I recently bought two lamps from this…
I recently bought two lamps from this shop and one of them came faulty and broke in its first month. I have bought new bulbs for it but it does not fix the matter. So it is something to do with the electrical works within the lamp. I NEED MY MONEY BACK

Easy ordering process, delivery and quality of manufacture. Assembling the cabinet was made easy by some very good instructions, and everything in the package was complete: screws, dowels, etc. Very sturdy when constructed.

Love my new ratten furniture. Great quality with lovely thick cushions. Point to note that there was no choice on delivery date. They told me when it was coming no option to change. However delivery service was good and arrived when it said it would. Pre assembled so no messing about

Absolutely amazing customer service. A product I really wanted went out of stock everywhere, I asked if these could let me know when it’s back in stock and they personally messaged me to tell me and hoped that I got it and wanted to know if I was happy with the product etc, amazing service - especially Holly - thank you so much - hands down the best service I’ve ever had! Amazing customer care
I ordered a Homcom kids table and chairs from this company. Unfortunately one of the bolts, that fixes the chair seat to the back, was faulty. I contacted Opal retail, via email, regarding this matter. I received a very helpful reply from Holly, a member of after care support. She said she would replace the part if I sent details of the part number. The part was not in stock, so Holly informed me they would send a replacement set and I didnt need to return the original! Wow, faultless customer service from beginning to end. Very rare these days. Thank you Holly!
