Original BTC Anmeldelser

Excellent service recently from Original BTC. I was trying to check out a couple of lights on the Black Friday sale but the website didn’t show the box to put the discount code in (due to cookies on my PC I think.) So phoned them and my call was answered straight away, order was placed and I received the lights the next day by DPD. Excellent service and the fin pendant light and brass picture light are now up and look fantastic.
It was so nice to deal with a very helpful person on the end of the telephone straight away when online ordering went a bit awry. Well done Original BTC.

A great pendant lamp, and well packaged.

2 lights from BTC: a) suitable materials, designed well; made in Britain (to last) b) efficient customer service c) delivered (early) and in order. Trade showroom efficient and helpful.

Excellent product , easy to order and delivered before specified date

I ordered a Hatton 3 floor lamp by phone and was given an estimated two to three weeks for delivery. The lamp arrived in half that time, carefully packed and on a pallet. I’ve bought lots of lamps from Original BTC and they always provide a great service, as well as beautifully made products.

Great order placement process. Delivery time +2-3 weeks a little long. But worth the wait. The lamps are super.

A classic bone china light pendant which is timeless and would suit both a contemporary and traditional home.

Quick service everything arrived in good condition.

Friendly staff, high quality, beautiful glass.

Online customer service has not responded to me after many attempts to get an update on my order.

Excellent service. Product arrived exactly on time and very well packed. Beautiful!

I needed a light fixture that we had purchased in the past, but was no longer in the running line. They were able to locate it and made the whole process very easy.

Brilliant as always. Our light and floor lamp are very old and have stood the test of time, we bought them in their first year of trading. We needed a repair, caused by removal damage to the base. it was organised efficiently for dates that worked for us. The floor lamp was returned in excellent condition and carefully packed. It looks like new. Thank you.

Great product, easy ordering and swift delivery.

The overall service was good.
The Company make good high end unusual products.

I was kept informed at all times and when the parcel arrived, it was safely packed.

The pendants are stunning! I have used them before.

Ordered replacements for original light fittings that had deteriorated (more quickly than they should have done). Parts arrived as ordered, and very promptly. Even with a modest discount, however, they were ridiculously expensive. Service person was very helpful and efficient.

The speed in which your team got back to me. You were able to help me out and source the item I needed in a timely manner. Truly was great to work with yall!
Thank you again!
