The scrubs i ordered don't fit as advertised. I requested a refund and was sent a link to a returns portal. This doesn't work. I have contacted customer services to report this and request a return and refund, but have been repeatedly sent the link to the portal that doesn't work. I don't know how to get a return!

Want to return but not getting back to me promptly

Super comfortable and really durable material! Wraps around your body nicely and loads of room to carry stuff around, 100% recommend

Hit and miss. The quality is not as good as the well known USA brand albeit OC is a more reasonable pice point. I have found the colour fades with washing, more ironing is required and also inconsistency with materials used. The second pair of scrub bottoms I ordered had a completely different colour waistband with a cheaper, flimsier fabric. I wish I could post a photo to represent the difference. The Mandarin top has no shape to it so fitted across the shoulders but couldn't get it over my hips! Made in the shape of a man with no hips!!

The scrubs are of a really good quality and are the perfect fit as well! Especially the Mandarin Collar ones which I believe Oncall is unique for! Love it and will be buying more!

Really good quality scrubs! I love my new high collar (Mandarin) top, it looks very professional. My initial order was large for me but their exchange process was smooth and the customer service was quick to help me. I will definitely be a regular!

To be honest, ONCALL has one of the best quality Scrubs with sweet colour options.
I bought a set for the first time and since then I have been buying more for myself and recommending to my friends too and the love it too.
The Mandarin Top is well designed and gives your stylish looks.

The Customer service (Lisha) always looks for ways to help to sort any issues promptly with responses.

I really wanted to give this company more but my experience with them unfortunately has not been good.
I ordered scrubs for all the GPs working in our surgery which came to a sizeable order. The order was made in December and despatched as per their website delivery times.
They used Evri and I kept getting emails telling me they couldn’t find the address. I followed their instructions to advise them of our location (a medical centre) but I got an auto response from a bot. I then contacted the sender and asked them to contact them. I checked we had given the correct delivery details but the label which was generated had the first line of the address as my name instead of the street number.
On call London finally responded after a few days at which point the parcel had been sent back to them. They were unhelpful and said they would send it back out once they received it.
After a lot of reminders and asking for updates we finally received our order in April.
It’s a shame because I wanted to support a small business but it’s just been a horrific experience.

Excellent company. Order arrived promptly and speaking to customer services team was quick and easy with a reply back within 24 hours. Scrubs are high quality and fit nicely. Well spent purchase. Will use again in future!

Customer service is appalling!
I ordered a pair of scrubs to find it was small although I have never had this problem with any order pair of scrubs.
I email customer service to find the exchange/refund link doesn’t work. They reply only once a day late evening and seems like it is computer generated.
I finally sort it by speaking to the CEO: Dr Popat and now I have not got my replace item. They are now refusing a refund!
Avoid them!

I purchased a scrub online, but it didn’t fit, so I decided to return it. Unfortunately, the website kept crashing, preventing me from printing the return label, and there’s no option to reprint it from my account. To make matters worse, their customer service is extremely disappointing—they don’t respond to emails or queries. If I could give them less than one star, I would.

I washed it according to specified instructions but it's colours are not fast and destroyed my other clothes. Disappointed that the product such as scrubs would have this problem

Size way too small and no response from customer services at all

I had a slight hiccup with my order due to a website error - it showed the item being in stock when it actually wasn’t. I contacted the customer service team and they advised me on this, I decided to wait to see if the item would come back in stock but after around 2 weeks I hadn’t heard anything and it showed as out of stock on the website. I reached out again and asked if I could change my order to be trousers instead of joggers which they were happy to do, and promptly shipped them out and delivered within two days of the email!

I completely understand website errors happen so I do not hold this against them at all - especially as their customer service was absolutely amazing.

I have now received my scrub trousers and they are such amazing quality and so comfy, I am so happy with my purchase and overall experience with oncall London so I will definitely return if I need anymore trousers!! :)
