The shirts I received were of great quality (thick material with a classic, 90s-style fit), and the screen printing job was excellently done (I designed a vintage worn-down graphic and it was done perfectly). The shirt I chose did run a bit small.

Also, I received the order an entire week BEFORE I was expecting them, which was an excellent surprise!

These reviews have to be bots! I ordered shirts 9/29/22, guaranteed by 10/18. Never received an order confirmation. Called to get one and they sent me one. A few days after the 18th, I checked the order status and it said “order cancelled”. I called THEM and they said “yeah the order is cancelled because of production”, no other apology or explanation. No call, email, nothing. Never buy from this website!!

Lost order shirts never arrived on time, executive director had a stroke, still don’t know where t shirts are, no refund.

The image on the shirt was higher definition than the image I sent them! Would recommend!

Garbage: The company still appears to be scamming customers. They dont control the delivery so you may be strung along and screwed like me. Read all the negative reviews - those are the real customer experiences.

Very disappointed in this company and their customer service. First of all, when I called to ask a question, I could hardly understand the person on the phone. He was friendly but very hard to understand.

My main issues are with the experience as a whole. I uploaded my designs in their uploaded. I asked customer support how I could review the second shirt type and how it would look, and they said just change the shirt type in the uploaded and I could preview it there. This is what I did.

I was also told I should order two screens so it would print correctly. This was $50, which was a lot! I did this though we because we had youth and adult shirts.

The shirts arrived and they did not look like the preview at all. The design was much smaller than what I uploaded. I contacted the company right away, but they were not helpful. They basically said they did everything right and because I didn’t put notes about the dimensions, they just adjusted it with their “recommendations.” If I upload the design a certain way, you don’t change it. I found their customer support to be unhelpful and inconsiderate.

If you use ooshirts, be aware that they are going to probably change the design from what you upload. The shirt quality and print quality was good, and the shirts are inexpensive - but trust me, you get what you pay for with ooshirts. They could care less about making things right or making sure the shirts are printed correctly.

Ordering was one of my worst experiences ever. As a novas at ordering custom t-shirts, I was not told what kind of artwork files were needed until weeks of trying to have them use the wrong kind of file. During the whole process, I could not understand the sales representative's dialect and his talking too fast. My numerous requests to work with someone went ignored. Then suddenly my order was changed in a way I would never have chosen, and again I became a victim of the crazy and confusing ordering process along with a flood of emails from different persons at ooshirts.
Only the compensation offered for wrong print colors was credit on future order. Really ...... Why would I do that.

Ordered a bulk of 35-40 shirts. All shirts came with the wrong print color as well as the wrong style shirt requested. Customer service response was "here is 15% off your next order with us" no resolution to their problems.

Paid for rush for a $1000 order. Here I am on guaranteed delivery day being told order is still in production. What the hell am I supposed to tell the members of my club at our convention which starts in two days??? This company is not trustworthy. STAY AWAY!!
