when I actually receive a copy of the title which btw was only a transfer of equity I will submit a review. As it is the process is taking a long time just to add my spouses name to the deeds so I'm not so happy no.

Still not happy still waiting for copy of title. Not got my name on title as yet as I have contacted land registry they are waiting for paperwork! You took my hard earned money and its taking so long so very unhappy with the service and would NOT recommend.

I lost a certain amount of money irretrievably through Optimal Solicitors. Lack of proper concentration regarding my case ,how much it may cost,as lawyers see it .Every now and then, someone else would handle my case and lose the documents.
I lose time and money.

Very professional in every way and really chase the other parties so much that were holding the chain up. Always kept in contact with updated information

Our total sale and purchase only took 8 weeks from the initial viewing to completion so thanks to Wessley, Natalie, Nafeesa and Mandy for making this happen.
It was unfortunate however that finalising the completion process took much longer than hoped, which prevented us from picking up the keys until 3.30pm, which caused the removal team to be waiting for at least 3 hours before they could start to unload. Therefore the completion process in my opinion requires streamlining in order to expedite this process, particularly on a Friday.

Lawyer's are professional and always want to find any resolution to help

unfortunetly i am not happy about the servic i rcive this time .
Firstly the communication was very poor and difficult , when i was calling no on would pick up the phone .
No one would respond to mme emails as well even thou i did send a lot.
The was even one time a call booked for a specifick day and time and no on bothered to call on that day witch cosed me thouther to lous time as need a translator .
The second this is the amound of money for me compensation was pitfoul not speakeg abou tthe amound you tok form it .
Unfortunetly i will never recomend your company to anyon as the comunication is poor , the time it toooks to sort it out and then the compensation .

Vicky Sumner at optimal was amazing. She was my case handler and managed to get me exchanged within 28 days!!! From the off, with our first introduction, she was clear and approachable. Things got done, reassured me, had a positive mind frame and had great knowledge on the whole process. My property had a very tight exchange deadline within 28 days and we beat that with days to spare. Trust Vicky!
