I've been with OneAZ since I was 18 yrs old. I am now 38, married and still a member. My husband is a member now also. I have had several loans with OneAZ, they are great and most recently, closed a loan with Seidy Gardea Trejo, and she was lovely. She was timely, answered our questions, and was very personable. I highly recommend OneAz. and Seidy!

Help with a credit "thaw"
GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Recently I applied for a 1AZCU credit card and needed to schedule an Experian credit "thaw." Experian indicated that I had done so successfully but Eli, at 1AZCU, said the thaw was not in place. After a couple of phone calls with Eli (because talking to a real person at Experian is impossible) we figured out a way to thaw my credit so that he could verify my record and issue the card. Thank you 1AZCU and especially than you, Eli!!

Felt like home-Personable and knowledgable about the products they offer. Unlike the other bank we went to Madison offered the personable touch! No pressure no heavy sales pitch. She made the process smooth and was excellent with communication. Employees like her are not easy to come by!

Money Market retirement savings account.
I been with OneAZ Credit Union in Prescott Valley AZ for over thirty years. I have recently retired and was in the bank making a withdraw from my retirement savings. Mary Jo brought it to my attention that if I put my savings in a money market account that I would be making over $200.00 a month extra, and that a lot when you're on a fixed income. Mary Jo referred me to Matt Brooks their banking representative and we set up two different money market savings accounts. Thank you, Mary Jo, and Matt, I appreciate you.

One Az Gilbert Location
Went into the Gilbert location on Guadalupe, I had the opportunity to have Travis Duran as a teller, he was so knowledgeable , his expertise was greatly appreciated he took the time to explain the details on the different types of bank accounts.
