I recommend you do not use this online seller.

I received a faulty item from them and have had no response to my request for a return/refund despite repeated emails for over three weeks.

Item purchased: "iBasso DC06 Pro"
Cost: £113.99

The company only provide a superficial 'shell-company' address - a warning sign that I wish I'd spotted before.
It's unclear even if any of the other reviews on this page are genuine.
It's now going to be a time-consuming effort to begin legal action against the company and report them to Trading Standards for investigation.

Ordered a red FIIO DM13 bluetooth portable CD player for my daughter, despite knowing that I would have to wait a while before OTIC would have the item in stock. It arrived earlier than expected and well packaged. My daughter is delighted!

Good service . Big delay in delivery but it was a preorder at Christmas. My email enquiries were answered politely and with updated info .

I wanted the DM13 CD player and Otic kept me clearly informed about its availability, then succeeded in delivering it on the day before I travelled, as promised.

What I have to add may relate only to the manufacturer, but I put it down here for information.

My objective was a neat, compact CD player that I could have on my desk and also travel with, playing CDs through bluetooth speakers. However, in one location, my speakers are nine years old and the bluetooth on the DM13 will not play through them, while my one-year-old ipad does so.

I have had to resort to a standard cable and there find that there is no standard socket on the back: it is only on the front, which is not what the manufacturer, FIIO, says.

While the sound is exceptional, the bluetooth issue is disappointing.

The product i bought is excellent and good value. Nit was not in stock when ordered antook over 4 months. Otic were not proactive in keeping me informed about delivery and to find their telephone number is very difficult.
