Excellent Service
I applied for a personal loan this past Saturday and by Monday, the loan was approved and funded. The process was quick and painless and by loan officer Charlene Jurado was very responsive and professional. Overall great service!!

Worked with Marcia Garcia on the refinance of my car loan. Excellent service. No surprises. Super fast. All documents were signed online. I had to go in to sign the power of attorney, but that took only 5 minutes. And it was a great rate.

Called OneAZ Credit Union to inquire about a service fee
Called OneAZ Credit Union to inquire about a $12 maintenance service fee on my checking account. Carla B. was very helpful and explained the reason for the fee. She also offered to waive the fee if I preferred to change the checking account to free-checking which does not earn interest. She also offered a high-yielded savings account as another option to earn interest. I appreciated the options. Great customer service experience!

Opened a OneAZ Credit Union account…
Opened a OneAZ Credit Union account today, 30th September 2025, but had issues with docusign on my iPhone.
WESLEY KOONTZ , a virtual banker at OneAZ was very helpful in getting this matter resolved and my account up and running.
A great customer service experience within 30 minutes of opening my account.
