By far the cheapest in the market! Customer service was very helpful with my request. I noticed on the site that they usually deliver to the site with a 28-ton lorry. I made them aware that this would... Se mere

Hi David, You called to amend an order and as we don't take payments over the phone, we asked for you to email us with the changes and we would either refund the difference or send a payment link for the difference. Instead, you emailed us to cancel part of your order and then placed another order later though the website. This caused some issues as the new order you wanted delivered was subject to delivery charges. You then wanted the new and existing order delivered at the same time so we had to add 2 orders together and create 2 separate credit notes. If customers need to make changes to their orders, all we ask is that they email us with any changes and if we can do it, we will.
