We just did a new all along with Paul. This will be about the fifth loan with him. We also just did a refi with him at the same time always friendly and very prompt to get everything handled quickly.

My husband and I worked with Seidy Gardea Trejo. She is great at what she does. She is always available and pleasant to speak with. She answered all our questions and made the refinance process smooth and quick. Thank you Seidy!

I phoned to ask that OneAZ provide personal ATM/Debit cards which meet the ADA type standards of 'color contrast'.
My present ATM card is Silver Font (raised) on a Silver background.
Several OneAZ tellers have complained to me the Silver-on-Silver makes their task harder.
Karen S. was very courteous; she checked with supervisors; then politely explained "Silver-on-Silver is the only option".
OneAZ intransigence on this vital aspect of certain member's needs, literally sets a 'poor image'!
