They didn’t deliver on time even though I paid a lot for rush delivery. I had to end up canceling my order because they were a week pass my delivery date and so I wouldn’t have the shirts for the event. They didn’t even send an email or call to let me know they wouldn’t be here on time. I had to call them because I didn’t receive them on the date they were due. I will never use them again. Oh and you can’t understand a thing the customer service folks say.

Ordered just 12 shirts - unfortunately only 7 came which does not do me any good. Company is very difficult to work with once a mistake has been made. I would not order from them ever again as they keep giving me the run around - offering me a coupon to reorder in the next year but not the shirts nor a refund since I can't use any of the shirts now. They won't call me back. I would not not only not recommend them, I would say run far from them!

I ordered the shirts on June 21st for an event, paid for the rush delivery so I would receive them on the June 29th in time for my event on July 4th. I checked the status today (6/29) and it still said "It's on the printing press."

I reached out to customer service who said "Upon review, I found that your order is still in Production and experiencing delays. I am very sorry for any inconvenience this has caused."

I will say the customer service rep Grace was helpful, but I am pretty upset with the production side of things. It put me in a spot to where it is too late to get shirts from anywhere else now, so now I have no event shirts.

They did refund my order 100%, but being left with no shirts for the event isn't really worth the refund, I'd rather have shirts.

I will not recommend or use them in the future.

They promised a delivery at my door step by the 9th of June the shirts were ordered for a funeral memorial celebration of life, had plenty of time to get the shirts here. I didn't receive a shipping conformation until on the 9th of June, tracking stated wouldn't be here until the 11th a day after the memorial celebration! and everyone would be returning home! This is real bad cant even come up with the words on how bad this is - waited on the phone for 47 minutes customer service all they said was file a claim after we receive the shirts - So disgusted with the service - I am a repeat customer but never again - will go somewhere else! - Forgot to mention they also tried to get an additional 300 + dollars from me for a single colored print - stating the resolution was low - garbage excuse - sent them high res ! beware of the up/charge scam !

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! They don’t honor their promises, they don’t hone their product, they don’t even come to the phone to talk to a disatisfied customer. They use tricks and lies to get out of the responsibility they have to the consumer. Completely unprofessional and just plain bad people.

Really love using this website to create t-shirts. I've made half a dozen shirts over a period of 5 years with this company and have been satisfied with each experience. I really love the product and the customer service. This is a highly recommended company.

I have used ooShirts for making our GeminiFest Tee's for 9 years now and they have always exceeded expectations. Their design app is helpful, the selections of shirts is great, the price is fair, and all but once they have delivered on time. The one time they didnt they made it right w/excellent customer service. Highly Recommended

I DO NOT recommend this company. I have no idea where all of these positive reviews are coming from, but I recommend checking other sites before you choose to buy from them. We placed a t-shirt order in March, and delivery was delayed twice. Surprisingly, they did eventually show up in May, but the print quality was absolutely terrible (and the design placement a bit off), and we had to request a refund and re-order the shirts through CustomInk (it's worth the extra $). I'm glad customer service was receptive and refunded us, but it was still a huge hassle to deal with the company and the the product is basically unusable.

The shirts were great! Quality of the shirt, the screen printing and the speedy delivery are exactly why we will order with them again.

The t-shirt I have ordered from this website is made of excellent quality fabric that is soft and comfortable. Design is also nicely printed and the turnaround time was super fast.

My experience was great, I love the colors and designs of my tshirts. They have some of the best prices. I received my order on time. This is my second time using this company and I would recommend it to anyone.

Very good company to deal with. Good quality and prices. Only suggestion would be to be able to talk to someone instead of emailing back and forth. The were very helpful with my lack of experience. Will be doing business with ooshirts again.

Using the ooShirts online app was fast and easy. The final product turned out great. The shirt was high quality and image turned out exactly the way I'd hoped it would. I will definitely use ooShirts for my next crazy gift idea! :-)

This was my third time using OOShirts. The first two met expectations on all marks - price, quality, delivery time... all of it. I've looked at other places online and local, and they were the only ones that could meet my printing criteria. This time, however, they cost me nearly $500. See, I knew I was against a tight deadline, but they "guaranteed" with rush production and delivery (that I paid extra for) to meet my deadline and the two previous orders actually arrived 4-7 days EARLY. The problems with this order started right away. First, their website was having issues and no one would allow me to place an order via phone or email, so this delayed things by 2 days, but they still swore they could get me my order by my deadline or before. Then, once the order was placed it was approved, then put on hold because they weren't sure about colors printing correctly. I approved it again. Then I received 2 emails with the exact same approval link. I approved for a third time, not thinking I needed to double approve (making it 4 times) so they pushed my expedited date back "one day" but because the one day landed on a Saturday, it went to Monday. They said it would "be on my doorstep" this day. BTW, this delivery date was the expected delivery date had I NOT gone through the expedited shipping. Friday comes and goes with no tracking info. All weekend, no tracking info and no one to contact over the weekend. So Monday morning I finally get a hold of someone and they tell me that no only has it not shipped and won't be on my doorstep that day, but that some of it wasn't even in production! I needed them Tuesday for a charity event. Prior to this there was absolutely NO communication that there were back order delays, or production delays, or shipping delays. Then I was told that they could refund me my express shipping, but that would cancel the order and they could re-process the order as a regular order, but that would put it back in the regular queue and I was looking at 2-3 weeks to finish the order and deliver. By this point it had already been a few days shy of 3 weeks. Or I could proceed as is, and "hopefully get them by the end of the week" then I could open a dispute with their claims department. I did finally receive them after another week and a half. Some of the shirts were a different brand (and cheaper quality) than what I ordered and they were supposed to contact me about swap outs, which they didn't. But by that point I didn't really care. I had already told my client that I would cover 100% of the cost of the shirts and any related shipping costs, plus still deliver the estimated donation amount from the sale of the shirts, all with the slim hope that they use me again next year. I have emailed OOShirts help to open a dispute to try to recoup at least some of my lost expenses, but we're going on a week now with no reply, so I'm not expecting any sort of resolve at this point and just taking my lumps. The only positive take away here is that the shirts looked fantastic and the charity still received their donation. This incident will be making me think long and hard about using them in the future.

I have ordered twice, from ooShirts. I finally got the hang of ordering, and knowing my way around. Quality of shirt is great, and the printing is great too.
