When i signed up, very difficult to cancel with in the 14 day cooling off period
When i signed up, then after 4 days I tried to close my account with NAL by emailing them numerous times, due to the high 35% success fee rate. They have not replied to my emails so I can close my account with them even though I am within the 14 day cooling off period. Not happy at all
Signed up with National Accident Law on the 8th Sep 2026. Tried to cancel my claim with them on the 12th September 2026 by ringing them and the automatic machine cuts my off every single time and says I must cancel it through the My Account portal. So I cannot get through to a human staff member at all.
So I go to the My Account portal and send them a message for them to cancel/ close my claim which i opened with them only 4 days ago, so I am within my legal 14 days cooling off period to cancel, but they never acknowledged my emails. I send them three requests on 3 subsequent days for them to close my account, but again, no acknowledgement. I am tired now of this company ignoring my requests to close my case wity then. Never use National Accident Law for your personal injury claim because the after service is very poor and they will never let you use your legal right to close your claim with them within the 14 days closing off period for what ever reason you may have.

08/09/2026 12:35 I was called thinking it was my accident claim firm named CARPENTERS. I have spoken to both your female colleagues regarding this incident and cancelled the claim process with you after knowing it was not carpenters. I am still recovering for my injuries and do not need necessary stress. I have received an email that you have proceeded with my claim when I cancelled on the phone the day you contacted me. I have received an email where it states the claim has proceeded when I asked you cancel on the phone. Please do not make this a legal matter as I will take this further if it does. I am asking you to cancel this claim as CARPENTERS are dealing with this.
