I was so grateful to talk to a real person rather than a machine. I have dealt with some companies in which you literally can't get to a real person to discuss your business need or specific situation.

Dan from my local OneAZ branch was extremely helpful. I actually wasn’t expecting him to be able to help me in my situation, and I regret to say I responded poorly whilst he held his composure and responded as though I hadn’t.
This was the utmost best way to approach customer service. I was sincerely sorry, but I have to say I was very impressed at the professionalism displayed.

Matthew was great, give him a raise. I had several questions wire transfer, external transfer, and account inquiries. He provided excellent customer service.

P.s. I never got a call back from being in the queue. I waited 26 then went in queue left my number. I used a different phone waited over 34 minutes finally got a member. It's 5 pm and still haven't received call back.

I have used OneAZ Credit Union for a few loans over the years. They have been super easy to work with and customer service is top notch. I just got done with an auto loan that Wes Koontz helped with. It was very easy, professional, and great rate. Wes was awesome to work with. They will always be my go to for financing.

I spoke to a very delightful lady named Michele Watson from One Az in customer care. She was very helpful and directed me in the right direction. She even made an appointment with a banker Cathy at my local branch to transfer my savings to a propel account.

Applied for a loan. Zack Rafidi was the virtual banker, he called me after a minute after applying, verified all the information, ask for some documents and after 20 minutes i got approved. Best service i have ever experienced. Quick, easy, friendly. Thank You Zach, Thank You OneAZ Credit union. After this experience i will transfer all my money to their credit union. Thank You
