After much research I decided to move my email marketing, after 7 years with Mailchimp, to Omnisend. It promised so much, especially it's strong integration and powerful tools for Shopify. THIS PLATFORM DOES NOT FULLY INTEGRATE WITH SHOPIFY. I spent DAYS and DAYS and DAYS creating all my automated flows, only to realise that Omnisend hadn't sync'd my customer order data fully. I have customers who have ordered 22 times in Shopify, only showing 3 in Omnisend, I have customers who have ordered 15 times in Shopify only showing 1 in Omnisend - every customer I have looked into does not show the correct order number, so this means ALL my segments and triggers DO NOT WORK correctly. I have spent HOURS and HOURS and HOURS on the Omnisend live chat, i've spoken to 6 or 7 different people, who all took my on a wild goose chase making changes to my segment and email triggers, even though I mentioned several times that I didn't see what difference this would make if the actual order data wasn't correct. I was dismissed, and as they are 'experts' went along with all the changes they progressively asked me to make, and guess what, NONE OF IT WORKED because the customer order data isn't correct!!! It's been passed to technical teams, developers, etc and still it's not correct. I've paid for my membership for 3 months upfront (as a small business this is a lot!), I emailed them separately begging for help over a week ago and have had no reply, and now my live chat contact has gone quiet. I'm behind in all areas of my business as this has taken up so much of my time - JUST AVOID.

Awesome email marketing platform - great tools, nice UX, good pricing and fantastic support. I had requested a new feature and they reached back out to me once it was released. They have crazy good support, which makes using their product a breeze.
We were using Mailchimp before but their automation just wasn't enough for us and we love the features Omnisend offers.

I moved my store from Shopify to Woocommerce recently for more flexibility and customization. One thing I noticed right away is that Omnisend's integration with Shopify is definately offers more advanced aautomation triggers, especially for platforms specific events. The Woocommerce integration works fine, but it's a bit more limited on that front.
On the plus side, the support team is seriously impressive. Always helpful, they care if you are seeing results. Every time I've reached out, support team gone out of their way to help me make sure things are working smoothly. This makes a big difference.

They've just rolled out a feature I had asked for a while back. It's not exactly what I need yet, but with a few tweaks and custom setup, I can definitely make it work. Either way, the fact that you guys listened, that's rare and really appreciated.
I don't run an ecommerce store, so I'm probably not a typical user, however I still rely heavily on newsletter and automations. If I had one ask, It would be to broaden things a bit, right now, most features lean heavily toward ecommerce. Some more flexibility for general use would make it even better.

Had a bit of trouble figuring out how to set up abandoned cart and checkout workflows to fit my needs, but customer support team was helpful, they even made some changes for me. Overall good experience, though I would love to see more email templates (I've already passed that feedback along).

Back in April, I asked if it would be possible to upload and use custom fonts in Omnisend, since the options were a bit limited at the time. to mu surprise, not only did they release the feature, but they also let me know once it was live. That kind of follow-up is rare, at least in my experience. Overall, a very decent experience, would give it a solid 9 out of 10.

They helped me migrate from Klaviyo to Omnisend, contacts, email templates, automations, everything. I've been with them for over a month now, and no regrets so far. Sure, they might lack a few features compared to Klaviyo, but those are mostly minor ones, and some are already in the works. Honestly, I don't feel like I'm missing anything, and I'm paying less.

We spent hours setting up campaigns, automations, and API integrations with Omnisend for our new ecommerce store, only to have our account suddenly deactivated without any clear reason. Initially, we were told we violated their Terms of Use, which we knew wasn’t true—especially since we hadn’t even sent a single marketing email yet. After pushing for clarity, we received a vague follow-up stating that no specific violation occurred, but that they still chose to deny access without explanation.
We don't do shady business. We are your average European online clothing store.
This kind of behavior is unprofessional, opaque, and damaging—especially to small businesses trying to get off the ground. We were left without access, without support, and without any accountability from their side. If you value your time, data, and business continuity, look elsewhere. Omnisend is not a reliable partner.

Esse é o poir software de email marketing que já usei qualquer alteraçãozinha que fizer no seu email, já fica bloqueado e não consegue mais fazer nada. É por obrigação usar o modelo que já lhe atribuiram, e sendo sincero é muito horrivél. Melhorem a parte de edição de email. Um bom email tem que ter um bom design não é só pegar e largar.
