Terrible service. They have a number listed which says the time and days of operation but then it says they are not open at the moment. (WTH) so then I emailed them and suddenly they don't answer my email. How can you say you are open Mon-Fri 9a.m to 5 p.m and not respond to emails nor phone calls. Terrible service!

Have been a customer of ooShirts for some years now and I'm always impressed with the ease of ordering, shipping speed and quality customer service. Anytime there's been an issue with a design or order they contact me immediately to get it resolved quickly. Highly recommend them.

I had a problem with one of shirts in my order , it was torn , I spoke to a very nice customer service agent by email , sent some pictures of the damage and a new shirt was printed and sent right away .
You fixed my problem very fast & easy, because of that I will return for more orders . Also the prints are fantastic and look just like the proofs.

The artwork was exactly what I sent and wanted. T-shirt to choose from are name brands at an affordable price. The team works well with you to get what you want. I have been using this company for years and always satisfied and so are the others who get a shirt from me.

This company is great! The first time I ordered a shirt from them I was in high school, I’m about to leave college now and still coming here for all my custom clothing needs! After ordering quite a few times, I can say the website is easy to navigate, they have reasonable prices for individual t-shirts and sweatshirts (unlike most other online clothing printing companies), they have high quality clothes, the custom service associates are friendly and helpful, the company keeps you informed of any updates throughout your order, and in my experience the shirts always arrive a few days before the promised delivery date. I ordered my friend a custom tshirt for Christmas and waited until the last minute, they promised delivery by December 29th, and I got it by December 23rd!! I was so excited to be able to give her her gift on Christmas! For that same shirt, my order was briefly put on hold as the white print I order for a light blue tshirt would’ve made the text hard to read. They emailed me with a phone number, I called the customer service line, and in less than 2 minutes overall I changed the text color for no additional fee and had my order taken off hold and back in processing! And the tshirt still came way before the 29th! The entire process only took 5 days, including the day I placed my order. I never leave reviews but as a very impressed repeat customer I highly recommend ooshirts!

i ordered 2 shirts about a month or so ago and they haven arrived. I have tryied to contact them through ooshirts help but they are unresponsive. I recomend to NEVER order from hear. All i wanted was a delivery date. :( :( :( :(

If you want your order to be on time use someone else. Very bad customer service. Will tell you anything you need to hear to take your money off you and then be unable to fill the order.

When I ordered shirts for my small business, four of them had mistakes in the ink color. I communicated with Customer Service, who was great, and they re-made the four shirts with the correct ink color. The re-made shirts are perfect, and look great! I would highly recommend ooshirts for custom t-shirts any time! I will definitely use them again.

The print quality on the shirts I ordered, with the design that I provided, is amazing! Turnaround was quick too.

OoShirts worked really hard to make my daughter's sweatshirts look good. It was cool that they printed the logo on the arm. The shirts came on time, which was great and the sweatshirts are really soft. Everyone in the 8th grade loves them so we ordered more!

Been customer since 2012. In 2016 we start getting delays and website not working properly. Try to order again in 2020, no response. Charged my cc and did not answer emails or phone. Called in this year to ask what to do if cc charging not working. They said try again another day. Been trying for a week. Maybe people got addicted to drugs in that company or something no clue. This company is a joke!!!
Goodbye lazy company. Will never be back

They are also known as rideredwave, HORRIBLE to deal with . . just needed to exchange, didn't want a refund. They won't help at all, so now I have a t-shirt no one in my house can even wear. Terrible company

They do take a little while to ship the order and such, but the hoodie quality was worth it. :)

The order process is very easy. customer service was excellent. Shipped the order on time and print quality was great

Last 6 years we have being ordering t shirts from them for our annual large group trips

Design interface was great, so was customer service. Very accessible to actual people rather than machines

This company is trash. Placed a tester order of shirts before a large order and thank God I did. Our logo was not even the same color throughout the shirts and placement was terrible. Sent multiple pics with rulers on the shirts to show how off the placement was and all they do is ask you for several more pics before denying your claim. If you pursue they toss you around to different reps who just ask you for more of the same pics. I had to trash the entire order and chalk it up as a loss. Do yourself a favor and research the companies you use because you will get robbed and there's nothing you can do about it. Companies like this shouldn't be allowed to exist!
