I have always had a great experience at this bank. I have been banking with them for a few years now. I just opened another account yesterday, and the experience was just as good as the first time. Easy, professional, and quick! Yesterday I worked with Madison M., and she was phenomenal.

I went in to get some help with cards that were not working, and Matt and Zoe were kind enough to give me a hand! They did it with a friendly smile on their face and were not bothered at all that some of the issue was "operator error!" I recently completed a HELOAN with OneAZ Credit Union, and I couldn’t be more delighted with the entire experience. From start to finish, the process was smooth, transparent, and impressively efficient. Their rates were by far the most competitive I found—where else can you secure a HELOC around 6.5% with barely $200 in total fees? Plus, being a member with direct deposit opens the door to even more discounts, which was a great bonus.
I began my application in the third week of November with Vaughn Sells, who set the tone for the whole experience. He walked me through every step, provided a clear checklist of required documents, and made sure I always knew what to expect next. Claudia Flores, the loan processor, continued that same level of excellence. She was consistently prompt, kept me updated without me ever needing to ask, and made the underwriting phase feel effortless.
By the time I reached the signing appointment, my expectations were already high—but Madison Mayorga still managed to exceed them. I arrived 15 minutes early and was helped almost immediately. The entire signing took less than 15 minutes, and she even set up autopay for me on the spot and sent all documents electronically before I left.
It’s rare these days to find a financial institution that combines great rates with genuinely outstanding service at every touchpoint. OneAZ delivered exactly that. I’m extremely satisfied and would recommend them without hesitation. I know which bank I will go to for any of my future banking need.

What a wonderful and amazing experience due to Jennifer Martinez! I closed an auto financing *within 24 hours* as a result of her focus and attention. I reached out to her at 3pm and closed at 1:30pm the following day. Jennifer's awesome service is what attracted me as a new customer to OneAZ, and I am already working on a refinancing due to her awesome effort!

I had a great interaction with Karen S. (virtual services representative) today. I had lots of questions, and she remained very patient, answering every single one of them. I am certainly appreciative of people that can tolerate my ignorance in banking.
