Disappointed that the unavailability of the white frame was not mentioned at the point of purchase. Only after payment was I informed, and leaving me with no choice but to accept the black frame which does not go well with the print I have ordered at the same time.
Update (12 April)
The customer service department has since reached out to me and arranged for a refund for the frame. Their level of promptness to customer service is highly appreciated.

Much Needed App but can be made more user friendly.
Loading the album is easy, thank you.
Editing - adding and moving the photos it is not as easy.

We printed out our wedding photos into…
We printed out our wedding photos into 3x posters 50 x 70 cm. The quality of the photos were poor and not up to my expectations. The frames were flimsy as well and hard to install. We got it on a 50% sale so I guess I cant complain that much, but definitely not worth at full pricing.

Too faded 25220440
The printing i received on canvas is very faded. I was honestly very disappointed, i am honestly thinking to turn my digital print into a business but the printing is just too faded.

P.S I changed it to 4 stars from 1 because I believe customer care is extremely important and I appreciate them getting back to me so quickly and turning the experience around. Excellent customer service!

The two photobooks I ordered a month ago have not arrived yet. I thought it was printed in Singapore, but it has been stopped by mail from Frankfurt. I didn't make it in time for a farewell gift for my dear friends. It's a pity that I wasted my time and effort. where is the photobook? I track daily, but it doesn't update.

The photo book was meant to be an anniversary gift.
Expected delivery date was 24-26.01 according to optimal print.
According to DHL tracking on 26.01 it was only departing Frankfurt (to go to Singapore).
My anniversary surprised is ruined and I am very disappointed.
