The scrubs are really strucutured and fit well, pretty colours too.

Absolutely obsessed with my new On Call London scrubs 😍

I’ve tried so many different scrub brands over the years and honestly nothing compares to these. The fit is unreal so flattering, fitted in all the right places and still ridiculously comfortable. They give such a clean, professional look without feeling boring or boxy like most scrubs do.

The quality is genuinely amazing too. The material feels so premium, soft and stretchy but still thick enough to hold its shape perfectly. You can tell they’ve actually been designed properly and not just thrown together like a lot of brands out there. Even the little details and stitching make them feel really high end.

It's been 1 week since the expected date of delivery and I haven't received the product yet and no proper updates.

They don't reply on your emails if you want exchange or return.

Love the quality, better than I expected. The trousers fit perfectly but the scrub top was a bit tight however I spoke to Olivia through the customer service and she was quick at helping me with the exchange to a larger size. I got the new top quickly and it fits really well.

The fabric is really comfortable and high-quality. I love the colours too and the scrubs fit very well. I will purchase again for sure. :)

Fit is ok I’d go a size bigger as the joggers are sized smaller than expected.

I recently ordered scrubs for both myself and another team member. As a female wearer, I found the fit of my scrubs to be perfect, very comfortable and exactly as expected, with no complaints at all.

However, the experience with the men’s sizing has been quite disappointing. We initially ordered a size Small for a male staff member, but it was far too small, so we requested an exchange. Since I was very happy with my own scrubs, we assumed moving up to a Medium would solve the issue, but unfortunately this was still too small. We have now had to pay an additional £7 to exchange again for a Large, and we are still waiting to receive the return label.

My disappointment is not about the extra payment, but rather the highly inaccurate sizing for men’s scrubs. The sizing does not appear to reflect standard expectations at all. In addition, customer support has been slow and not particularly helpful throughout the process.

I hope the team managing this brand takes this feedback seriously and reviews their men’s sizing to improve the customer experience.

Great fit, good price. Amazing material and they wash great. All my coworkers said they look so smart and professional. Pockets with zips so nothing falls out! I’m hooked! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Great quality fabrics, fit is good and so comfortable to wear on long shifts.

I saw the OnCall London scrubs on TikTok and instantly thought these would look great &bought them without any hesitation and I haven’t regretted my decision at all. They’re so comfortable, fit so well and I think that they’re very true to size so if you’re looking to buy a pair if you want a baggier fit size up otherwise they’re very much true to size. They look very sleek, very dynamic and altogether just a really good pair of scrubs!

Loved the quality of the materials, I found the sizing of the scrub top a bit small, but looks very smart as a set of scrubs and very comfortable not restrictive at all. Can’t fault their customer service either, quick and easy for returns and exchanges.. would def recommend these scrubs.
