Bought a bio ethanol fire for my freezing kitchen. Easy to order, great product, well packaged, great price, so very happy.
Tricky to drill the holes in the right place (should have made a template I guess) but got there in the end.

Ordered a cat house but the flap had a defect and after some swift communication with a employer called Rob (who was exceptional), the issue was resolved. I would recommend Opal Retail.

Great umbrella
The umbrella is great and doesn’t wobble around in the wind too much. The reason for not giving 5 stars is that there were no assembly instructions in the box which led to a lot of messing about.
