I recently worked with Marilyn R on a loan. She was very responsive and knowledgeable. The process was very quick and easy. Happy to be a member of this CU.

I started a ONE AZ CU account a few years ago and I will say the reason I am such a loyal member and reccomend this CU to others is because of Wendy Helmes. She has helped me with so many financial decisions and she has never been wrong. Always quick to meet with me with a hug and a smile. Always professional, supportive, wealth of knowledge, and is an absolutely amazing human. People don't trust banks but we do trust people! Wendy is my trust within my financial institution and am so happy that I have chosen to work with ONE AZ! Thank you for being more than a bank and giving us a place for people to work with people.

Had some issues with getting an account set up and going as we were told. After almost a year with no results I contacted the office and talked to Christina Beltran. In approximately 30 minutes all the issues were resolved. What a remarkable person to have help. Without a doubt, the best customer service I have had in a long time. I had a question regarding a payment that was sent through bill pay. I spoke with Patricia Reyes, who went above and beyond to check to see if the payment had gone through. At first it didn’t show anything, but she kept trying. Through her efforts, she found the payment, and a sigh of relief from me. Patricia was courteous, and very resourceful and determined to help me out, and for that I am grateful! Thank you Patricia!

I called the Member Care Center regarding an interest charge I noticed on my statement. I spoke with Marisa Felix and explained my issue. After checking with a supervisor, Marisa was able to resolve my issue. I appreciate the very professional and efficient way in which Marisa was able to assist me.

I had a wonderful experience with Laura, the branch manager in Gilbert. Great customer service, great attitude. At my first visit with her she explained all my options very patiently and in detail and a few weeks later when I called and needed her to send me a letter of verification, she sent it promptly on a Friday afternoon at 5:15 p.m.
Now I ask you? Is there anywhere else you would be able to have 1. Personal # of the branch manager? 2. Have them call you back within minutes? 3. Respond to your needs promptly..I THINK NOT.! On top of that, Laura is just so pleasantly nice.

I had a debit card issue and started an online chat with Karen Sperduti. She was super helpful, friendly, and fast. She got my issue taken care of right away. We have banked with OneAZCU for around ten years and have always been very happy with them.
