimmer.
Es handelt sich hier also um eine SEHR abgespeckte Variante von Epidemic.
2. PAYWALLS! Leider habt ihr mit dem Abo nicht alles auf der Seite freigeschaltet sondern müsst Credits kaufen um weitere Sachen zu bekommen. Zusätzlich gibt es sogar noch Overlays und Alerts, die man zusätzlich kaufen muss.
3. Alle Designs, die das Abo beinhalten könnt ihr nur solange nutzen, wie ihr das Abo zahlt. Wenn ihr euch also einmal auf OWN3D einrichtet, müsst ihr es immer weiter zahlen. Ansonsten ist es irgendwann weg und ihr könnt euch alles nochmal neu aufbauen.
Abgeshen davon sehen so gut wie alle Designs nicht mehr zeitgemäß aus. Alles blinkt und bewegt sich wie auf einer alten Clanseite von vor 10 Jahren. Es gibt fast nichts neutrales. Man kann nichts viel anpassen.
Es wirkt alles total überladen und plastisch.
4. CHATBOT heißt OWN3D und kann nicht umbenannt werden. Es steht also bei jedem Alert, Nachricht, Follow und egal was ihr macht immer fett OWN3D davor. Somit macht ihr immer schön gezwungener Maßen Werbung. Der Bot und alle Funktionen drum herum funktionieren gut aber da man diesen sowieso kostenlos bekommt, ist es sinnlos braucht man dafür auch kein Abo.
5. Null Kulanz. Ich habe mich nach 3 Tagen beim Support gemeldet und Sie darum gebeten mein Geld zurück zu überweisen, da ich von diesem Angebot nicht überzeugt bin. Keine Chance. Die erzählen einen, dass das vom Zahlungsdienstleiter nicht geht. Nicht mal eine Teilrückerstattung ist möglich.
Somit habe ich mir das Jahresabo gekauft und kann nun absolut NICHTS damit anfangen. Epidemic nur online ohne Downloadfunktion, Billig und überladen wirkende Overlays, Einen Bot, den man nicht umbenennen kann und ganz viel heiße Luft
Alles in allem ein sehr schlechtes Angebot und das Geld für das Jahresabo hätte ich auch einfach aus dem Fenster werfen können.
Various services don't work. The plugin, after installs, reports that it is no longer supported and tried to demand you install and OLDER version. How is the newest version "no longer supported"?!
Donations pages don't work either. Don't install the chat bot, you may NEVER be able to remove it and customer service / tech support will do nothing and tell you that they can do nothing.
Furthermore, while they love using the name "own3d" for two different products, they do NOT make it easy to distinguish the two, nor do they tell you that the two products do not truly integrate. Seems like they just want to take as much of your money as they can. And they will take it. I have yet to hear of a single person being successful in attaining a refund.
I would recommend that you avoid this company and it's products and services.

First of all, OWN3D.tv and OWN3D Pro, are two separate brands and products. Since both are using products from OWN3D (Overlays, Animated Alerts, Alert Sounds, and much more) they have OWN3D in the name. But as you can see in the name of the products, they are separate (OWN3D.tv) ; (OWN3D Pro).
OWN3D Pro is an addition to our OWN3D.tv shop products. Since this is our subscription service with which you can use all our overlays during your active subscription. But OWN3D Pro can also be used for free, without spending any penny. Because we are also offering 5 free overlays to use. All core features such as animated alerts and sounds, uploading your own alerts and sounds, Linkspree, the donation page and also our free animated panel extension, can be used for free. We don't even get any share from any donation you receive via the OWN3D Pro donation page, once it's activated.
About your complaints: The donation page has to be enabled by you, otherwise, it's not working. Our support team is happy to provide a guide for that. The chatbot can be kicked or suspended like every other user that's in your Twitch chat if you are not using OWN3D Pro anymore. Of course, the chatbot will automatically join again if you are going to use OWN3D Pro again or if you log in to your OWN3D Pro account again. Please also keep in mind, that Discord is not a support channel. While our community team can answer simple questions, you always should write to our support team. They are able to answer your questions and also provide help setting up OWN3D Pro or your products from OWN3D.tv.
