I worked with Marilyn Ramos for my loan. There was a wrinkle to my situation and I was busy. Marilyn was easy to get a hold of or a response from. She got an approval for my specific situation. My co-signer also had an easy time dealing with Marilyn as well! I loved how fast the process was. The only delay were the ones on my end. I would do another loan here if I need to finance ever again.

Marcia Garcia made our auto loan process quick and effortless on our end with her excellent customer service. She is extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. Marcia showed so much compassion and support from start to finish. I’m not sure if this auto loan would have been possible without her by my side every step of the way. Whether it was through email or phone call she was always quick to respond with answers. I would highly recommend Marcia for any of your auto loan needs!

Paul Majia (Loan Officer) was very patient and helpful. He walked me thru the process, and he was very polite. He recommended other services, which I accepted. Paul was courteous and professional, which is one of the main reasons I'm proud to be a member of OneAZ Credit Union.

Karen was my representative online. She was pleasant and thorough. Answered my request quickly. Definitely a plus having on the team.

The staff at my local branch in Cottonwood, AZ is one of the reasons I'm a customer. I was recently in the bank and decided to ask Senior Teller, Candi Yatsinko, some questions about a home equity loan. Not only did Candi answer all of my questions about applying for a HELOC, (home equity line of credit) she also set up my appointment with a loan officer and emailed information to me with a list of important documents to bring along. Two days later, I met with Personal Banker, Suzanne Kinslow. Our meeting was excellent. Suzanne was so patient with me, carefully going over my options and effectively explaining concepts that are not my strong suit: percentages/interest rates/MATH. Securing a loan is stressful and having these two professional and extremely knowledgeable women in my corner lifted my sense of security in taking such a huge step. I can't thank them both enough. They are remarkable.
As an aside; OneAZ is um, cute, to give "Magical Moments" trophies and such to recognize exceptional work from its employees. Receiving "awards" in childhood is certainly fun, however, both are grown women who deserve financial bonuses as a thank you versus an acrylic statue or framed certificate. Seeing these tokens in their workspaces actually made me feel bad. They are long time, loyal employees. They deserve better. The credit union can certainly afford it. Please consider this the next time someone in charge floats a *new* idea about how to recognize exceptional employees...trophies are OUT—cash bonuses are IN.

Claudia Baraza was the kindest and most helpful person I have ever had the luck to speak with. It was a simple request that I could not complete without her help. I only hope that I am lucky enough to helped by her in the future. I am waaay over retirement age, and Claudia solved my issue after verifying who I was. She made me feel completely comfortable asking for help. Thanks ONEAZ for having her on board!

Marquelle Spellman, the virtual banker who helped us, explained everything so clearly, and answered all of our questions. He even recommended an account for us that would earn us dividends. We enjoy banking with OneAZ Credit Union, because we know that our money serves the community that we live in, and we feel in control with their on-line banking.

Seidy was more than helpful- took care of new auto loan, new account, transfer, etc. All I needed to do was sign docs. Fantastic customer support.

Joanne Stambaugh helped me with my recent fraud experience. She was knowledgeable about the process, patient, kind, empathetic and made this really bad experience not quite so bad! She deserves a promotion and a raise!

Zach was very responsive and communicated well throughout the process. I have bought a lot of vehicles and this was one of the smoothest processes I have been through.

Have had a seamless experience working with the lending team, specifically Ricardo Sedano and Isaac Sanchez. The whole process was very easy and they helped get everything in order so all we really had to do was show up and sign the paperwork. Definitely recommend using OneAZ for any needs in the Valley.

I opened a line of credit and Scott Schellenberg assisted me in getting that completed. He was very polite and processed my loan very quickly and smoothly! Excellent service!

Went into the Monroe branch and Liliana Larvizu assisted me. I was trying to open several accounts. Despite my providing all documents including my passport, ssc, utility bill, driver's license and offering to furnish my taxes, she declined my application. She claimed that I have a 0 credit score on Experian when it's factually 774, & I logged into Experian to provide confirmation.
. She claimed I couldn't be verified yet had requested multiple personal identifiers from my system populated profile that I confirmed
The entire experience, including being left multiple times in her office while she tended to personal tasks, was disturbing and unprofessional. She made it apparent when I arrived that she had no intentions on allowing me to open an account. I was treated unfairly and will be pursuing the matter.

I worked Wesley Koontz on my auto loan and he made it seem effortless. Got my approval and had loan completed within 24 hours from start to finish. He gave me great insight and worked the details with me til i was satisfied.

Marquelle Spellman helped me make my refinance process with OneAZ credit union much easier. Very communicative and helpful! Answered all my concerns and really appreciate someone like him.
