Like the person before, I was SCAMMED by this dodgy company. I ordered a Samsung S3 watch from them on 8th Jan. No where did it say that the watch would be coming from Hong Kong. I even paid for express delivery (3 to 5 days). On the 12th Jan, I contacted them again and was told that the 3 to 5 days is when it leaves Hong Kong!!!
I decided to cancel and pay a little extra and buy locally. I was told I would get a refund within 10 working days. So I waited until the 29th Jan and nothing. I contacted them again only to be told they have a problem with their systems and don't know when they will be able to issue a refund!! Seriously how crappy a company is this.
Finally, contacted them again today 7th Feb, again was told they don't have a date that they can issue the refund and basically that's it nothing more they can do. If I do not get my refund by Friday I plan to take matters further. DO NOT USE THIS SCAMMING COMPANY.

Update: I received a request from ONEDigitals to provide an order number, as already mentioned in my review, I do not see the point in this, you have no interest in returning the money you stole from me, this issue is closed, there is nothing more you can do for me, I will also add that I have reported this company to the Police Action Fraud team and Trading Standards and would encourage others to do the same.
It is amazing how quickly they respond to a bad review!!

If I could give less than 1 star I would, this company is nothing but a front for a money stealing scam in my opinion, I stupidly ordered a Samsung Galaxy S8 from them on 8th December without looking at reviews, paid for express delivery but a week later had heard nothing apart from the automated emails, I contacted them via live chat and the lady "Geraldine" (sure that wasn't her real name) advised me that the phone normally leaves the warehouse in 3-5 business days, I asked if there were any in stock in their warehouse to which she advised me they were not and were not likely to get them for another couple of weeks, I requested a refund, my order was cancelled and "Geraldine" advised I could expect the refund to be processed within 10 business days, fast forward a month later, still no refund, contacted them again and the guy I spoke to this time on live chat "Jeronimo" advised that there had been a delay in processing my refund but that it should be processed in 24-48 hours, nope nothing, almost 3 weeks later I receive an email saying they have processed my refund, still nothing but too late now I am afraid, Since my second contact via live chat I logged a dispute with my very helpful credit card company who have refunded me the money under Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974, I am glad I used my credit card for this transaction otherwise I would have been extremely annoyed by the daylight robbery of ONEdigitals.

So to summarise, this is a SCAM, my view is that they don't have a warehouse full of electronic goods, they just steal your money, if anyone from ONEdigitals is reading this, don't bother replying, I have no interest in what excuses you have for me and have no interest in giving you the details of my order for you to check, this issue is now closed thanks to my credit card company.

Hätte ich doch diese Bewertungsseite eher gesehen! Ich habe Mitte Dezember ein Smartphone für 388€ bestellt und bezahlt. Bisher habe ich keine Ware gesehen und auf E-Mails an die angegebene E-Mail-Adresse oder Nachrichten über die Internetseite wird gar nicht erst reagiert. Ich bin echt sauer. Ein teurer "Spaß". Dieser Laden hat überhaupt keinen Stern verdient.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS, IF YOU PURCHASE FROM HERE YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE ANY GOODS.

It appears that one digital have responded they are liars i waited 2 weeks with no delivery no communications and no refund. They are now telling me 45 days to refund me which is crazy.

This is the worst company i have ever used.

Not only did this company not deliver the product but when I asked them for a refund they said it would take 40 days !!!!! I phoned my credit card company and they did a charge back, got my money back within 3 days of reporting them. That tells you everything.

Again avoid at all costs, this has got to be the worst online seller I have ever encountered, they are are liars and thieves....

Underhand company. Suspect it's a scam.

Ordered a cameracard. It was 'out of stock'. I told them to refund the money to my card.

They said they would but it would take 10 working days. That's not acceptable - companies are able to refund it as quick as they take it - but I went along with it.

Sure enough the refund never turned up so I'm now having to get my credit card company to recover the money

An absolutely terrible company to deal with! Wish I’d looked up reviews before losing €160 that I’m afraid I’ll never see again! I ordered a Fitbit for my boyfriend for Christmas in December and had to send 5 emails before o got a response. Then when I emailed twice to cancel my order in January as they still couldn’t tell me how much longer it would take I have yet to get an email about a refund! Disgraceful service terrible customer service AVOID!

this company is now trying to make me sign a waiver giving up legal rights before they will transfer back my money, or go through my bank to get a chargeback refund! I have no idea how this company is still operating when it is so clearly a scam. Hoping my bank can finally get me a refund 3 months later!

Vorsicht !!!

Am 26.12.2017 habe ich die Ware bestellt. Bezahlt leider per Vorkasse. Bis heute habe ich nichts bekommen. Auf E-Mails bekomme ich auch keine Antwort.

Ich habe Anfang Dezember eine Kamera bestellt, Vorkasse natürlich 359 €! Sollte ein Weihnachtsgeschenk für meinen Sohn werden. Kurz vor den Feiertagen sagte man mir, ich müsse mich noch etwas gedulden ehe die Kamera versendet werden kann. Unterm Weihnachtsbaum lag jedenfalls keine Kamera und ich habe diese auch bis heute nicht erhalten. Ich warte jetzt seit Wochen darauf, dass ich wenigstens mein Geld zurück erhalte. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered a camera for work on 5th January and received an email asking me to confirm my address, which I did so on the 8th. I was told that my order was now being processed and that the delivery time was 6-8 days.

It's now the 6th of February and I've heard absolutely nothing. Tried emailing them but no response. Tried calling their contact number and it isn't recognised.

As they seem to be more responsive on here I will try again. Please give me an update on my order or offer a full refund otherwise I will also be reporting you to the police.

This company is a disgrace. I am so disappointed that I also have been scammed by ONEdigitals. I have never been scammed before. This company owes me me 415.95 euro from an order that was cancelled on 5th Jan 2018. They will not answer the phone and will not return my numerous emails. I will not give up. I am currently seeking legal advise.
ONEdigitals if you are reading this please contact me ASAP.

they do not send goods and do not refund.
and after my previous message, they also answered (form UK? i did the order in DE) that they have problem with new staff.
I m waiting from 3 months and a refund operation takes only few minutes ...
I don t give up; they have to give me back my money.
I m already inquiring how to advice police in DE, in China and why not i could also do in UK.

Hatte zwar Ware erhalten (Motorola Smartwatch),nach 3 Monaten ist die Uhr defekt,versuche nun schon seit 4 Wochen eine Abwicklung der Garantieleistung zu erwirken,bisher ohne Erfolg.Bekomme immer Mails von einer Kristina L,die schon wochenlang den Vorgang überprüft.Werde morgen die Rechtsschutz beaufragen sich um die Firma zu kümmern.Sehr ärgerlich,kann nur raten keine Bestellungen zu tätigen.

I had the same problem as everybody did.
I waited the max time for the mobile phone to be delived,i paid with my debit card,so i contacted the bank and they sended me a link to open a dispute online.
My bank told me about the charge back.
After 5 days of opening dispute on nat west the money was refunded, then 3 days after that ive recived a email ftom onedigitals saying the order was canceled and the money was refunded....now i dont know if was oneditals that canceled my order or was the my bank that forced the refund....but i have my money back!!
Now im trying to buy other phone and realized ebay, google and amazon got the sellers from china that says it from uk when its not!!
This phones are made for the asian market and they made cheaper, if they brake they can only be fixed in asia deport...also lots of people saying the phones after 3/6 mouths just stop working, freeze ect....
So my advise is pay more and buy from a uk shop with 100% 1 year garanty in this country and very little changes to stop working!! We all leaned a lesson now!! X

Absolutely disgusting company!do not used EVER!took my money, no product, I rang and was on hold for an hour to then be cut off, I've emailed numerous times now, I've sent contact requests and even been on live chat...to Hong Kong in a queue for over an hour, this seems to be the only way to contact and even then they must have a script of answers!promised my refund in 10 working days, nothing....eventually got hold of Hong Kong again and told 25 working days due to a system change, that has been and gone and....now no time scale can be given!absolute thieves!definitley learnt to research companies before I buy, it's a sad state of affairs when thieving sods like this ruin it for other businesses!DON'T NOT USE!!

I wish I had checked Trust Pilot before using One Digital, placed an order with them, goods not received, cant contact them to make a refund claim, absolute disgrace of a company. I can echo everyones anger below.....

I am so angry at myself for being scammed, along with everyone else on here, :( In all my years of purchasing online, this is the first time it's happened to me.

I ordered a Samsung phone - it didn't arrive in the proposed timeline. You can't call them, goes to answer phone only, they don't reply to emails. Only way you can get in touch with them is by Livechat. After 90 mins of waiting I finally got through to someone. They were unable to tell me where my phone was so I asked for a refund which they promised within 10 working days.

It's beyond this now - I contacted via Livechat again and as others have said they are blaming it on a change to their finance system.

I now have no confidence that I'll get my money back :(

I like many others on here have placed an order with OneDigitals they have taken the money straight away and I am still awaiting a reply to my emails, and to actually get through to them. I have no hope I would think of seeing my money. The item I purchased was for my son's birthday this week, so I have had to buy him one from another site. I thought the secure padlock in the browser was an indicator that the site was legitimate and offered some security how wrong I was! Please tell other people of your experience so that they are aware of how fraudulent this company is. They are THIEVES!!!

I have contacted Watchdogs and Rip Off Britain, hopefully they will do a feature on one of their shows about this company.

Leider habe ich auch keinen guten Erfahrungen mit diesem Unternehmen. Nach Bestellung einer lautsprecherbox über 150 euro wurde wir erst nicht informiert das die Ware nicht mehr lieferbar ist. Nach stornierung des Auftrags erfolgten auch irgenwelche Entschuldigungs-Emails aber kein Geld!!!!
Das ist das letzte!!! Hier würde ich nie wieder bestellen, lieber Zahle ich etwas mehr erhalte aber die bestellte Ware!!!
Dieses Unternehmen gehört geschlossen...

As with other reviews, they are obviously scammers. Only wish I had checked with trustpilot before ordering. Immediately took payment for samsung Gear fit pro. then item wasn't in stock. cancelled order on the 8th December, still waiting for refund on 4th Feb, obviously not going to arrive. have reported them to Visa and Trading standards.
