A proper shop

A proper, old fashioned service, solicitous and extremely helpful; even phoned me up when there was a slight delay in delivery and refunded my postage costs… The product was ace as well.

Excellent customer service provided

Excellent customer service provided. Quick and efficient. They were unable to source the shoes I wanted but gave me a refund almost instantly.

An excellent company

Great selection of products especially the CAYL brand! I ordered a cap incorrectly. I sent customer service a message to request a change which was immediately actioned unlike a lot of companies. The product was great and the delivery was quick. I was Informed throughout the process and had a great experience. Please don't hesitate to shop with this company and support independent!

Cover your back if you return something

Bought a t shirt from this company which was tried on for a mere 30 seconds before returning in the original plastic packaging which they provided. Merchant has claimed there is water damage to the t shirt which looks like it was splashed with water.
I have assured them that when I packaged it, it was in the same condition I received it in so the damage must have occurred in handling.
I have since provided images to prove I sent it back in the same condition that they sent it to me.
They are denying responsibility and refusing to give a refund.

We’re sorry to hear you’re unhappy with your experience and appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback.

When the t-shirt was returned to us, it was inspected in line with our standard process and was found to have visible marks which mean it cannot be resold as new. We documented this at the point of receipt and shared this with you directly.

We understand your position and the information you’ve provided. However, our assessment is based on the condition of the item when it arrived back with us. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, items can be inspected, but a deduction may be made where handling results in a diminished condition.

As a resolution, we offered a partial refund to reflect this, or to return the item to you.

We always aim to handle returns fairly and consistently, and we’re sorry that on this occasion we haven’t been able to reach an outcome you’re satisfied with. If you would like to discuss this further, please feel free to contact us directly.
