Eli Andujar and everyone that has ever handled my accounts, calls and worries have been absolutely incredible! I LOVE LOVE LOVE my Credit Union and am so grateful that day I took a chance and they decided to take a chance on me! I have had the best experience, the easiest experience with Eli most recently. He helped with my concerns and to not wait one more minute let's get you help now and I couldnt be more grateful for the ease of this whole process. We regularly visit the Scottsdale branch, where our personal banker, Briana Hughes, consistently provides exceptional service.

She has streamlined the opening of all our accounts, making the process both straightforward and efficient. Whether it’s a car loan, a signature loan, or a credit card, Briana is always available to assist us.

Additionally, she is proactive in introducing us to new products and services, such as high-yield savings accounts, which are not typically offered by larger banks.

This type of service is not something you will find in a traditional "bank".

Karen was super helpful! I received a scam text claiming to be OneAZ, she cleared everything up immediately and answered all my questions!

Marquelle was a delight to work with. He was professional and kept me informed at every turn. I made the right choice to work with him and OneAz Credit Union to refinance my auto loan.

I had a great experience with my recent car loan at one AZ credit union in Tucson at the NW branch. After checking for the lowest interest rate on new vehicles in Tucson, again, OneAZ came in with the lowest interest rates. I contacted them by phone and worked through an employee named Charlene Jurado. She made the loan process very easy by answering all my questions and providing clear directions as to what I needed to do to get the loan. She worked with AutoNation Toyota in Phoenix and I was assured of a good rate.
I decided to refinance another loan on a truck I had bought in August. Rates have dropped significantly in the last few months and by opening a checking and small savings account with OneAZ I was able to save almost four percentage points on my 2016 truck!
I’ve worked with Bank of America for the last 25 years since that’s where I had my mortgage, but I am anxious to use better services at a local credit union. Also, the NW branch has excellent help if you’re not understanding anything in your banking.

Wendy at the Tempe OneAZ location was friendly & very helpful in getting my accounts setup. She is clearly well-knowledgeable about banking, and was professional in explaining everything & answering all of my questions. It was quite a pleasant experience, and I know my bread's safe rn.

A shout-out to Michelle Watson my Virtual Services Representative II. Michelle was a huge help in helping me navigate our on-line account to verify deposits to our external account and to setup auto pay on our loan as well as giving us additional information on your business club savings account, something we do not have at this time.
