Orca Anmeldelser 

Al parecer algunos productos de Orca carecen de la calidad que uno espera. Compre un shorty de verano y al poco tiempo de uso la hebilla tirador o el cierre de velcro del cuello se rompió al tratar de cerrar el traje.
Con la garantía vigente me enviaron gentilmente un Shorty Vitalis nuevo que adolece del mismo fallo. Hoy se ha vuelto a romper la hebilla y no se debe a tirones con fuerza extrema porque lo hago con bastante cuidado sino a la mala calidad del cierre hebilla . Espero que Orca tome nota y mejore la calidad del producto ...

Enttäuschende Abwicklung
Ich habe den Neoprenanzug direkt bei Orca bestellt und beim sehr vorsichtigen Anziehen bereits Beschädigungen am Material festgestellt. Ich habe Orca daraufhin kontaktiert und den Anzug zur Prüfung zurückgeschickt.
Leider wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass die Schäden von mir verursacht worden seien. Eine Einigung war nicht möglich und der beschädigte Anzug wurde mir anschließend wieder zurückgeschickt.
Da ich mir nicht erklären konnte, wie beim vorsichtigen Anziehen solche Risse entstanden sein sollen, habe ich den Schadenshergang später selbst nachvollzogen und versucht, das Material mit erheblicher Kraft an einer vergleichbaren Stelle einzureißen. Selbst das ist mir nicht gelungen.
Für mich ist daher nach wie vor nicht nachvollziehbar, wie ich die Schäden verursacht haben soll. Am Ende bin ich auf einem beschädigten Anzug und den Kosten sitzen geblieben. Insgesamt bin ich von der Abwicklung durch Orca sehr enttäuscht

I bought an Orca Zeal Hi-Vis wetsuit in December 2024.

I live in Nice and swim in the sea once a week (2km/1hr) and I always rinse the suit thoroughly in cold water after every session.

Just three months after purchasing it, the wetsuit tore while I was putting it on.

As the warranty apparently does not cover tears, I repaired it myself and left it to dry for 48 hours. The following week, however, a new tear appeared in the same area, on inside of the right thigh. The original repair itself remained intact.

This is my third Orca wetsuit in twenty years, and I had never previously experienced this kind of tearing. In my opinion, this particular wetsuit is abnormally fragile.

07-2026: Last December, I finally gave up on my troublesome Orca wetsuit and replaced it with a Zone3 Terraprene Vision.
Since then and as before, I’ve swum 2 km in the sea every week, and the suit still looks almost new, without the slightest scratch or sign of wear.
The difference in quality is clear. I’m very pleased with it and would happily recommend it.

I would like to preface this review by saying I love the products that I use from Orca and this is solely based on customer service.
I ordered 2 wetsuits and had no issues.
I have since ordered 3 more items and needed to return 2 of them as they did not fit. I sent them back and after nearly 3 weeks of chasing this up was notified that I would receive my refund. I have not received this and after chasing it up multiple times they are absolving themselves of responsibility. I have contacted my bank for a chargeback and am awaiting the result of this.
I would not recommend buying direct from Orca, go through a third party or save yourself the headache of their customer service entirely and use a different brand.

Just to add I spoke to my bank to make sure there was nothing wrong with my account and an incoming transaction wasn't being blocked and they had no record of a transaction ever being issued from their end.

Don’t buy at Orca. Their products as you know are super good, but their customer service and return policy is Superbad. They are not clear on their return policy and they make you pay the return label. Buy in a re-seller if you can, because they prefer to lose the margin than having a good brand.

I purchased the Apex Float V2 wetsuit for €569 directly from Orca, deliberately choosing to buy from the manufacturer rather than a retailer to be on the safe side regarding quality and warranty. After only three uses for swim training, the suit already showed two tears near the seams. I followed Orca’s official care and fitting videos from the very beginning and always used the supplied cotton gloves when putting on and taking off the suit.

My warranty claim was rejected. The explanation given was that the high-performance material is inherently fragile by design and that the damage was caused by mechanical stress during the fitting process. This is not my first wetsuit, and I have never experienced anything comparable with any other brand.

For a premium manufacturer in this price range, I would have expected both a more durable product and a more reasonable approach to a legitimate warranty claim. I cannot recommend this product or Orca’s customer service.

Compré un neopreno Zeal Thermal el 22 de mayo en la web de esta gente... , decían con la compra de este neopreno se obsequian unas gafas promoción valida hasta el 31 de mayo, solo decían eso en letras rojas ...nada más lo juro,
no solo de este modelo hacían la promoción del regalito de las gafas ...en otros trajes también, pues me llega el traje sin gafas ...y les envio un correo comentandoles la falta de las gafas y me contestan : No es que se han agotado y un rollo .....quitaron inmediatamente el enunciado en rojo del anuncio de la promoción de las gafas ..por unas gafas miserables que se las metan por donde les quepa , menudo cuento que tienen esta gente .

Orca apex float V2- what an incredible product. At 6’3” and 220 lbs this suit provided an unbelievable amount of buoyancy. Truly different level. Absolutely perfect for alignment, hip and leg elevation, reduction of drag and significant improvement in glide. Amazing. WOW. Any triathlete, swimmer, open water swimmer would benefit tremendously from this suit. It allays lot of fear and or concerns regarding open water swimming, especially for swimmers whose legs tend to drop. 10 stars!!! 110%

Terrible customer service and cheaply made wetsuits. Beware and buy elsewhere

Wenn es minus -5 Sterne gibt dann diese Firma. Auf den Photos alles top, in Wirklichkeit FLOOOOOOP.
Man auch keine retour nach Deutschland senden. Finger weg von dieser Firma. Billig Ware für 2,50€, es wird für 40€ verkauft. Es gibt nur ein positives Aspekt, sie schreiben zurück.

Bought a pair of Buoyancy shorts. Neoprene ripped after 2 uses. Was informed that it was my fault due to 'incorrect donning of the wetsuit'. I have plenty of experience of 'donning wetsuits' and have never had new neoprene rip on me before.

Je tiens à partager mon expérience décevante avec le service après-vente d'Orca concernant une paire de gants.
Après avoir reçu ma commande, j’ai constaté un défaut visible sur le gant gauche, au niveau de la coupe entre le pouce et l'index.
J'ai donc envoyé des photos à leur service client pour signaler le problème. Dans la première réponse, on m'a informé qu'aucune anomalie n’avait été détectée et qu’ils avaient besoin de précisions supplémentaires.
J’ai donc fourni une photo plus claire, accompagnée de nouvelles explications. Il m'a alors été indiqué que ce n'était pas un défaut, mais une déformation due au stockage et à l'humidité, et que cela disparaîtrait avec l’usage…
Non seulement ce défaut rend le gant inutilisable, mais le service après-vente semble réticent à reconnaître le problème et à prendre ses responsabilités.
Ce manque d’écoute et de réactivité est extrêmement décevant et totalement en décalage avec les valeurs sportives.

Awful customer service. Despite offering a warranty, Orca do not honour it. For example a purchase of neoprene hammers in March 2025 began to come apart at the seams three months later. Photographs were sent to Orca and they refused to honour the warranty.

Take your hard earned money and buy from a more reputable brand

The wetsuit itself is of good quality. However, be aware that you have to pay the return costs by yourself, when ordering on the official orca online shop, which can be expansive, when you ordering not from Spain, but from another country. Therefore I really recommend buying it from another retailer

I ordered 3 items to avail of free shipping on orders over €100. When the order arrived, one of the items was the incorrect size. When I asked about returning the item, I was informed that I would have to pay for return shipping, and that I would not be refunded the cost of shipping unless the entire order of 3 items was returned. Furthermore, the company don't correct their mistakes: if I wanted to get the correctly-sized item, I would have to order it again on the website and pay for its shipping.

Impecable experiencia Post venta. Tuve un problema con un neopreno recién comprado, lo notifiqué y en pocos días tenía uno nuevo en casa.
