These people are scammers and liars. Scumbags. Refused to refund $14,000 inside the 90 day money back guarantee window. I used Amex to purchase and Amex refunded me. Every person I dealt with inside of Korvato really was a piece of trash. DO NOT USE THEM.

Korvato will not honor their 90 day refund policy. It's just a rule to get you to sign up. In response to a refund request, they tried to get me to sign a very shady non-disparagement contract to prevent me from leaving an honest review. Even if I had signed it, I knew they wouldn't have issued the refund, because I know dozens of others who never received their refund. Apparently they have not been able to issue refunds since September 2025, but they continue to push sales and sell their software to unsuspecting customers. And no, their bot, does not work as promised. It had a huge drawdown that wiped out most people's accounts and now it's dialed back where makes barely anything.

They have no legal address in the US and the company is not transparent. Trust me, it's a scam.

I have been trying to receive my seed money via Korvato's warranty/guarantee period and have gotten the run around for 3 months now. They basically have stolen a big chunk of my investment. Thankfully I pulled the rest of the investment before it was all gone. Ended up losing more than 65% of my investment. The company has not been honest or transparent regarding my situation. Please be careful. I trusted this company to help me invest in something that should have been better but always do your homework as unfortunately there are people who are not honest and transparent out there. Please let me know of any class action lawsuits out there that is being formed because I know I am not the only one.

I believe that early participants tend to benefit from the structure. Individuals who join later may experience reduced returns and continual encouragement to invest more resources, which may result in positive consequences

Started with them in May of last year(2025) and was impressed with how bot worked Sun night to Fri evening on hundreds of micro trades but making profit after series of tiny losses. Increased my investment from 10k to 85K. Around 18k in profit by end of July, but comes two major days of drawdowns - one in Aug and other one in Sept and that 18k profit turned into 13K loss. On top of it bot cost of 12k. Have been waiting for refund since Oct and most folks I talked while things were working well have left and customer service has been saying “I am in queue”. Avoid them at any cost, not trustable folks

My experience could not have been any worse with this company. My nightmare started in July 2025 and I purchased a bot. I needed for money to be available in October from my Ira. Once available I was told that I needed to change the account name into an Ira name. I had to send money from my Ira to replace the money that was already there. The original still has not been refunded to me. Korvato was unable to trade at the end of the year due to their recommended brokerage money being frozen. I requested all my money back in January and it’s now March with zero response. I would to find an attorney to help get my 26k back for the bot that were never set up. Tony

I basically run around for a rock band all day. If someone yells "Where's the cables?" it's me. If someone needs coffee, it's me. I carry stuff, find stuff, fix stuff and sometimes I don't even know what I'm carrying. I just grab it and run.
We're always on tour. My brain is like scrambled eggs most days. There is NO way I could sit there staring at charts or trying to "analyze the market." So when I set this thing up, I was shocked at how dumb easy it was. Like.... too easy. I kept thinking, Wait, that's it? I don't gotta pass more buttons?
Now most months I see like 7-9%, and I don't even touch it. I check it sometimes while sitting on a flight at 3 a.m. with earplugs in and a hoodie over my face. And it's just there. Calm. Growing. Not screaming. Not breaking. Not asking me for anything. It's kinda funny. The band is loud. The schedule is crazy. My phone never stop buzzing. But this? This just sits there quietly making money while I run around like a headless chicken. Honestly, it's probably the most organized thing in my entire life. And that's saying a lot.

My life with kids is just loud. All the time. Someone's yelling, someone can't find a shoe, someone's crying because the other one looked at them "weird." I'm driving to school, driving back, making food, cleaning up the mess 47 times, trying to work, trying to remember what day it is. My brain feels like mashed potatoes most days.
So yeah... I do NOT have extra brain cells for charts, graphs, candle sticks, or whatever smart money people stare at all day. Sometimes I just open my phone while hiding in the bathroom for five minutes of peace and I see like 6-7% most months. Sometimes a little more. Is it life-changing millionaire stuff? No. But does it help with groceries, gas, random school projects, and the one kid who suddenly needs $20 for something they forgot to mention? Yes. Very yes. And honestly, it feels kinda amazing that while my kids are fighting over who touched whose snack, something in my life is just quietly growing without screaming my name. It's probably the only thing in my house that behaves.

In early September, I became involved with Korvato after they presented what appeared to be a legitimate earning opportunity. The idea was straightforward: transfer funds to a specified beneficiary and receive commissions in return, supposedly to assist YouTubers in increasing their online visibility. Seeing examples of others receiving payouts made the offer seem credible.
I completed an initial transfer and received a commission, which increased my confidence. I then made a second €4099 transfer. To unlock the associated profits, I was instructed to validate the transaction with an additional payment of €14,540. According to their calculations, the combined return from these transactions would exceed €8,800.
After sending the €11,540 validation payment, I was informed that a system “bug” had occurred. I was informed that I would need to send an additional €14,500 in order to recover my funds and commissions. I had transferred more than €15,100 just to try to get my own money back by this point. The final transfer was processed successfully, and I possess official bank confirmation that the funds reached the recipient. Despite this, they assert that they never received the payment. The individual who is referred to as the "task professor" only offers recurrent responses such as "Please check with your bank," and there is neither direct customer service nor phone support available. As it stands, I have suffered losses exceeding €14,000 and remain uncertain whether I will recover them, despite their assurance that funds would never be lost and would be fully reimbursed with commissions in case of any issue.
Fortunately, thanks toLargoLaneLP, I was able to recover my losses, for which I am very grateful.

Joined 4/2025 12k for BOT 10k into Brokerage Orca account. Oct 2025 they went dark and stole my 10k. No response from Korvato on a refund either. STAY AWAY!! SCAM!!

Its a scam! Don't use them, when it doesn't work there is no one calling back and no one to talk to about the 90 day money back guarentee!

I signed up with Korvato in December 2024, and to cut to the chase: they heavily overpromise and completely fail to deliver. The technology is weak, the executive leadership is nonexistent, and the customer-facing staff seem to be flailing for answers themselves. Save your money—I wouldn't invest another penny here after the losses I've sustained.

Scam stay away. Had 120 day refund policy. I never used software as I got scam notice from Charles Schwab so did not move funds. Tried cancelling after 30 days of signing up. They did not refund. I never used service after all the red flags. They won’t return emails and FBI is investigating them. U have been warned.

Anyone considering investing with this company should think twice. I lost over $200,000 in a matter of a few hours, despite being promised there was a 25% stop loss in place. This was back in July of 2025 when they were doing well. They continued to say they were going to do something for me but in the end I didn't even get my 20k license fee returned. They now have 1 foot on a banana peel and the other in bankruptcy, so they are trying to collect the up from fee from as many people as possible and then good luck.

This company follows a troubling pattern: charging high upfront software fees, collecting profit, and then becoming unreachable. They appear to sell rebranded bots at a massive markup. Since my initial purchase in April, I have faced constant difficulties contacting their international customer service and significant technical hurdles getting the bots live.

Performance & Support Issues
Optimus Bot: Performed adequately for three months before failing significantly in July, triggering a 25% stop-loss for most users. Due to a failure to deactivate the bot, users suffered an additional 5% loss the following day.

Gold Bot: Despite marketing promises of 10–15% monthly gains, the bot has been a failure. It ended the year at a total loss.

Discrepancies: During a December 18 webinar, the company claimed the Gold bot gained 4.92% and Optimus gained 32%. These figures are demonstrably false; my Optimus bot ended the year with only a 2% total gain.

Broken Promises & Refund Refusals
I was promised a refund for the Gold bot in July and again in August, but these promises were never honored. Many others seeking refunds within the 90-day window have reported receiving only pushback or further misinformation. Furthermore, clients advised to use Orca Markets have lost their entire investments following an apparent "exit scam" by that broker.

Current Status (Update: 1/8/26)
As of January, the company’s infrastructure has effectively collapsed:

Mass Terminations: During the Christmas holiday, the company reportedly fired all account managers.

Communication Blackout: All company phone numbers have been deactivated. The only remaining channel for communication is email, which yields very limited responses.

Outsourced Support: All customer support is now handled by a single individual located overseas.

Scheduling Delays: If you attempt to book a support call via their scheduling link, the wait time is two weeks or longer.

Technical Failure: Both my Optimus and Gold bots are currently non-functional—issues I have been trying to resolve since November.

It is my belief that Korvato has rebranded as Blustar AI to distance themselves from these failures. Please exercise extreme caution. They have abandoned their clients and their professional obligations.

Korvato is a complete SCAM!!! Avoid them all together. I had a 90 day money back no question asked. Well less than 60 days into it and terrible results and the Orca disappeared with lot of people’s money, and Korvato recommend them. I have been trying to get my money back and haven’t heard crap out of them. Marty

I wanted to discontinue and get my refund back because their software lost me money. They gave me a 90 day guarenteed time and in 60 days I was at a negative Return. I have talked to them and they said I would receive my money back but i would take some time. Now they will not return any phone calls or reply to any emails. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!!!
